Claims (5)

  1. Schuh mit Hausschuhfunktion, sowohl offen als geschlossen, hergestellt durch umsäumende Naht (3) des Vorderblatts (2) an der Sohle (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er folgende Eigenschaften aufweist:
    I - die Benutzung eines Blattes aus biegsamem, elastisch nachgebendem Schaumkunststoffmaterial in unterschiedlicher Stärke zwischen > 1 mm und < 8 mm, gelocht (F) und mit Wölbung seiner Oberfläche (e) und Rippung (i) seiner gegenüberliebenden Oberfläche, ausgeführt mit Lochungen in den dünnsten Bereichen, die mit den Wölbungen (e) abwechseln.
    II - Perforation des genannten Blattes in den Sohlen (1) und dem Vorderblättern (2).
    III - Umsäumende Verbindung des Vorderblatts (2) an die Sohle (1) am Rand der Sohle (3).
    IV - mit dem Merkmal, dass diese Wölbungen (e) nach außen des Schuhs zeigen, sowohl bei der Sohle (1), in Richtung Fußboden, als auch beim Vorderblatt, nach außen hin.
  2. Schuh gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Stärke zwischen min. > 2 und max. 5-6 mm liegt.
  3. Schuh gemäß einem oder mehreren vorhergehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umsäumende Naht entlang des gesamten Sohlenrandes (3) verläuft.
  4. Schuh gemäß einem oder mehreren vorhergehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Naht auch entlang dem freien Rand des Vorderblatts (21) verläuft.
  5. Schuh gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Ausführung der umsäumenden Naht ein Stoffstück aufgesetzt wird, um die zu verbindende(n) obere(n) und untere(n) Naht/Nähte abzudecken.
