Abstract
Presse zur Herstellung von Preßlingen aus Pulvermaterial mit einer auf einem in einem Pressengestell angeordneten Matrizentisch aufspannbaren Matrize, in der ein Formhohlraum mit Hinterschneidung ausgebildet ist, mindestens einem Ober- und einem Unterstempel, die mit dem Formhohlraum zusammenwirken, wobei der Formhohlraum durch mindestens einen Schieber, Querpreßstempel oder ein bewegliches Teil der Matrize begrenzt ist, welcher quer zur vertikalen Achse von Ober- und Unterstempel (Hauptpreßachse) verschiebbar ist, und im Pressengestell angebrachten Verstellantrieben für Ober- und Unterstempel und den Schieber bzw. den verschiebbaren Matrizenteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sensor Ist-Zustände des Verstellantriebs für den Schieber, Querpreßstempel oder dem verschiebbaren Matrizenteil mißt, die Ist-Zustände in einer Regelvorrichtung mit einem Sollwert verglichen werden und die Regelvorrichtung den Verstellantrieb für den Schieber, den Querpreßstempel oder den verschiebbaren Matrizenteil über die Energiezufuhr zum Verstellantrieb nach Maßgabe der Differenz von Ist- und Sollzustand betätigt wird.
