Abstract

Ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel, das beispielsweise als Tiefkühltruhe ausgebildet ist, mit einem von oben zugänglichen Warenraum, der in seinem oberen Bereich eine auf die Truhenwandung (61) aufgesetzte transparente Umrandung (6) aufweist, ist mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung für diesen Warenraum ausgestattet, die auf der Warenraumrückseite außerhalb des Warenraumes angeordnet ist und einen Leuchtkörper (1) aufweist, der in Nähe der Umrandung so angeordnet ist, dass das von ihm ausgehende Licht sowohl durch die transparente Umrandung den Warenraum als auch nach oben Preis- und/oder Warenkennzeichnungsschilder beleuchtet. Eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung für Warenpräsentationsmöbel besteht aus einem an seinen Enden gehaltenen Leuchtkörper und einem über dem Leuchtkörper angeordneten Aufsatz, der zusammen mit Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschildern einen Lichtkanal bildet und eine als Reflektor (51) ausgebildete Abdeckung an seinem oberen Ende aufweist, die die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder übergreift.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel, das beispielsweise als Tiefkühltruhe ausgebildet ist, mit einem von oben zugänglichen Warenraum, der in seinem oberen Bereich eine auf die Truhenwandung aufgesetzte transparente Umrandung aufweist, und mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung für diesen Warenraum.
  • Ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel ausgebildet als Tiefkühltruhe ist beispielsweise aus der EP 1 142 518 A1 bekannt. Tiefkühlwaren werden in Supermärkten in Lebensmittelabteilungen von Warenhäusern und anderen Verkaufsstätten in derartigen Präsentationsmöbeln gelagert und der Kundschaft zum Kauf präsentiert. Dabei ist es nicht nur notwendig, die Lebensmittel durch entsprechende Kühlaggregate auf einer die Haltbarkeit garantierenden Temperatur zu halten, sondern da der Kunde sich selbst bedienen soll, sie dem Kunden sowohl visuell, als auch zur Selbstbedienung gut zugänglich zu machen. Hierzu gehört auch die entsprechende Beleuchtung und Auszeichnung der Waren im Präsentationsmöbel.
  • Bei diesen bekannten Warenpräsentationsmöbeln ist der Warenraum nach oben offen, jedoch mit einer wegbewegbaren Abdeckung versehen, um dem Kunden die Selbstbedienung zu ermöglichen. Der Oberteil des Warenraumes besteht üblicherweise mindestens auf der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite aus einer auf die Truhenwand aufgesetzten transparenten Umrandung, um dem Kunden auch von der Seite einen Blick auf die Waren zu gestatten. Um die durch die Leuchtkörper entstehende Wärme vom Warenraum fernzuhalten, sind die Leuchtkörper in der Regel außerhalb des Warenraumes an dem oberen Handlauf bzw. Abschluss der Umrandung oder in einer das Präsentationsmöbel umgebenden Stoßleiste angeordnet, so dass der Lichteinfall durch die verglasten Seitenwände der Umrandung in den Warenraum erfolgt ( DE 299 14 936 U1 ). Die Anbringung der Warenbeleuchtung außerhalb des Warenraumes ist auf der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite jedoch nur dann möglich, wenn die Seitenwände eine entsprechende Verglasung für den Lichteinfall aufweisen.
  • Durch die EP 1 142 518 A1 ist es bekannt im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung für den Warenraum, sowie Profilleisten zur Aufnahme von Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschildern vorzusehen. Die Beleuchtung ist außerhalb des Warenraumes oberhalb der transparenten Abdeckung derart angeordnet, dass sie durch die transparente Abdeckung hindurch den Warenraum ausleuchtet. Um ein Verspiegeln zu vermeiden, ist die Abdeckung entsprechend abgewinkelt ausgebildet. Abgesehen davon, dass die abgewinkelte Ausbildung aufwendig ist, ist sie auch bei existierenden Präsentationsmöbeln aufwendiger in der Nachrüstung.
  • In der DE 296 06 108 U1 ist ein Leuchtbalken für Kühltruhen beschrieben, der im wesentlichen aus einer einteiligen transparenten Haube bestehen, die ein dreieckförmiges Profil hat. Zwei der Dreiecksprofilseiten sind transparent und strahlen Licht ab, während eine Seite zur Halterung des Beleuchtungskörpers und zur Befestigung dient. Die eine Dreiecksseite wird als transparentes Display verwendet, die andere Seite als Lampe, die von oben auf die Abdeckungen Licht strahlt. Eine blendfreie und spiegelfreie Beleuchtung des Warenraumes kann dadurch nicht erfolgen. Außerdem sind transparente Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder erforderlich.
  • Für die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder ist eine gesonderte Beleuchtung vorgesehen. Diese ist auch erforderlich, wenn die Beleuchtung für den Warenraum im dem Kunden zugewandten Bereich angeordnet ist ( DE 299 14 936 U1 ). Für jede der Beleuchtungseinrichtungen sind entsprechende Vorschaltgeräte und deren Unterbringung erforderlich. Dabei ist zu berücksichtigen, dass zusätzliche Leuchtkörper auch zusätzliche Wärme erzeugen, die nicht in den Warenraum gelangen soll, da andernfalls die Kühlleistung diese Wärme wieder abführen muss. Da die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder für den Kunden gut erkennbar sein müssen, muss eine entsprechende Deckenbeleuchtung für den Raum, in dem die Präsentationsmöbel sich befinden, vorgesehen werden, oder die Schilder müssen mit einer gesonderten Beleuchtung sichtbar gemacht werden. Diese kann auch hinter den Schildern angeordnet werden, so dass diese durchleuchtet werden. Dies erfordert jedoch entsprechende Spezialschilder.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel der oben bezeichneten Art mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung auszurüsten, die energiesparend ist und dennoch, sowohl den Warenraum, als auch die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder gut beleuchtet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale der unabhängigen Ansprüche 1 und 14 gelöst.
  • Durch die Anordnung eines Leuchtkörpers auf der Warenraumrückseite über der Umrandung außerhalb des Warenraumes in der Weise, dass das von dem Leuchtkörper ausgehende Licht sowohl durch die transparente Umrandung 6 den Warenraum als auch nach oben Preis- und/oder Warenkennzeichnungsschilder beleuchtet, wird erreicht, dass mit einem Leuchtkörper sowohl der Warenraum, als auch die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder blendfrei gut beleuchtet werden. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung ist äußerst effektiv und sparsam. Zweckmäßig ist auf der Truhenwand in Fortsetzung derselben eine transparente Umrandung aufgesetzt, die als Träger der Beleuchtungseinrichtung dient. Der Leuchtkörper ist in Höhe des oberen Randes der transparenten Umrandung angeordnet, auf dem auch die Führungsschienen für eine Abdeckung des Warenraumes gelagert sind. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass auf jeden Fall nach oben und seitlich nach unten eine ungehinderte Abstrahlung des Lichtes erfolgen kann, wobei letztere den Warenraum beleuchtet. Sofern es sich um ein doppelseitiges Warenpräsentationsmöbel handelt, ist der Leuchtkörper zwischen zwei vertikalen Ebenen angeordnet, die durch die im Abstand voneinander angeordneten transparenten Umrandungen gebildet werden. Der Leuchtkörper befindet sich damit außerhalb des Warenraumes, den er durch die transparenten Umrandungen beleuchtet, jedoch keine Konvektionswärme in diesen abgeben kann. Zweckmäßig ist ein die transparente Umrandung überragender Aufsatz als Träger von Profilschienen für Preis- und Warenkennzeichnung vorgesehen, der sowohl einseitig als auch doppelseitig ausgebildet sein kann und einen Lichtkanal über dem Leuchtkörper bildet. Dadurch, dass am oberen Ende dieses Lichtkanals der Aufsatz eine Abdeckung aufweist, die die Profilleisten übergreift und als Reflektor ausgebildet ist, wird das Licht von vorne auf die Sichtseite der Schilder geworfen (Auflicht), so dass beliebige, auch nichtdurchsichtige Schilder verwendet werden können. Um die Lichtabstrahlung vom Leuchtkörper nicht zu behindern, ist dieser lediglich an seinen beiden Enden gehalten, so dass das Licht über die gesamte Länge des Leuchtkörpers frei abstrahlen kann. Die Halter für den Leuchtkörper sind schwenkbar befestigt, so dass der Leuchtkörper durch Ausschwenken leicht zugänglich ist und ohne größeren Demontageaufwand ausgewechselt werden kann. Um auch das Vorschaltgerät leicht zugänglich zu machen, ist dieses ebenfalls an den ausschwenkbaren Haltern befestigt. Durch die Befestigung der Profilschienen ebenfalls auf diesen schwenkbaren Haltern können diese auch ausgeschwenkt werden, wodurch der gesamte Beleuchtungskanal zugänglich wird. Durch die Ausbildung des Aufsatzes zusammen mit dem Leuchtkörper, dem Vorschaltgerät und den Profilschienen als selbständige Montageeinheit ist auch das Nachrüsten bereits bestehender Warenpräsentationsmöbel in einfacher Weise möglich. Durch die Verwendung eines Grundprofils ( EP 06 100 643.3 ) lässt sich die Beleuchtungseinrichtung in einfacher Weise auf der transparenten Umrandung befestigen und modular aufbauen. Dadurch, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung aus einem an seinen Enden gehalten Leuchtkörper und einem über dem Leuchtkörper angeordneten Aufsatz besteht, der einen Lichtkanal zusammen mit Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschildern bildet und eine als Reflektor ausgebildete Abdeckung an seinem oberen Ende aufweist, die die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder übergreift, wird eine äußerst effektive und sparsame Beleuchtungseinrichtung als selbständige Einheit geschaffen, die einfach und ohne großen Montageaufwand auch an bestehenden Kühlmöbeln nachgerüstet werden kann, um mit nur einem einzigen Leuchtkörper den Warenraum wie auch die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder zu beleuchten. Die Ausleuchtung ist so gut, dass sich eine Zusatzbeleuchtung über dem Warenpräsentationsmöbel im Aufstellungsraum erübrigt. Damit kann erheblich Energie eingespart werden.

  • In Figur 1 ist die Erfindung an einer Tiefkühltruhe im Querschnitt gezeigt, die doppelseitig Warenräume aufweist. Es ist nur der Ausschnitt von der Kühltruhe gezeigt, der im Zusammenhang mit der erfindungsgemäßen Beleuchtung steht. Auf der mittleren Truhenwand 61, die zwischen zwei Warenräumen doppelseitig ausgeführt ist, sind transparente Umrandungen 6 angeordnet, die die beiden Warenräume abschließen. Diese senkrechten Umrandungen 6 bilden einen Zwischenraum, der in der vertikalen Ebene der Umrandung sich über diese hinaus nach oben verlängert. In diesem durch die vertikale Ebene gebildeten Zwischenraum ist ein Leuchtkörper 1 an Haltern 11 befestigt. Der Leuchtkörper 1 erstreckt sich in Längsrichtung des Warenpräsentationsmöbels, ist aber nur an seinen Enden jeweils aufgehängt, wie dies aus Figur 3 hervorgeht. Dadurch kann das vom Leuchtkörper 1 ausgehende Licht nach allen Seiten frei ausstrahlen. Die Lichtstrahlung ist in Figur 1 durch die punktierten Linien mit Pfeil gekennzeichnet. Das Licht fällt nach unten durch die transparenten Umrandungen 6 in den jeweiligen Warenraum und beleuchtet diesen. Dadurch, dass der Leuchtkörper 1 sich in dem Bereich befindet, in welchem die Führungsschienen 71 auf die transparenten Umrandungen 6 aufgesetzt sind zur Führung der Abdeckscheiben 7, wird das Licht zur Seite abgeschirmt, aber nach oben gebündelt, während es nach unten auch seitlich durch die transparenten Umrandungen 6 abstrahlt. An den Haltern 11 ist ein Scharnier 4 vorgesehen, an welchem Profilschienen 3 befestigt sind, die zur Aufnahme von Preisschildern und Warenkennzeichnungsschildern dienen. Diese Profilschienen 3 bilden einen Lichtkanal, durch den das Licht nach oben gerichtet wird. Der nach oben gerichtete Lichtstrahl wird durch einen pilzartigen Aufsatz 5, der an seiner Innenseite Reflektoren 51 aufweist, umgelenkt. Da die Abdeckung 5 nicht nur den durch die Profilschienen 3 gebildeten Lichtkanal abdeckt, sondern die Profilschienen 3 übergreift, wird das Licht umgelenkt und fällt auf die in den Profilschienen 3 angeordnete Beschilderung (Auflicht). Die Rundung der Reflektoren 51 ist so ausgebildet, dass sich die Lichtstrahlen über die gesamte Fläche der Profilschienen 3 zur Beleuchtung der Beschilderung verteilt. Dadurch, dass das Licht von vorne auf die Beschilderung trifft, kann für die Beschilderung jedes beliebige Material verwendet werden, es muss nicht transparent sein. Die Schilder können von Hand auf Papier oder Karton gezeichnet sein. Die einzige Bedingung ist, dass sie sich in die Profilschienen einsetzen lassen.
  • Die von dem Leuchtkörper 1 ausgehende Wärme wird gegenüber dem Warenraum durch die transparenten Umrandungen 6 zurückgehalten. Die transparenten Umrandungen 6 werden jedoch dadurch erwärmt, so dass sich auf ihnen kein Kondensat bilden kann. Im übrigen steigt die warme Luft vom Leuchtkörper 1 nach oben auf und wird in den Verkaufsraum geleitet.
  • Zur Befestigung sowohl der Führungsschienen 71 für die Abdeckungen 7 als auch die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung dient ein Grundprofil 8, das auf die Oberkante der transparenten Umrandungen 6 aufgesetzt ist. Dieses Grundprofil 8 ist in der älteren DE 10 2005 003 119 A1 des gleichen Anmelders näher beschrieben. Mittels Steck- oder Klipsverbindungen werden die Führungsschienen als auch die Halter 11 in dieses Grundprofil eingesetzt und dadurch befestigt. Außerdem ist auf den Haltern 11 das für den Leuchtkörper 1 erforderliche Vorschaltgerät 2 untergebracht. Um im Falle einer Störung am Vorschaltgerät 2 oder zum Ersatz des Leuchtkörpers 1 diese entfernen und auswechseln zu können, ist der Halter 11 um das Scharnier 4 aus der Stellung P2 in die Stellung P2' und die Profilleiste 3 von P1 nach P1' schwenkbar. Das Vorschaltgerät 2 ist dadurch freigelegt, und auch der Leuchtkörper 1 kann ohne weitere Demontage aus seiner Halterung gelöst und durch einen anderen ersetzt werden.
  • In Figur 3 wird im Detail der Aufbau der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung in perspektivischer Ansicht dargestellt. Die auf den transparenten Umrandungen 6 aufgesetzten Grundprofile 8 sind deutlich erkennbar, sowie die in das Grundprofil 8 eingesteckten Führungsschienen 71 für die Glasabdeckungen 7. Der Halter 11 reicht nur am Ende des Leuchtkörpers 1 über den durch die Umrandung 6 gebildeten Kanal, so dass das Licht frei nach oben und unten abstrahlen kann, lediglich seitlich abgeschirmt durch die Profilschienen 3, die über dem Leuchtkörper 1 einen Leuchtkanal bilden. Nach unten kann das Licht seitlich durch die transparente Umrandung 6 in den Warenraum strahlen und diesen für den Kunden blendfrei beleuchten.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Beleuchtung kann sowohl bei Präsentationsmöbeln mit doppelseitigem Warenraum als auch bei einseitigem Warenraum Anwendung finden. Es ist dann nur eine transparente Umrandung 6 und nur ein Reflektor 51 an dem Aufsatz 5 erforderlich. Diese Teile der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung halbieren sich. Die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung ist auch unabhängig von der Art des Warenpräsentationsmöbels einsetzbar. Die einzige Bedingung ist, dass der Warenraum von oben zugänglich ist. Dabei ist es für die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung unwesentlich, ob der Warenraum mit Abdeckungen oder ohne Abdeckung versehen ist, ob die Kühlung der Waren mit stationärer oder strömender Kühlluft betrieben wird. Die Beleuchtung hat sich als so effektiv erwiesen, dass eine Beleuchtung über den Präsentationsmöbeln entfallen kann. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Beleuchtung leuchtet das Warenpräsentationsmöbel für sich selbst. Da nur ein Leuchtkörper für die Beleuchtung des Warenraumes und die Auszeichnungsschilder benötigt wird, ist die Energieersparnis beträchtlich.

Claims (16)

  1. Warenpräsentationsmöbel, das beispielsweise als Tiefkühltruhe ausgebildet ist, mit einem von oben zugänglichen Warenraum, der in seinem oberen Bereich eine auf die Truhenwandung aufgesetzte transparente Umrandung aufweist, und mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung für diesen Warenraum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Warenraumrückseite außerhalb des Warenraumes ein Leuchtkörper (1) in Nähe der Umrandung (6) so angeordnet ist, dass das von ihm ausgehende Licht sowohl durch die transparente Umrandung (6) den Warenraum als auch nach oben Preis- und/oder Warenkennzeichnungsschilder beleuchtet.
  2. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leuchtkörper (1) in Höhe des oberen Randes der transparenten Umrandung (6) angeordnet ist.
  3. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf der Truhenwand (61) in Fortsetzung derselben aufgesetzte transparente Umrandung (6) als Träger der Beleuchtungseinrichtung dient.
  4. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem oberen Rand der transparenten Umrandung (6) Führungsschienen (71) für eine Abdeckung (7) des Warenraumes vorgesehen sind und der Leuchtkörper (1) in Höhe dieser Führungsschienen (71) angeordnet ist.
  5. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Möbel doppelseitig Warenräume aufweist, zwischen denen eine Truhenwandung (61) vorgesehen ist, auf die im Abstand voneinander zwei transparente Umrandungen (6) aufgesetzt sind, die zwei vertikale Ebenen bilden, zwischen denen der Leuchtkörper (1) angeordnet ist.
  6. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen die Oberkante der transparenten Umrandung (6) überragenden Aufsatz (5), der als Träger von Profilleisten (3) für Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder ausgebildet ist und einen Lichtkanal über dem Leuchtkörper (1) bildet, wobei am oberen Ende des Lichtkanals der Aufsatz (5) eine Abdeckung aufweist, die die Profilleisten (3) übergreift und als Reflektor (51) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (5) doppelseitig ausgebildet ist.
  8. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leuchtkörper (1) jeweils an seinen Enden gehalten ist.
  9. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter (11) für den Leuchtkörper (1) schwenkbar gelagert sind.
  10. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Haltern (11) für den Leuchtkörper (1) das Vorschaltgerät (2) und die Profilleisten (3) für die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnung befestigt sind.
  11. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leuchtkörper (1) und das Vorschaltgerät (2) schwenkbar gelagert sind.
  12. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (5) zusammen mit dem Leuchtkörper (1), Vorschaltgerät (2) und Profilleisten (3) als selbständige, auf die transparente Umrandung (6) des Möbels aufsetzbare Montageeinheit ausgebildet ist.
  13. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der transparenten Umrandung (6) ein Grundprofil (8) aufgesetzt ist, auf welchem die Führungsschienen (71) für die Abdeckung des Warenraumes sowie die Halter (11) für den Leuchtkörper (1), das Vorschaltgerät (2) und die Profilleisten (3) als auch der Aufsatz (5) befestigt sind.
  14. Beleuchtungseinrichtung für Warenpräsentationsmöbel wie beispielsweise Tiefkühltruhen, die eine auf dem Truhenmöbel befestigte Umrandung aufweisen, die als Träger einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung zur Beleuchtung des Warenraumes des Präsentationsmöbels dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung aus einem an seinen Enden gehaltenen Leuchtkörper (1) und einem über dem Leuchtkörper (1) angeordneten Aufsatz (5) besteht, der zusammen mit Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschildern einen Lichtkanal bildet und eine als Reflektor (51) ausgebildete Abdeckung an seinem oberen Ende aufweist, die die Preis- und Warenkennzeichnungsschilder übergreift.
  15. Beleuchtungseinrichtung für Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung auf einer transparenten Umrandung (6) aufgesetzt ist, die auf der Truhenwandung (61) in Fortsetzung derselben den Warenraum begrenzt.
  16. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung auf einem Grundprofil (8) befestigbar ist, das auf der transparenten Umrandung (6) aufgesetzt ist.
