Claims (38)

  1. Starre Verpackung für Tabakartikel, umfassend:
    zumindest einen Behälter (2), der topfförmig ist, um eine Gruppe von Tabakartikeln aufzunehmen, der quaderförmig ist, und eine Rückwand (6), eine Vorderwand (7), zwei Seitenwände (8), eine Bodenwand (9) und ein offenes Kopfende (3) umfasst; und
    einen topfförmigen Deckel (4), der schwenkbar an dem Behälter (2) entlang eines Scharniers (5) an der Rückwand (6) des Behälters (2) angebracht ist, um sich zwischen einer offenen Lage und einer geschlossenen Lage bzw. dem Öffnen und dem Schließen des offenen Kopfendes (3) zu drehen, und der eine Rückwand (10), eine Vorderwand (11), zwei Seitenwände (12) und eine Oberwand (13) umfasst;
    wobei, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist, ist die Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) über die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) angeordnet, um die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) vollständig oder fast vollständig zu bedecken, und die Seitenwände (12) des Deckels (4) über die Seitenwände (8) des Behälters (2) so angeordnet sind, um die Seitenwände (8) des Behälters (2) teilweise zu bedecken;
    und wobei der Deckel (4) keine Bodenwand aufweist, so dass, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist, ist die Bodenwand (9) des Behälters (2) vollständig exponiert;
    wobei die Verpackung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) durch ein erstes Feld (11') und ein zweites Feld (11 ") definiert ist, die aufeinander gelegt und miteinander verbunden sind, und jeweils eine Außenfläche und eine Innenfläche der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) definieren.
  2. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist, ist die Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) über die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) angeordnet, um die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) vollständig zu bedecken.
  3. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist, ist die Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) über die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) angeordnet, um die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) fast vollständig zu bedecken.
  4. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Feld (11') und das zweite Feld (11") der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) miteinander verklebt sind.
  5. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Seitenwand (12) des Deckels (4) durch zwei Laschen (12', 12") definiert ist, die aufeinander und miteinander verklebt sind, wobei sie im Wesentlichen derselben Größe sind und jeweils eine Außenfläche und eine Innenfläche der Seitenwand (12) des Deckels (4) definieren.
  6. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (12) des Deckels (4) kürzer als die Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) sind, um so einen Unterteil der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) seitlich frei zu lassen.
  7. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) vier Längskanten (14) umfasst, die zwischen den Seitenwänden (8) und der Vorderwand (7) und der Rückwand (6) definiert sind; und vier Querkanten (15) umfasst, die zwischen der Bodenwand (9) und den Seitenwänden (8), der Vorderwand (7) und der Rückwand (6) definiert sind; und der Deckel (4) vier Längskanten (16) umfasst, die zwischen den Seitenwänden (12) und der Vorderwand (11) und der Rückwand (10) definiert sind; und vier Querkanten (17) umfasst, die zwischen der Oberwand (13) und den Seitenwänden (12), der Vorderwand (11) und der Rückwand (10) definiert sind.
  8. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (5) des Deckels (4) bezüglich der Querkanten (15) des Behälters (2) und der Querkanten (17) des Deckels (4) geneigt ist.
  9. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 7 oder 8, d dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten (16) des Deckels (4) dergleichen Form und im Wesentlichen derselben Größe wie die Längskanten (14) des Behälters (2) sind.
  10. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einige der Längskanten (14) des Behälters (2) und die entsprechenden Längskanten (16) des Deckels (4) abgerundet oder abgeschrägt sind.
  11. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einige der Querkanten (15) des Behälters (2) oder der Querkanten (17) des Deckels (4) abgerundet oder abgeschrägt sind.
  12. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) zwei Vorsprünge (18) umfasst, die nach außen herausragen, um mit dem Deckel (4) bei einer bestimmten Eingriffshöhe zusammenzuwirken, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist.
  13. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kragen (19) eingepasst in ein U zu der Innenseite des Behälters (2) gefaltet ist, und teilweise nach außen von dem offenen Kopfende (3) herausragt, um mit einer entsprechenden Innenfläche des Deckels (4) zusammenzuwirken, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist.
  14. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (19) zwei Vorsprünge (20) aufweist, die nach außen herausragen, um mit dem Deckel (4) bei einer bestimmten Eingriffshöhe zusammenzuwirken, wenn der Deckel (4) in der geschlossenen Lage ist.
  15. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) und der Deckel (4) aus einem flachen Zuschnitt (21) geformt sind, welcher zwei Längsfaltlinien (22) und eine Anzahl von Querfaltlinien (23), die zwischen den Längsfaltlinien (22) definiert sind, umfasst, wobei:
    ein erstes Feld (11') ein Innenteil der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein zweites Feld (11 ") ein Außenteil der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein drittes Feld (13') die Oberwand (13) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein viertes Feld (10') die Rückwand (10) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein fünftes Feld (6') die Rückwand (6) des Behälters (2) bildet;
    ein sechstes Feld (9') die Bodenwand (9) des Behälters (2) bildet; und
    ein siebtes Feld (7') die Vorderwand (7) des Behälters (2) bildet;
    das zweite Feld (11 ") zwei erste Laschen (12') umfasst, die die Seitenwände (12) des Deckels (4) bilden, wobei sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des zweiten Felds (11 ") angeordnet, und von dem zweiten Feld (11 ") durch die Längsfaltlinien (22) getrennt sind;
    das fünfte Feld (6') zwei zweite Laschen (8') umfasst, die einen Teil der Seitenwände (8) des Behälters (2) bilden, wobei sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des fünften Felds (6') angeordnet und von dem fünften Feld (6') durch die Längsfaltlinien (22) getrennt sind;
    das siebte Feld (7') zwei dritte Laschen (8") umfasst, die einen Teil der Seitenwände (8) des Behälters (2) bilden, wobei sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des siebten Felds (7') angeordnet, und von dem siebten Feld (7') durch die Längsfaltlinien (22) getrennt sind.
  16. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vierte Feld (10') vierte Laschen (24) umfasst, die die Innenseite der Seitenwände (12) des Deckels (4) verstärken, wobei sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des vierten Felds (10') angeordnet, und von dem vierten Feld (10') durch die Längsfaltlinien (22) getrennt sind; und jede vierte Lasche (24) eine erste Zunge (25) zur Verstärkung der Innenseite der Oberwand (13) des Deckels (4) umfasst.
  17. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede zweite Lasche (8') eine zweite Zunge (26) zur Verstärkung der Innenseite der Bodenwand (9) des Behälters (2) umfasst.
  18. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 15, 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede erste Lasche (12') mit einer fünften Lasche (12") verbunden ist; wobei jede erste Lasche (12') und die entsprechende fünfte Lasche (12") aufeinander gelegt und miteinander verklebt sind, und jeweils eine Außenfläche und eine Innenfläche einer Seitenwand (12) des Deckels (4) definieren.
  19. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede fünfte Lasche (12") im Wesentlichen dergleichen Form wie und etwas kleiner als die entsprechende erste Lasche (12') ist.
  20. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede erste Lasche (12') mit der entsprechenden fünften Lasche (12") entlang einer Faltlinie (27) parallel zu den Längsfaltlinien (22) verbunden ist.
  21. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede erste Lasche (12') mit der entsprechenden fünften Lasche (12") entlang einer Faltlinie (27) geneigt in Bezug auf die Längsfaltlinien (22) verbunden ist.
  22. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 15, 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Feld (11') zwei fünfte Laschen (12") umfasst, die einen Teil der Seitenwände (12) des Deckels (4) bilden, wobei sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des ersten Felds (11') angeordnet, und von dem ersten Feld (11') durch die Längsfaltlinien (22) getrennt sind; und eine erste Lasche (12') und eine entsprechende fünfte Lasche (12") aufeinander gelegt und miteinander verklebt sind, um jeweils eine Außenfläche und eine Innenfläche einer Seitenwand (12) des Deckels (4) zu definieren.
  23. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 und umfassend eine Anzahl von Behältern (2), von denen jeder topfförmig ist, um eine Gruppe von Tabakartikeln aufzunehmen, und jeder ein entsprechendes offenes Kopfende (3) umfasst; wobei der Deckel (4) schwenkbar an einem der Behälter (2) angebracht ist, um sich zwischen der offenen Lage und der geschlossenen Lage bzw. dem Öffnen und dem Schließen des offenen Kopfendes (3) von allen den Behältern (2) zu drehen.
  24. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2) miteinander so verbunden sind, um bewegbar zu sein zwischen einer gefalteten Anordnung, in der die Behälter (2) in Kontakt miteinander und Seite an Seite entlang der Vorderwand (7) und der Rückwand (6) angeordnet sind, und einer entfalteten Anordnung, in der die Behälter (2) Seite an Seite entlang der Seitenwände (8) angeordnet sind; und der Deckel (4) nur von der offenen Lage bis zur geschlossenen Lage bzw. dem Öffnen und Schließen des offenen Kopfendes (3) von allen den Behältern (2) bewegt werden kann, wenn die Behälter (2) in der gefalteten Anordnung sind.
  25. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 24, und umfassend zwei Behälter (2), die schwenkbar zueinander entlang entsprechenden Längskanten (14) angebracht sind.
  26. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2) schwenkbar zueinander durch ein Doppelscharnier (28) angebracht sind.
  27. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 24, und umfassend drei Behälter (2), die schwenkbar zueinander in Paaren entlang entsprechenden Längskanten (14) angebracht sind.
  28. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2) schwenkbar zueinander durch zwei Doppelscharniere (28) angebracht sind.
  29. Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 28, und umfassend ein Tragglied (29) mit einer einfachen Klappe (4), und an welches die Behälter (2) geklebt sind.
  30. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragglied (29) eine Verbindungsleiste (30) umfasst, die den Deckel (4) stützt und die an die Vorderwand (7) oder die Rückwand (6) der Behälter (2) und an die Seitenwände (8) der Behälter (2) geklebt ist.
  31. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trageglied (29) aus einem flachen ersten Zuschnitt (31) geformt ist, und jeder Behälter (2) aus einem flachen zweiten Zuschnitt (38) unabhängig von dem ersten Zuschnitt (31) geformt ist; wobei der erste Zuschnitt (31) zwei Längsfaltlinien (32), und eine Anzahl von Querfaltlinien (33), die zwischen den Längsfaltlinien (32) definiert sind, umfasst:
    wobei
    ein erstes Feld (11') ein Innenteil der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein zweites Feld (11 ") ein Außenteil der Vorderwand (11) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein drittes Feld (13') die obere Wand (13) des Deckels (4) bildet;
    ein viertes Feld (10') die Rückwand (10) des Deckels (4) bildet; und
    ein fünftes Feld (34) von der Verbindungsleiste (30), das an die Rückwand (6) eines Behälters (2) geklebt ist.
  32. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 31, und umfassend zwei Behälter (2); wobei das fünfte Feld (34) mit einem sechsten Feld (35) verbunden ist, das ein Doppelscharnier (28) in der Mitte umfasst und an eine Seitenwand (8) von den beiden Behälter (2) geklebt ist; und das sechste Feld (35) von der Verbindungsleiste (30) mit einem siebten Feld (36) verbunden ist, das an die Vorderwand (7) eines Behälters (2) geklebt ist.
  33. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 31, und umfassend drei Behälter (2); wobei das fünfte Feld (34) mit einem sechsten Feld (35) verbunden ist, das ein Doppelscharnier (28) in der Mitte umfasst und an eine Seitenwand (8) von zwei Behältern (2) geklebt ist; wobei das sechste Feld (35) von der Verbindungsleiste (30) mit einem siebten Feld (36) verbunden ist, das an die Vorderwand (7) eines Behälters (2) geklebt ist; wobei das siebte Feld (36) von der Verbindungsleiste (30) mit einem achten Feld (37) verbunden ist, das ein Doppelscharnier (28) in der Mitte umfasst und an eine Seitenwand (8) von zwei Behältern (2) geklebt ist; und das achte Feld (37) von der Verbindungsleiste (30) mit einem neunten Feld verbunden ist, das an die Rückwand (6) eines Behälters (2) geklebt ist.
  34. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 31, 32 oder 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Feld (11") zwei erste Laschen (12') umfasst, die die Seitenwände (12) des Deckels (4) bilden, wobei sie auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des zweiten Felds (11 ") angeordnet und von dem zweiten Feld (11 ") durch die Längsfaltlinien (22) getrennt sind.
  35. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede erste Lasche (12') mit einer zweiten Lasche (12") verbunden ist; wobei jede erste Lasche (12') und die entsprechende zweite Lasche (12") aufeinander gelegt und miteinander verklebt sind, und jeweils eine Außenfläche und eine Innenfläche einer Seitenwand (12) des Deckels (4) definieren.
  36. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede zweite Lasche (12") im Wesentlichen dergleichen Form wie und etwas kleiner als die entsprechende erste Lasche (12') ist.
  37. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 35 oder 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder erste Lasche (12') mit der entsprechenden zweiten Lasche (12") entlang einer Faltlinie (27) parallel zu den Längsfaltlinien (22) verbunden ist.
  38. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 35 oder 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede erste Lasche (12') mit der entsprechenden zweiten Lasche (12") entlang einer Faltlinie (27) geneigt im Bezug auf die Längsfaltlinien (22) verbunden ist.
