Claims (7)
- Procédé de laminage à chaud de tubes sans soudure à l'aide d'une ou plusieurs cages de laminoir longitudinales ou obliques disposées successivement et d'un outillage intérieur (5) utilisé à l'intérieur du laminé (3) sous forme d'une barre à dôme ou de laminage,
caractérisé en ce que
on utilise un outillage intérieur (5) comportant plusieurs segments d'outillage (8) sur sa circonférence extérieure, en métal résistant à l'usure, et des inserts d'outillages (10) disposés entre eux sans espacements, les segments d'outillages (8) et les inserts d'outillages (10) étant précontraints au moyen d'un manchon (11) sous des compressions tangentielles et axiales telles que, d'une part, les segments d'outillage (8) reposent sur les inserts d'outillages (10) et, d'autre part, le manchon (11) repose sur les segments d'outillage (8) et les inserts d'outillages (10) par des surfaces cunéiformes (14). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les inserts d'outillages (10) sont réglables radialement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
un moyen de refroidissement, de graissage et de séparation est conduit directement dans la zone de contact de l'outillage intérieur (5) et du laminé (3) par un alésage central (6) de l'outillage intérieur (5) et par des alésages radiaux d'acheminement (15) entre l'alésage oblong (6) et la surface de l'outillage. - Outillage intérieur (5) disposé à l'intérieur du laminé (3), de préférence maintenu avec une avance seulement limitée, pour le laminage à chaud de tubes sans soudure dans une ou plusieurs cages de laminoir longitudinales ou obliques disposées successivement pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
il est prévu, sur le corps de base (7) de l'outillage intérieur (5), plusieurs segments d'outillage (8) en matériau extrêmement résistant à l'usure et résistant à la chaleur et que des inserts d'outillage (10) pouvant être approchés radialement sont disposés entre ceux-ci ;
caractérisé en outre par un manchon (11) précontraignant axialement les segments d'outillage (8) et les inserts d'outillage (10). - Outillage intérieur selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
les segments d'outillage (8) sont en cermet. - Outillage intérieur selon une des revendications 4 à 6,
caractérisé en ce qu'
il présente un alésage oblong central (6) et est pourvu, en partant de celui-ci jusqu'à la surface de l'outillage, d'alésages radiaux d'acheminement qui s'étendent directement dans la zone de contact de l'outillage intérieur (5) et du laminé (3) et distribuent un moyen de refroidissement, de graissage et de séparation.
