Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Doppeltragwalzen-Wickelmaschine (1) zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (2), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, auf mindestens eine Wickelhülse (6) zu mindestens einer Wickelrolle (7), wobei die mindestens eine Wickelrolle (7) zumindest während des Aufwickelvorgangs in einem von zwei Tragwalzen (3, 4) gebildeten Wickelbett (5) liegt und wobei wenigstens eine der beiden Tragwalzen als eine Antriebswalze (4) ausgebildet ist, die einen umlaufenden und drehbaren Walzenmantel (8) und eine den Walzenmantel (8) axial durchsetzende und feststehend ausgebildete Walzenachse (9) umfasst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Doppeltragwalzen-Wickelmaschine (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswalze (4) mindestens einen innenliegenden, zwischen dem Walzenmantel (8) und der Walzenachse (9) angeordneten, einen Stator (11) und einen Rotor (12) aufweisenden Antriebsmotor (10) aufweist, dessen Wicklungen (13.1, 13.2) derart asymmetrisch bestrombar sind, dass eine radiale Kraft (F) erzeugt wird.
