L'invention concerne une chaussette élastique (1) pour le maintien d'au moins un module de protection d'une zone du pied, comprenant une partie tubulaire (2) destinée à couvrir la cheville, une partie avant (3) destinée à couvrir le pied et le talon. Description

CHAUSSETTE DE MAINTIEN D ' UN MODULE DE PROTECTION D ' UNE
ZONE DU PIED
La présente invention concerne le maintien sur le pied d' un module de protection d'une zone du pied.
Les modules de protection du pied, appelés également "interfaces de protection" , sont des produits d' usage courant . Il s ' agit par exemple de plaquettes de quelques centimètres carrés en gel silicone, par exemple une composition de gel silicone commercialisée par la demanderesse sous l ' appellation Epithélium 26® .
Le pied possède une couche absorbante de chocs appelée capiton plantaire, capable de supporter jusqu' à huit fois le poids du corps . Le capiton plantaire permet de répartir la "charge" mécanique imposée par le poids du corps . Or, de nombreux patients souffrent d' échauffement, de durillons ou de douleurs liés à une usure inévitable, avec l ' âge, du capiton plantaire naturel . Ainsi, de tels modules de protection permettent de soulager les douleurs et de protéger toutes les zones douloureuses du pied affectées par des hyperpressions (durillons , cors , œils de perdrix, hallux valgus) ou souffrant de traumatismes cutanés (irritations , fendillements , verrues plantaires ... ) .
Toutefois , le maintien d ' un ou plusieurs modules de protection sur le pied est problématique . Après avoir placé un module sur le pied à l ' emplacement souhaité, le module ne doit pas se déplacer au moment de la mise en place de la chaussette . Or, celui-ci étant généralement moyennement adhésif , il est tiré vers l ' arrière, puis s ' enroule sur lui-même ou s ' écorne au passage de la chaussette . Ce problème est général et concerne toutes les parties du pied.
Par ailleurs , la prévision d ' un module très adhésif , revêtu d ' une fine couche de colle en sus de la couche épaisse de gel silicone qui assure la répartition de la charge sur la zone du pied à protéger, est incompatible avec les propriétés recherchées pour un tel module .
Afin d ' éviter l ' ajout d ' une telle couche adhésive, les modules de protection sont généralement équipés de moyens de maintien en tissu élastique . Toutefois , de tels moyens de maintien forment à 1 ' intérieur de la chaussure une couche de matériau qui s ' aj oute à celle formée par la chaussette et altèrent le confort du pied dans la chaussure .
L ' invention résout ce problème en prévoyant une chaussette "spéciale" prévue pour le maintien de modules de protection en toutes parties du pied.
Plus particulièrement , la présente invention prévoit une chaussette élastique pour le maintien d' au moins un module de protection d ' une zone du pied, comprenant une partie tubulaire destinée à couvrir la cheville, une partie avant destinée à couvrir le pied et le talon, et une ouverture dans une région de la chaussette correspondant à la voussure du pied, de telle sorte qu ' elle peut être enfilée en enfilant tout d ' abord la partie tubulaire autour de la cheville et en passant le pied dans l ' ouverture, puis en enfilant la partie avant autour du pied après avoir agencé sur le pied au moins un module de protection.
Selon un mode de réalisation, la chaussette comprend un matériau polyamide élasthanne .
Selon un mode de réalisation, la partie avant comprend une zone de soudure ou de couture qui passe le long d' une partie correspondant au bord gauche ou droit du pied.
Selon un mode de réalisation, la partie tubulaire comporte une zone de soudure ou de couture qui s ' étend à l ' avant de la cheville.
Selon un mode de réalisation, la chaussette comprend un module de protection solidaire de la chaussette .
Selon un mode de réalisation, le module de protection est agencé dans un matériau qui est soudé ou cousu à la chaussette .
La présente invention concerne également une combinaison d ' une chaussette selon l ' invention et d ' un module de protection comprenant une fine feuille de matériau absorbant l ' humidité, couvrant tout ou partie du pied et recouvert par la chaussette .
La présente invention concerne également un procédé pour maintenir sur le pied au moins un module de protection d ' une zone du pied, comprenant la prévision d' une chaussette élastique comprenant une partie tubulaire destinée à couvrir la cheville, une partie avant destinée à couvrir le pied et le talon, et une ouverture dans une région de la chaussette correspondant à la voussure du pied, la partie tubulaire étant tout d ' abord enfilée autour de la cheville en passant le pied dans l ' ouverture, la partie avant étant ensuite enfilée autour du pied après avoir agencé sur le pied au moins un module de protection.
Selon un mode de réalisation, le procédé comprend la prévision d ' une chaussette en un matériau polyamide élasthanne .
Selon un mode de réalisation, la chaussette comprend un module de protection solidaire de la chaussette . Selon un mode de réalisation, le module de protection est agencé dans un matériau qui est soudé ou cousu à la chaussette .
Selon un mode de réalisation, le module de protection comprend une fine feuille de matériau absorbant l ' humidité, couvrant tout ou partie du pied et recouvert par la chaussette .
Ces obj ets , caractéristiques et avantages ainsi que d' autres de la présente invention seront exposés plus en détail dans la description suivante d 'un exemple de réalisation de l ' invention, faite à titre non limitatif en relation avec les figures j ointes parmi lesquelles :
- la figure 1 représente schématiquement une chaussette selon 1 ' invention, - les figures 2 , 3 et 4 illustrent une opération d' enfilage de la chaussette avec positionnement d' un module de protection sur une partie du pied, et
- la figure 5 représente la chaussette enfilée sur le pied, assurant le maintien du module de protection. Comme illustré en figure 1 , l ' invention consiste en une chaussette 1 qui comprend classiquement une partie tubulaire 2 destinée à recouvrir la cheville et une partie avant 3 destinée à recouvrir le pied et le talon. La chaussette 1 a la particularité de présenter une ouverture 4 sur le dessus de la partie avant 3 , dans une région correspondant au-dessus du pied appelée la voussure .
La chaussette 1 est composée d'un matériau élastique, tissé ou non tissé, par exemple un polyamide élasthanne . La partie tubulaire 2 qui couvre la cheville peut comprendre une ligne 5 de soudure ou de couture . Dans ce cas , la ligne 5 est de préférence agencée dans l ' axe du dessus du pied, soit vers l ' avant du tube 2. Par ailleurs , le dessus de la partie avant 3 peut être une pièce rapportée par couture ou soudure . Dans ce cas la partie avant 3 peut comprendre une ligne 6 de soudure ou de couture, qui délimite la pièce rapportée . La ligne 6 est de préférence agencée latéralement, c ' est-à-dire dans la zone qui longe le bord droit et/ou le bord gauche du pied et s ' étend sur environ un tiers de la partie avant 3 de la chaussette .
L ' ouverture 4 permet de mettre en place la partie avant 3 de la chaussette 1 en effectuant un mouvement allant de l ' arrière vers l ' avant, au lieu d' effectuer un mouvement allant de l ' avant vers l ' arrière comme cela est le cas avec une chaussette classique. L ' ouverture 4 au niveau de la voussure permet en effet d' enfiler uniquement la partie tubulaire 2 de la chaussette autour de la cheville, en passant le pied à travers l ' ouverture 4 , avant de placer la partie avant 3 de la chaussette . On peut ensuite agencer un ou plusieurs modules de protection sur toutes parties du pied. Ces modules sont généralement légèrement adhésifs par nature (modules en gel de silicone) bien qu ' insuffisamment pour les empêcher de s ' enrouler ou de s ' arracher lorsque l ' on enfile une chaussette normale, comme indiqué plus haut . Ils sont susceptibles d' être soumis à des "hyper-appuis" ou à des frottements . On commence ainsi par agencer les modules situés les plus à l' arrière du pied et, au fur et à mesure de leur mise en place, on les recouvre avec la chaussette 1 en veillant (cela est possible grâce à l ' élasticité du tissu) à appliquer le tissu perpendiculairement au pied et non pas tangentiellement .
L ' agencement de la chaussette 1 et d'un module de protection 10 est illustré sur les figures 2 à 5. Sur les figures 2 et 3 , la partie tubulaire 2 est enfilée jusqu' à la cheville (couture vers l' extérieur) en passant le pied à travers l ' ouverture 4. Le module de protection 10 est ensuite agencé sur le pied à l ' endroit souhaité, ici en dessous de la malléole, et tient assez facilement par adhérence . Comme illustré par la figure 4 , la partie avant 3 est ensuite tirée vers l ' avant (flèche 11) , par élasticité, en recouvrant ainsi le module 10 , jusqu' à dépasser la pointe du pied. Elle est ensuite rabattue sur le pied (flèche 12) et est relâchée, de sorte que la pointe de la chaussette se met en place à l ' extrémité du pied. Comme représenté sur la figure 5 , le module 10 est ensuite maintenu par la chaussette 1 , avec un serrage raisonnable de la cheville et une tension raisonnable entre l ' arrière du pied et la pointe .
Grâce à l ' invention, des modules de protection ne sont pas déplacés au moment de l' enfilage de la chaussette et restent en place durablement , y compris pendant l ' exercice d' activités sportives . Dans une variante de réalisation, un ou plusieurs modules enveloppés dans du tissu sont fixés directement dans la chaussette et font partie intégrante de celle-ci . Les modules de protection solidaires de la chaussette peuvent être agencés dans un matériau tissé ou non, qui est soudé ou cousu à la chaussette . Ce mode de réalisation permet par exemple de bénéficier d' une protection plantaire classique (module de protection cousu) tout en permettant de maintenir des modules amovibles au moyen de la chaussette en tout autre point du pied.
L ' invention est particulièrement avantageuse pour la pratique les sports tels la randonnée, le football , le rugby, le skate-board, le patinage artistique et certains sports de combat . Des modules de protection, notamment en Epithélium 26®, peuvent être placés en diverses zones du pied, talon, plante du pied, malléole, tendon, etc .
L' invention permet également de maintenir des modules de protection sur des parties du pied qui comportent des hyperkératoses à résorber (par exemple les talons) .
L ' homme de l ' art notera que la présente invention est susceptible de diverses variantes et mode de réalisation, tant en ce qui concerne la forme de 1 ' ouverture 4 , qui peut être adaptée à diverses formes de modules ou à des morphologies différentes de pieds , qu ' en ce qui concerne les matériaux employés pour réaliser la chaussette . La présente invention est également susceptible de diverses applications , et la nature et la forme des modules de protection employés ne sont pas limités aux exemples décrits .
Selon une application avantageuse de l ' invention destinée aux personnes sujettes à la transpiration des pieds , le module de protection est une fine feuille de matériau absorbant l ' humidité, d ' une épaisseur de l ' ordre de 0 , 2 mm à 0 , 8 mm, qui couvre tout ou partie de la surface du pied. Une telle fine feuille de matériau absorbant est par exemple en polyéthylène microporeux chargé en silice, par exemple le matériau disponible dans le commerce sous la marque AEROSHOES® . Le module de protection colle à la peau par effet de pompage de la transpiration et glisse par contre sur le tissu ou sur le matériau de la chaussette . Ainsi , les mouvements du pied dans la chaussure n ' entraînent pas de mouvement du matériau absorbant relativement à la peau, ce qui supprime tout frottement entre la peau et le matériau absorbant . On obtient ainsi une combinaison de moyens formant par exemple une chaussette anti-transpiration et anti- frottement de la plante du pied.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Chaussette élastique (1) pour le maintien d ' au moins un module (10) de protection d' une zone du pied, comprenant une partie tubulaire (2 ) destinée à couvrir la cheville, une partie avant (3 ) destinée à couvrir le pied et le talon, caractérisée en ce qu ' elle comporte une ouverture (4) dans une région de la chaussette correspondant à la voussure du pied, de telle sorte qu ' elle peut être enfilée en enfilant tout d' abord la partie tubulaire (2 ) autour de la cheville et en passant le pied dans l ' ouverture (4) , puis en enfilant la partie avant (3 ) autour du pied après avoir agencé sur le pied au moins un module de protection (10 ) .
2. Chaussette (1) selon la revendication 1 , comprenant un matériau polyamide élasthanne .
3. Chaussette selon l 'une des revendications 1 et 2 , dans laquelle la partie avant (3) comprend une zone (6) de soudure ou de couture qui passe le long d' une partie correspondant au bord gauche ou droit du pied.
4. Chaussette selon l ' une des revendications 1 à 3 , dans laquelle la partie tubulaire (2 ) comporte une zone (5) de soudure ou de couture qui s ' étend à l ' avant de la cheville .
5. Chaussette selon l ' une des revendications 1 à 4 ; comprenant un module de protection solidaire de la chaussette .
6. Chaussette selon la revendication 5 , dans laquelle le module de protection est agencé dans un matériau qui est soudé ou cousu à la chaussette .
7. Combinaison d' une chaussette selon les revendications 1 à 6 et d ' un module de protection comprenant une fine feuille de matériau absorbant l ' humidité, couvrant tout ou partie du pied et recouvert par la chaussette .

Procédé pour maintenir sur le pied au moins un module (10 ) de protection d ' une zone du pied, caractérisé en ce qu ' il comprend la prévision d 'une chaussette élastique (1) comprenant une partie tubulaire (2) destinée à couvrir la cheville, une partie avant (3 ) destinée à couvrir le pied et le talon, et une ouverture (4) dans une région de la chaussette correspondant à la voussure du pied, la partie tubulaire (2) étant tout d ' abord enfilée autour de la cheville en passant le pied dans l ' ouverture (4 ) , la partie avant (3 ) étant ensuite enfilée autour du pied après avoir agencé sur le pied au moins un module de protection ( 10) .
9. Procédé selon la revendication 8 , comprenant la prévision d ' une chaussette en un matériau polyamide élasthanne .
10. Procédé selon l ' une des revendications 8 et 9 , dans lequel la chaussette comprend un module de protection solidaire de la chaussette .
11. Procédé selon la revendication 10 , dans lequel le module de protection est agencé dans un matériau qui est soudé ou cousu à la chaussette .
12. Procédé selon l ' une des revendications 8 et 9 , caractérisé en ce que le module de protection comprend une fine feuille de matériau absorbant l ' humidité, couvrant tout ou partie du pied et recouvert par la chaussette .
