- the dilution of detergents and disinfectants is done in the prior art with devices that operate on the so-called "Venturi principle". It is a vacuum system that works in proportion to the flow rate. Due to the negative pressure arising behind the venturi nozzle, which theoretically depends solely on the flow rate of the water, the respective amounts of cleaning agent or disinfectant are added to the water. However, the amount of sucked cleaning or disinfecting agent is also dependent on other factors, than only the amount of water flowing through. Among other things, the amount depends on the respective water pressure. Varying water pressures in the pipe system therefore lead to an inaccurate mixing ratio. In addition, water temperature and water hardness have an effect on the amount of concentrate supplied.
