Claims (10)
- Soupape (1) pour commander une soupape d'injection d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un élément de soupape (6) qui est disposé dans un alésage étagé (4) du boîtier de soupape (5) en formant un espace annulaire (2) côté haute pression, qui est rendu étanche par rapport au boîtier de soupape (5) par application hermétique de l'élément de soupape (6) contre un premier épaulement annulaire (8) de l'alésage (4), et à distance de celui-ci, par une bague d'étanchéité (9 ; 9' ; 9"), qui s'applique avec l'un de ses flancs d'étanchéité axiaux ou l'une de ses arêtes d'étanchéité axiales contre un deuxième épaulement annulaire (11) de l'alésage (4),
caractérisée en ce que
la bague d'étanchéité (9 ; 9' ; 9") s'applique avec son autre flanc d'étanchéité axial ou son autre arête d'étanchéité axiale contre un épaulement annulaire (10) de l'élément de soupape (6). - Soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (9 ; 9' ; 9") est serrée avec précontrainte entre l'épaulement annulaire (10) de l'élément de soupape (6) et le deuxième épaulement annulaire (11) de l'alésage (4).
- Soupape selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement annulaire (10) de l'élément de soupape (6) est biseauté et le deuxième épaulement annulaire (11) de l'alésage (4) est conique.
- Soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (9 ; 9') a une forme trapézoïdale en section transversale.
- Soupape selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux flancs d'étanchéité axiaux de la bague d'étanchéité (9) s'étendent approximativement parallèlement à l'épaulement annulaire biseauté (10) et à l'épaulement annulaire conique (11).
- Soupape selon la revendication 4 en combinaison avec la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux flancs d'étanchéité axiaux de la bague d'étanchéité (9') s'étendent suivant un angle plus aigu (β) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier de soupape (5) ou de l'élément de soupape (6) que les épaulements annulaires (10, 11).
- Soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (9") est approximativement rectangulaire en section transversale.
- Soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, les revendications 4 et 7 se rapportant chacune à la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement annulaire biseauté (10) et l'épaulement annulaire conique (11) s'étendent suivant approximativement le même angle (α) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier de soupape (5) ou de l'élément de soupape (6).
- Soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre extérieur (d) de la bague d'étanchéité (9 ; 9' ; 9") est inférieur au diamètre de l'alésage (D) de l'espace annulaire (2).
- Soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un espace de commande (14) est limité dans un alésage de guidage (13) de l'élément de soupape (6) par un organe de soupape ou de commande (12) de la soupape d'injection, guidé de manière déplaçable dans celui-ci, l'espace de commande (14) étant connecté par le biais d'un étranglement d'entrée (15) à l'espace annulaire côté haute pression (2), et débouchant par le biais d'un étranglement de sortie (16) dans une ouverture de siège de soupape d'un siège de soupape (17), qui est prévu du côté frontal de l'élément de soupape (6) opposé à l'organe de soupape ou de commande (12), pour coopérer avec un organe de fermeture de soupape mobile (18).
