the base 1 is electrically powered by an electric cable, not shown in the figures, and comprises, in a manner known per se, a housing 10 for storing the electrical cord, visible in FIG. 4, extending inside the the base 1 and having a wide opening through which the power supply cable of the base of the device can be introduced in bulk.
the base 1 comprises a cavity 15 having an elongated shape extending in length along the periphery of the base 1.
This cavity allows the storage and maintenance of the cord 2 arranged in a single loop of large length, the cavity 15 having an opening 15A in which a cord loop 2, obtained by folding in two the cord 2, is introduced gradually.
the cavity 15 has a cross section of reduced width so that the cord 2 is guided by the walls of the cavity, thus preventing twisting of the cord 2, the latter retaining its arrangement in the form of an elongate loop.
the cross section of the cavity has a width of about 1.5 cm and a height of about 4.5 cm.
the cavity 15 extends in length in the extension of the opening 15A and is delimited by walls forming a sleeve 16 embossed winding around the rear part of the base 2 on a little more than one third of the periphery of base 1.
the sheath 16 is defined, in its upper half, by the second translucent portion 12B of the upper shell 12 so that the positioning of the bead 2 can be visualized in the cavity 15.
the sleeve 16 has an opening 15A at each of its ends, each opening 15A opening tangentially to the wall of the base 1.
the presence of the openings 15A at each end of the sleeve 16 has the advantage of allowing the introduction of the cord 2 on one side or the other of the sleeve 16.
