Claims (2)
- Vakuumpumpe vom Membrantyp, umfassend:einen schrägen Stift 13, der in einem vorgegebenen Abstand radial von dem Drehmittelpunkt eines Motors 1 angeordnet ist und sich um den Drehmittelpunkt dreht;eine Rollplatte 9, die mit dem schrägen Stift verbunden ist und exzentrisch auf und ab rüttelt; undeine Dreipunkt-Membran 10, die mit der Rollplatte kombiniert und zwischen einer Membranführung 3 und einer Luftöffnung 4 angeordnet ist,wobei das Vakuumpumpen durch das Wiederholen von Ansaug- und Ausströmvorgängen entsprechend Änderungen des inneren Volumens der Dreipunkt-Membran 10 durchgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseite der Dreipunkt-Membran 10 durch Führungsringe 12, die in die Luftöffnung 4 eingesetzt werden, in engem Kontakt mit der Wand der Membranführung 3 steht.
- Vakuumpumpe vom Membrantyp nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ansatz 20, der von dem Mittelpunkt der Membranführung 3 vorragt, mit dem Rüttelmittelpunkt der Rollplatte 9 in Kontakt steht.
