Claims (10)
- Dispositif destiné à plier et coller des découpes contrecollées avec du plastique, en particulier des cartonnages pour boissons contrecollés avec du PE, avec- un poste de pelage (14) pour peler sélectivement un contrecollage plastique d'une découpe (32),- un poste de rainage (16) pour produire une ligne de pliage sur une découpe (32),- un poste de chauffage (18) pour chauffer sélectivement un contrecollage plastique d'une découpe (32) devant être collé,- un poste de pressage (22) pour presser et coller une découpe pliée, et- un dispositif de transport (12) pour transporter des découpes (32) à travers les postes (14, 16, 18, 20, 22), caractérisé en ce que le poste de chauffage (18) comprend un brûleur (34 ; 34') avec une chambre de combustion (36) oblongue, qui présente sur sa face supérieure une série d'ouvertures de flamme (44) disposées de préférence les unes derrières les autres dans la direction axiale pour la sortie des flammes, et qui présente un refroidissement liquide (46, 48 ; 46', 48').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le brûleur (34 ; 34') présente des surfaces (42) déflectrices de flammes, qui s'étendent des deux côtés des ouvertures de flammes (44).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la chambre de combustion (36) est de forme tubulaire et est munie, des deux côtés des ouvertures de flamme (44), de corps réfrigérants (46, 48 ; 46', 48') qui peuvent être traversés par un liquide de refroidissement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les corps réfrigérants (46, 48 ; 46', 48') présentent chacun, pour le liquide de refroidissement, une ouverture d'entrée de liquide (62) à une première extrémité axiale et une ouverture de sortie de liquide (64) à une deuxième extrémité axiale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel les corps réfrigérants (46, 48 ; 46', 48') présentent chacun une cavité (76) qui est vissée à la chambre de combustion (36).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les corps réfrigérants (46, 48) sont traversés par une rangée de douilles (60) qui s'étendent chacune entre une paroi intérieure du corps réfrigérant (46, 48 ; 46', 48') tournée vers la chambre de combustion (36) et une paroi extérieure opposée du corps réfrigérant (46, 48 ; 46', 48'), et qui sont hermétiques par rapport à la cavité (76).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les corps réfrigérants (46, 48 ; 46', 48') sont vissés à la chambre de combustion (36) par des vis (50) qui s'étendent à travers les douilles (60).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le brûleur (34) fonctionne au gaz, en particulier au gaz naturel, au propane ou au butane.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec des dispositifs de réglage (54, 56, 58) pour régler la position du brûleur (34 ; 34') par rapport au dispositif de transport (12).
- Utilisation d'un brûleur (34 ; 34') présentant une chambre de combustion (36) oblongue, qui présente sur sa face supérieure une série d'ouvertures de flamme (44) disposées de préférence les unes derrières les autres dans la direction axiale pour la sortie des flammes, et qui présente un refroidissement liquide (46, 48 ; 46', 48'), comme dispositif de chauffage pour le chauffage sélectif d'un contre collage en plastique lors du pliage et du collage de découpes (32) contrecollées avec du plastique, en particulier des cartonnages pour boissons contrecollés avec du PE.
