- Tube ribs (18) Rectal cleaning tube rear protrusions (19, 19') Rectal cleaning tube guiding slots (20) Cavity (21) Protrusion (22) Threaded connection hole (23)
- the hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) of the invention comprises rectal cleaning tube housing body (1); at least one compression part (2); a mounting gasket (3), a washer (4) and a spring (5); a rectal cleaning tube (6); at least one sealing member (7); and a connection part (8).
- the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1) having a circular cross-section body in cylindrical and hollow form with free front and rear sides comprises a mounting protrusion (1 1) as outward protrusion at its front-side and interior protrusion (12) recessing the rectal cleaning tube (6) as inward protrusion at same front-side, a rear protrusion (13) formed by diameter extension at the interior surface of the body (1) where a connection part (8) having a circular cross section is placed at its rear side by screwing or adhering or soldering, at least one discharge duct (10) as a hole through on the side surface of the body such that after the mounting of the connection part (8) it stays in front-side of this part (8), at least one connection hole (14) on the mounting protrusion (11). At least one rectal cleaning tube guiding slots (20) extends directly at the ends of the interior protrusion (12) as a duct.
- the compression part (2) shown in Figures 1-5 has a body in a cylindrical form which is flat at front surface and preferably inclined at rear surface such that its central hole could be fitted in the outer surface of the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1).
- Compression part (2) has at least one connection hole (15) concentric with the connection holes (14).
- Mounting gasket (3) shown in Figure 1-5 has identical geometrical shape with the compression part (2) and is made of elastic polymeric material. The outer diameter of the mounting gasket (3) is utmost identical with the diameter of the compression part (2) in its normal state.
- Mounting gasket (3) has at least one connection hole (16) concentric with the connection holes (14, 15).
- the washer (4) shown in Figures 1-5 is in cylindrical form, its central hole-through could be fitted in outer surface of the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1), has front and rear surfaces with flat body wherein it comprises at least one screwed connection hole (17) concentric with the connection holes (14, 15, 16).
- the rectal cleaning tube (6) shown in Figures 1-5 comprises a body in a cylindrical form, a water passage duct (9) elongating from back to front side in parallel to the central axis of the tube (6) and then opened outwardly from side surface of the tube (6) with an angle, tube ribs(18) extending longitudinally through at least one, preferably both sides for guiding of the tube (6) without turning in the rectal cleaning tube guiding slots (20), two rectal cleaning tube rear protrusions (19, 19') extending outwardly from outer surface of the tube (6) in circular cross section where at least one sealing member (7) is interposed.
- Sealing member (7) shown in Figures 3-5 has a body which its circular side surface extends from front to back side, it is made of elastic polymeric material and having a circular form so that it could be interposed between the rectal cleaning tube rear protrusions (19, 19') and also having a cavity (21) in circular form inwardly from rear surface.
- connection part (8) shown in Figures 3-5 has a body in circular cross section. Threaded connection hole (23) with a screw thread connecting front and rear surfaces together is placed in the centre of the connection part (8) and the protrusion (22) on its outer surface is formed such that it could fit in the rear protrusion (13) on the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1).
- Spring (5) shown in Figures 3-5 is a standard compression spring that each ends of it rests on between the interior protrusion (12) in the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1) and the rectal cleaning tube rear protrusion (19), its inner diameter is larger than outer surface (6) of the rectal cleaning tube and its outer diameter is smaller than the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1 ).
- rectal cleaning tube (6) is located in the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1), tube ribs (18) are guided such that they could move back and forth in the rectal cleaning tube guiding slots (20). In this way, turning movement of rectal cleaning tube (6) in the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1) is avoided and therefore outlet point direction of the water passage duct (9) on the tube (6) is fixed.
- Sealing member (7) is placed between the rectal cleaning tube rear protrusions (19, 19'), so that cavity (21) thereon faces toward the rear side namely to the side that water comes and side surfaces of sealing member swell and rest on the interior surface of the rectal cleaning recess body (1) after water is filled into the cavity (21) with a pressure and water leakage is prevented from rear side of sealing member (7) to front side. Therefore, rectal cleaning tube (6) is pushed forward smoothly by means of exposing more pressure on rear side between front and rear sides that are separated by the sealing member (7). Water coming through the water passage duct (9) exits from the other end of the rectal cleaning tube (6) and washing is performed.
- rectal cleaning tube (6) pushed forward compresses the spring (5) between interior protrusion (12) and rectal cleaning tube rear protrusion (19), after water is cut, rectal cleaning tube (6) returns back its prior position by spring (5) compression rear side of the rectal cleaning tube (6) or rear protrusion (19') of rectal cleaning tube returned back its prior position rests on the connection part (8) attached to the rear side of rectal cleaning recess body (1). Water at the rear side is discharged from water discharge hole (10) while the rectal cleaning tube (6) is returning back its prior position. A hose is connected for water system connection to the threaded connection hole (23) in the connection part (8).
- hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) of the invention by means of compression part (2), mounting gasket (3) and washer (4) located on outer surface of the rectal cleaning tube housing body (1), hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) could be easily and quickly mounted in the recess for placing the rectal cleaning tubes from front side in all types of toilets, floor-mounted toilet and especially hanging toilets where access from backside is not possible.
- flat front surface of the compression part (2) rests on the mounting protrusion (11), preferably inclined surface of the mounting gasket (3) rests on preferably inclined rear surface of the compression part (2) and a washer (4) sits on the flat rear surface of the mounting gasket (3).
- connection holes (14) on the mounting protrusion (1 1), connection holes (15) on the compression part (2), connection holes (16) on the mounting gasket (3) are concentric with screwed connection holes (17) on the washer (4) and connection parts (not shown in figures) such as screws or bolts with threads thereon are screwed on the screwed connection holes (17) by respectively passing over these holes (14, 15, 16).
- hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) is mounted in the recess at the toilet from front side such that the washer (4) and mounting gasket (3) remain inside the toilet recess and compression part (2) remains outside of the recess. Then, connection parts such as said screws or bolts with threads thereon are equally compressed.
- mounting gasket (3) starts to compressing between compression part (2) and washer (4) and swells and its outer diameter is enlarged since its material is elastic and then mounting gasket (3) is compressed at the interior surface of the hole at the front side of the toilet. Therefore, hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) is fixed in the toilet hole.
- Preferred hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) above is not intended to limit the protection scope of the invention. In view of the described knowledge by the invention, all modifications on this preferred hidden rectal cleaning apparatus (A) should be interpreted in the protection scope of the invention.
