Claims (3)

  1. Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Zwischenkühler für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit:
    - einer Mehrzahl zueinander parallelen Röhren (12);
    - einer Metallbodenplatte (14), die aus einer geschnittenen und gebogenen Metallplatte konstanter Dicke (T) gebildet ist, mit einer Mehrzahl Öffnungen (18), die die Enden der Röhren (12) aufnehmen, wobei an den Öffnungen (18) von nach oben gebogenen Rändern der Öffnungen (18) gebildete Krägen (20) vorgesehen sind;
    - einem Verteilerbehälter aus Kunststoffmaterial (16), der durch Pressen mit der Bodenplatte (14) verbunden ist; und
    - einer zwischen einem äußeren Rand (36) des Verteilerbehälters (16) und einer Grundfläche (22) der Bodenplatte (14) komprimierten, ringförmigen Dichtung (28), wobei der Abstand zwischen der äußeren Oberfläche der Röhren (12) und der Dichtung (28) gleich der Dicke der Wände (20b) der Krägen (20) ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der Öffnungen (18) zum Inneren des Verteilerbehälters (16) hin gebogen sind, und dass die Grundfläche (22), auf welcher die Dichtung (28) sitzt, zu Bereichen der Oberfläche (22a) koplanar ist, die zwischen benachbarten, parallelen Wänden (20a) der Krägen (20) angeordnet sind.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (28) in einem Raum angeordnet ist, der zwischen einem Bereich der Grundfläche (22b, 22c) der Grundplatte (14), zwischen Wänden (20a, 20b) der Krägen (20) und zwischen einem äußeren Rand (24) der Grundplatte (14) eingeschlossen ist, wobei der äußere Rand (24) und die Wände der Krägen (20b, 20a) zu der Endwand (22) senkrecht sind.
  3. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (28) eine Mehrzahl Vorsprünge (34) aufweist, die an einer Stelle angeordnet sind, die einem Verbindungsbereich zwischen zueinander senkrechten Bereichen (22a, 22b) der Grundfläche (22) entspricht.
