Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif pour ouvrir et fermer des portes et des tiroirs, du type qui a une conception télescopique avec un vérin externe (1) qui est fixé au corps d'une pièce d'ameublement et un piston (2) qui s'adapte à l'intérieur de celui-ci et coulisse contre un ressort de compression (3), et à la fin de sa course vers l'intérieur, il est retenu de sorte qu'en poussant l'extrémité vers l'extérieur de ce piston (2), la rétention est libérée et le piston (2) commence sa course vers l'extérieur sous l'action du ressort (3), caractérisé en ce que le vérin externe (1) a une sangle (4) qui est tendue de sorte que son extrémité (4a) appuie contre une paroi interne (2a) du piston (2), alors que ce piston (2) a une rampe laminaire élastique (5) et un loquet de rotation (6) ; le loquet de rotation (6) peut adopter les positions désactivée et activée respectives, dans lesquelles sa face avant est déviée ou faisant longitudinalement face à l'extrémité de la rampe (5), et ce loquet de rotation (6) a une fente (6a) qui est conçue pour permettre l'insertion d'une pointe plate d'un tournevis (9) et à laquelle on peut avoir accès par une fenêtre triangulaire (1a) dans le vérin externe (1) de sorte que les positions de la fente (6a) correspondant aux positions désactivée et activée du loquet de rotation (6) sont situées entre deux côtés opposés ; la rampe (5) est tendue de sorte que son extrémité libre appuie sur la paroi interne (2a) du piston (2) dans une partie qui est longitudinalement alignée avec l'extrémité (4a) de la sangle (4) à une distance appropriée, et à la base de cette rampe (5), on trouve un pivot (7) qui définit une trajectoire de came à boucle (8) entre sa périphérie et l'intérieur du piston (2), qui forme une partie évidée en forme de Y (8a) sur la partie opposée à la base de la rampe (5) qui est conçue pour recevoir l'extrémité (4a) de la sangle (4).
  2. Dispositif pour ouvrir et fermer des portes et des tiroirs, selon l'une quelconque des revendications, caractérisé en ce que le loquet de rotation (6) a une saillie (6b) sur son extrémité libre, qui, dans la position désactivée du piston (2), repose contre le côté interne de l'extrémité d'un crochet (10) qui sort de la paroi du piston (2), la saillie (6b) faisant saillie sur une étendue qui permet à l'extrémité du crochet (10) de la faire passer, en raison d'une action élastique.
  3. Dispositif pour ouvrir et fermer des portes et des tiroirs, selon toutes les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la position activée du loquet (6), sa saillie (6b) repose contre le côté externe de l'extrémité du crochet (10), alors que le loquet (6) repose contre la paroi interne (2a) du piston (2) sur lequel la sangle (4) est comprimée dans son état de repos.
