Subsequently, 56% by weight of ammonium perchlorate and 6% by weight of hexogen are added in a solvent-moist state. The mass is kneaded in about 2 hours until a consistent dough is formed. The dough is then extruded and cut to length. After complete removal of the solvent, the bulk material is graphitized and sieved.
