Claims (33)
- Outil de ponçage comprenant un corps (2) possédant une première face (3) possédant des moyens de liaison (4) à un dispositif ou une machine, et une seconde face (5) opposée à la première, tournée vers les pièces destinées à être usinées dans une condition de fonctionnement de l'outil, possédant un jeu de moyens de ponçage (6) ; ledit outil (1) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une pluralité de moyens de mâchoire (7) reliés à la seconde face (5) par l'intermédiaire de moyens coulissants radiaux (8) et qui peuvent être bloqués par l'intermédiaire de moyens de blocage (9) ; les bords latéraux opposés (10) de deux moyens de mâchoire adjacents (7) étant adaptés pour correspondre à un des moyens de ponçage (6), le serrant et le bloquant.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) présente une forme presque cylindrique, conique ou de préférence discoïde avec la seconde face (5) presque circulaire et plane.
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) comporte un orifice central (11) pour des moyens de vis (12) et pour moyens de centrage (13) adaptés pour fixer les moyens de liaison (4).
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) présente la même forme, presqu'une forme de secteur de disque.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque sommet de chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) est lissé ou coupé.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) comporte presque la même forme de secteur de disque, lequel secteur sous-tend le même angle (A).
- Outil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a de 3 à 18 moyens de mâchoire (7), chacun définissant un angle (A), variant entre environ 120° et environ 20°.
- Outil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a douze moyens de mâchoire (7), chacun définissant un angle (A) d'environ 30°.
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux (10) de chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) possèdent des parties lissées respectives (14), adjacentes à la seconde face (5) du corps (2) et inclinées par rapport à ladite face (5) d'un angle compris entre 55° et 30°, de préférence d'environ 45°.
- Outil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux (10) des moyens de mâchoire (7) comporte des parties planes (15) adjacentes aux parties lissées (14), presque orthogonales à la seconde face (5) du corps (2).
- Outil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux (10) des moyens de mâchoire (7) comportent des parties planes (15), adjacentes aux parties lissées (14) légèrement inclinées selon la direction de rotation de l'outil (1) par rapport à la seconde face (5) du corps (2).
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens coulissants radiaux (8) comprennent une ouverture de passage (16) en forme de boutonnière allongée réalisée dans chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) et engagée de façon coulissante par au moins un moyen de goupille (17) fixé au corps (2) et faisant saillie à partir de la seconde face (5).
- Outil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens coulissants radiaux (8) comprennent, pour chaque ouverture de passage (16), deux moyens de goupille (17) fixés au corps (2) alignés par rapport à un rayon géométrique de ce dernier corps (2).
- Outil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de passage (16), présentant une forme de boutonnière allongée, comporte des bords rectilignes presque parallèles à l'axe longitudinal de l'ouverture de passage (16).
- Outil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal de l'ouverture de passage (16) est aligné par rapport à la bissectrice de l'angle formée par les bords (10) des moyens de mâchoire respectifs (7).
- Outil selon les revendications 8 et 15, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal de l'ouverture de passage (16) forme des angles d'environ 15° avec les bords (10) des moyens de mâchoire respectifs (7).
- Outil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal de l'ouverture de passage (16) est légèrement incliné par rapport à la bissectrice de l'angle formé par les bords (10) des moyens de mâchoire respectifs (7).
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (9) comprennent au moins un moyen de vis (18) engagé, par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture de passage en forme de boutonnière allongée (19) réalisée dans chaque moyen de mâchoire (7), dans une vis femelle respective (20) réalisée dans le corps (2) en correspondance avec la seconde face (5).
- Outil selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (9) comprennent deux moyens de vis (18) engagés dans l'ouverture de passage (19).
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications 12 à 17 et une quelconque des revendications 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de goupille (17) sont constitués par la tige ou le corps des moyens de vis (18).
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen d'arrêt périmétrique (21) fixable au périmètre du corps (2) faisant saillie à partir de la seconde face (5) afin d'empêcher un glissement ou des projections indésirables des moyens de ponçage et/ou des moyens de mâchoire en cas de desserrage des moyens de blocage (9).
- Outil selon les revendications 2 et 21, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'arrêt périmétrique (21) présente une forme annulaire et comporte une face intérieure conique tronquée adaptée pour correspondre à une face complémentaire du bord du corps présentant une forme conique tronquée avec une base mineure en correspondance avec la première face (3) du corps (2).
- Outil selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la première face (3) du corps (2) comporte un jeu de vis femelles périphériques (22) pour le même nombre de moyens de vis (23) dont les têtes serrent le moyen d'arrêt périphérique (21), le fixant.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux (10) de chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) comportent des parties lissées planes respectives (35) s'étendant parmi les faces parallèles et planes principales desdits moyens de mâchoire (7), formant avec eux un angle variant entre 55° et 30°, de préférence de 45°.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux de chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) comportent des rainures longitudinales respectives (36, 37) qui, dans la condition d'assemblage, sont adjacentes à la seconde face (5) du corps (2).
- Outil selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que chaque bord latéral (10) des moyens de mâchoire (7) comporte également une face plane (38), adjacente aux rainures longitudinales (36, 37) et presqu'orthogonale aux faces planes et parallèles principales desdits moyens de mâchoire (7).
- Outil selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (36) des moyens de mâchoire (7) comportent une section transversale avec une forme de secteur circonférentiel, de préférence un quart de forme circonférentielle, ou une forme de « L ».
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (9) comprennent un moyen de forme annulaire (40) coaxial par rapport aux moyens de liaison (4) et coulissant de manière rotative sur la première face (3) du corps (2) qui comporte au moins un orifice de passage (41) pour chaque moyen de mâchoire (7) et engagé de façon coulissante par un moyen de tirant (42) avec une extrémité fixée aux moyens de mâchoire respectifs (7) et l'autre extrémité possédant une partie coulissante (43) correspondant de façon coulissante avec la face annulaire (44) du moyen de forme annulaire (40) opposée à la face qui coulisse sur le corps (2).
- Outil selon la revendication 28, caractérisé en ce que ladite face annulaire (44) comporte une première surface plane (45) et une seconde surface plane (46) mutuellement biseautées par une surface inclinée interposée (47), pour chaque partie coulissante (43) de chaque moyen de tirant.
- Outil selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du moyen de forme annulaire (40) est minimum en correspondance avec la première surface plane (45) et maximum en correspondance avec la seconde surface plane (46).
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications 28 à 30, caractérisé en ce que les moyens coulissants radiaux (8) des moyens de mâchoire (7) comprennent des orifices de passage (41) du corps (2) en forme de boutonnière allongée radiale, avec une longueur suffisante pour permettre le coulissement radial du moyen de tirant (42) et des moyens de mâchoire (7).
- Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords latéraux opposés (10) de deux moyens de mâchoire adjacents (7) réalisent, en coopération avec la seconde face (5) du corps (2), un logement pour un bord d'un moyen de ponçage.
- Outil selon la revendication 32, caractérisé en ce que la partie externe du logement pour un bord d'un moyen de ponçage est plus étroite que la partie interne définie par la seconde face (5) du corps (2).
