Claims (12)

  1. Machine à emboîter les livres (10) avec des plateaux supports (10.4) transportant les livres (1) à califourchon, en position verticale d'un élévateur transporteur à plateaux supports (10.3) et avec un récepteur de livres (20), consistant dans un organe de retrait (20.5) disposé dans le plan de déplacement (10.5) des plateaux supports (10.4) comportant une ouverture de passage (20.5a) pour les plateaux supports (10.4), sur lesquels les livres (1) cheminant vers le bas s'appuient pour libérer les plateaux supports (10.4), avec un dispositif d'étalement pour l'étalement latéral consécutif des livres (1) par rapport au plan de déplacement (10.5) des plateaux supports (10.4), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étalement comprend de moyens d'appui (20.5, 20.6, 20.7) avec des rails d'appui (20.5, 20.6) soutenant au moins latéralement les livres, les moyens d'appui (20.5, 20.6, 20.7) étant déplaçables de part et d'autre de la position de retrait (20.10) dans une position de réception (20.11 ou 20.12) parallèle au plan de déplacement (10.5) pour les livres.
  2. Machine à emboîter les livres selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'appui (20.5, 20.6, 20.7) sont déplaçables sensiblement à la perpendiculaire du plan de déplacement (10.5) des plateaux supports (10.4) pour étaler les livres (1) dans la position de réception (20.11 ou 20.12) parallèle au plan de déplacement (10.5).
  3. Machine à emboîter les livres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par deux unités (20.1, 20.2) de moyens d'appui (20.5, 20.6, 20.7), qui reprennent alternativement les livres (1) de la position de retrait (20.10) et les transfèrent respectivement dans des positions de réception (20.11, 20.12) sur des côtés mutuellement opposés du plan de déplacement (10.5).

  5. Machine à emboîter les livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par l'organe de retrait (20.5) en tant que moyen d'appui, qui avec le livre (1) déposé dessus est déplaçable latéralement hors du plan de déplacement (10.5) des plateaux supports (10.4).
  6. Machine à emboîter les livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les rails d'appui (20.6, 20.7) sont à format réglable sur l'épaisseur du livre, au niveau d'une largeur de guidage.

  8. Machine à emboîter les livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les rails d'appui (20.6, 20.7) peuvent se fermer et s'ouvrir, pour enserrer latéralement les livres (1) pendant le déplacement d'étalement orienté vers le côté.
  9. Machine à emboîter les livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moment de la pose du livre (1), l'organe de retrait (20.5) est déplaçable vers le bas pour réduire la vitesse de pose des livres (1).
  10. Machine à emboîter les livres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par une pince à livre (30.1 ou 30.2) placée en aval du récepteur de livres (20) pivotant autour d'un axe (30.3) et reprenant les livres (1) à partir de la première position de réception (20.11 ou 20.12) en les enserrant latéralement, pour retourner et amener les livres (1) dans une deuxième position de réception (30.11 ou 30.12).
  11. Machine à emboîter les livres selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de pivotement (30.3) de la pince à livres (30.1, 30.2) est à format réglable, en direction horizontale, parallèle à lui-même, pour la réception définie des livres (1) en direction horizontale, dans laquelle s'étend la hauteur du livre.
