Claims (25)

  1. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) eines Blumenstraußes (3), die umfasst:
    - ein nicht durchbrochenes Basiselement (2) zum Halten eines Straußes (3),
    - eine erste Klappe (4), die durch zwei Arme (44) mit den zwei Enden einer ersten Seite (20) des nicht durchbrochenen Basiselements (2) fest verbunden ist,
    - eine zweite Klappe (5), die durch zwei Arme (54) mit den zwei Enden einer zweiten Seite (21) des nicht durchbrochenen Basiselements (2) fest verbunden ist,
    - einen Verpackungsbogen (6) aus elastischem Material,
    -- wobei die erste Klappe (4) und die zweite Klappe (5) jeweils längs eine Öffnung besitzen, die sich jeweils ab der ersten Seite (20) des nicht durchbrochenen Basiselements (2) in Richtung des oberen Endes (41) der ersten Klappe (4) und ab der zweiten Seite (21) des nicht durchbrochenen Basiselements (2) in Richtung des oberen Endes (51) der zweiten Klappe (5) erstreckt,
    - wobei die tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) am oberen Ende (41 und 51) der Klappen (4) und (5) mit einem Verschlusssystem (9) ausgestattet ist.
  2. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Basiselement (2) eine erste Lasche (201) und eine zweite Lasche (211) umfasst, die sich in der Ebene des Basiselements (2) erstrecken.
  3. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das obere Ende (41) der ersten Klappe (4) und das obere Ende (51) der zweiten Klappe (5) jeweils eine Öffnung (43 und 53) besitzen.
  4. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich das obere Ende (41) der ersten Klappe (4) und das obere Ende (51) der zweiten Klappe (5) in einem Segment (10) treffen.
  5. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Klappe (4) und die zweite Klappe (5) jeweils längs eine Öffnung in Form eines umgekehrten U (42 und 52) besitzen.
  6. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das obere Ende (41) der ersten Klappe (4) und das obere Ende (51) der zweiten Klappe (5) jeweils eine U-förmige Öffnung (43 und 53) besitzen.
  7. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verschlusssystem ein Steck-Verschlusssystem (9) am oberen Ende (41 und 51) der Klappen (4) und (5) ist.
  8. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Steak-VersahJusssystem (9) von Laschen oder Knopfklipsen gebildet wird.
  9. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verschlusssystem (9) verklammert ist.
  10. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verschlusssystem (9) von einem oder mehreren Streifen mit Heftstiften gebildet wird.
  11. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verschlusssystem (9) von einem oder mehreren Haftstreifen gebildet wird
  12. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Klappe (4 oder 5) an ihrem oberen ende (41 oder 51) zwei Arme (64) in Ergänzung zu den Armen der Klappe (4 oder 5) umfasst.
  13. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Seite (20) der zweiten Seite (21) parallel gegenüberliegt.
  14. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Öffnung (42) über mindestens die Hälfte der Länge der ersten Klappe (4) erstreckt und sich die Öffnung (52) über mindestens die Hälfte der Länge der zweiten Klappe (5) erstreckt.
  15. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Öffnung (42) über mindestens zwei Drittel der Länge der ersten Klappe (4) erstreckt und sich die Öffnung (52) über mindestens zwei Drittel der Länge der zweiten Klappe (5) erstreckt.
  16. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) den Verpackungsbogen (6) umhüllt.
  17. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verpackungsbogen (6) die Vorrichtung (1) umhüllt.
  18. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei sich die Symmetrieachse der U-förmigen Öffnungen (43 und 53) auf der zentralen Längsachse (11) der Klappen (4 und 5) befindet.
  19. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei sich die Symmetrieachse der umgekehrt U-förmigen Öffnungen (42 und 52) auf der zentralen Längsachse (11) der Klappen (4 und 5) befindet.
  20. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Laschen (201 und 211) jeweils eine längliche U-Form besitzen und sich ihre Symmetrieachse auf der zentralen Querachse (11) der Basis (2) befindet.
  21. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das obere Ende der Klappen (4 und 5) jeweils eine Öffnung (8) auf der einen und der anderen Seite der Öffnungen (43 und 53) für das Greifen durch ein Tragemittel (7) besitzen können.
  22. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, wobei das Tragemittel (7) in die Öffnungen (8) eingeführt ist.
  23. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Basiselement (2) - Klappe (4) - Klappe (5) eine Steifigkeit besitzt, die größer ist als die des Verpackungsbogens (6).
  24. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verpackungsbogen (6) eine viereckige oder kreisrunde oder ovale Oberfläche besitzt.
  25. Tragbare Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die die Form eines Prismas mit rechteckiger Basis besitzt.
