Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with a shoe upper and a sole, wherein above or in the sole a damping element is arranged.
  • WO 01/17384 A2 describes a sole for a shoe in which a number of ribs, which have a curved shape, are positioned in the region of the back of the foot between a carrier or inner part and an outer sole. It is thus achieved that, when the sole is loaded with impact forces, the ribs are bent, with the rib taking on an almost semiellipsoidal shape.
  • the disadvantage here is that due to this deformation of the ribs a relatively strong decline in the spring stiffness is determined over the load path, resulting in poor control of the spring stiffness and is not desirable.
  • the invention is based on the object, a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, of the type mentioned in such a way that a better controllable course of the spring stiffness is given over the spring travel. Furthermore, the spring stiffness over the spring travel according to a desired function and no burglary, in particular progressive type, suffer. This should make it possible to influence the spring behavior of the shoe sole or of the damping element arranged on or in this well.
  • the damping element comprises: a first, upper group in cross-section substantially U-shaped or Tannenf ⁇ rmig trained damping body, wherein the damping body each having two legs which are connected to a connecting portion, a second, lower group in cross-section substantially U-shaped or trough-shaped damping body, the damping bodies each having two legs which are connected to a connecting portion, and an intermediate carrier which is arranged between the two groups of damping bodies and to which the legs adjoin one another with their end remote from the connecting portion or with which the legs are connected, wherein adjacent legs of the respective damping elements adjoin or are connected to one another at a point of coincidence, and wherein the meeting points of the upper and lower Damping body offset in the longitudinal direction of the damping element are arranged on the intermediate carrier.

This does not necessarily have to extend in the longitudinal direction L, so be introduced in the manner of a longitudinal groove. It is also possible that the incision viewed from the bottom has an elliptical or kidney-shaped contour, for example.
  • the proposed damping element 3 can be arranged only in the rear foot area, that is, in particular under the heel. Alternatively or in addition, however, it can also be provided that such a damping element is arranged in the forefoot region. Finally, a damping element of the type mentioned can also extend over the entire shoe length.
