Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un couvercle de boite (10) comprenant un anneau de couvercle (11) avec une collerette de scellage (12) de forme annulaire, et une membrane de fermeture (14) scellée sur la collerette de scellage (12) et pouvant être retirée de celle-ci par pelage,
la collerette de scellage (12) délimitant d'une part, avec un bord intérieur (22), une surface de section d'ouverture (F) en guise d'ouverture de prélèvement (24), qui est perpendiculaire à un axe d'anneau de couvercle (Z) et détermine un plan de couvercle (E), et se raccordant d'autre part, avec un bord extérieur, à une paroi annulaire (18) placée sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de couvercle (E) et dont l'extrémité libre est formée en un collet de sertissage extérieur (20) pour la liaison du couvercle de boite (10) au bord d'ouverture d'un corps de boite (20),
la collerette de scellage (12) formant par ailleurs un angle aigu α avec le plan de couvercle (E), et la membrane de fermeture (14) étant bombée au-delà de l'ouverture de prélèvement (24),
et la forme bombée de la membrane de fermeture (14) pouvant être transférée, à travers l'ouverture de prélèvement (24), entre deux positions extrêmes (A, B) sensiblement symétriques par rapport à la surface de section d'ouverture (F),
caractérisé
en ce que l'on procède au scellage de la membrane de fermeture (14) sur un anneau de couvercle (11') comprenant une collerette de scellage (12) située dans le plan de couvercle (E), en ce que l'on incline l'anneau de couvercle (11') avec la membrane de fermeture (14) qui y est scellée, de manière à ce qu'il forme un angle α aigu avec le plan de couvercle (E), et en ce que l'on emboutit la membrane de fermeture (14) à travers l'ouverture de prélèvement (24). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une tangente (m) à la membrane de fermeture (14) bombée, appliquée au niveau du raccordement de la forme bombée à la collerette de scellage (12) au niveau du bord intérieur (22), forme, dans une des positions extrêmes (B), avec le plan de couvercle (E), un angle aigu β, qui est inférieur ou égal à l'angle α entre la collerette de scellage (12) et le plan de couvercle (E).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la forme bombée de la membrane de fermeture (14) se situe, dans les deux positions extrêmes (A, B), à l'intérieur d'une profondeur intérieure (t) prédéfinie par la hauteur de la paroi annulaire (18).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'angle α entre la collerette de scellage (12) et le plan de couvercle (E), a une valeur de 10° à 60°.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'angle β entre la tangente à la membrane de fermeture (14) bombée, appliquée au niveau du raccordement de la forme bombée à la collerette de scellage (12) au niveau du bord intérieur (22), et le plan de couvercle (E), a une valeur de 10° à 60°.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la membrane de fermeture (14) est une feuille d'aluminium ou une feuille composite aluminium/matière plastique déformée par emboutissage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de couvercle (11) est en aluminium, en acier ou en fer-blanc.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la membrane de fermeture (14) peut être retirée ou détachée de la collerette de scellage (12) par pelage, au moyen d'une languette à tirer (16).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de boite (10) est serti sur un corps de boite (30) en tant que fermeture pour boites contenant un produit de remplissage (32) pouvant être stérilisé.
