Abstract

An einem Schutzhandschuh (35) aus einem wendbaren Metallringgeflecht ist wenigstens ein Schließband (15) zumindest teilweise in einem Aufnahmekanal (10) zur Fixierung des Schutzhandschuhs am Körper eines Trägers aufgenommen. Der Schutzhandschuh weist eine Öffnung zur Durchführung des Schließbandes auf die Außenseite des Schutzhandschuhs auf. Die Öffnung ist durch mehrere in Umfangsrichtung des Schutzhandschuhs voneinander beabstandete Durchtrittsöffnungen (A, B) gebildet ist, von denen wenigstens eine außenseitig und wenigstens eine innenseitig am Schutzhandschuh vorgesehen ist. Dadurch, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen (A, B) zueinander in Umfangsrichtung um einen Abstand X versetzt sind, wobei der Grund der Durchtrittsöffnungen (A, B) durch die gegenüberliegende Seite des Aufnahmekanals oder der Schlaufe abgedeckt ist, wird ein leicht wendbarer Schutzhandschuh geschaffen, der den gewünschten Sicherheitserfordernissen genügt.
