Definitions

  • the invention relates to an insole for shoes, consisting of different Shore hardness having sole pieces which are integrally interlocked with serrations, whose width corresponds to the thickness of the sole pieces, serpentine over projections and mating recesses such that the projections form extensions, which engage in undercuts in the recesses, wherein the insole consists of several layers of such composite sole pieces.
  • insoles are often used to make the contact between the shoe and the foot of the wearer pleasant, for which purpose a particularly elastic material is used for the insole. This elasticity is referred to in a known manner as Shore hardness.
  • insoles are also used for therapeutic purposes, in particular to bring about at certain points a particularly soft padding, including at the point in question then a particularly soft material is inserted into the insole.
  • a pad has already sunk into the material of the heel bed in the area of an occurring heel spur, which does not protrude from the heel bed, so practically forms a uniform surface with the heel bed.
  • This cushion has over the material of the heel bed greater elasticity, so that a heel spur is cushioned by a correspondingly soft region of the heel bed, without exerting on the heel spine a particularly high pressure.
  • the sunken in the material of the heel bed pad goes over a serrated edge in the material of the heel bed and thus provides a transition zone from the pad to the material of the heel bed, in which the elasticity is felt as a transition of elasticity from the wearer due to this gearing.
  • FIGS. 9 and 10 of EP 1 593 360 A2 An insole with the design features given at the outset is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 of EP 1 593 360 A2, it being mentioned in the description that individual soles can be placed on top of each other.
  • the adjoining sole pieces have different mechanical characteristics, with which they can be adapted to the special needs of the person who wears shoes with such insoles. If the same soles are placed on top of each other in matching interior design, with two adjoining soles, only one sole at the abutting abutting edges of the sole pieces results in a correspondingly steep transition of hardness, which is particularly perceptible to the person concerned.
  • the invention has for its object to equalize the transition of the Shore hardness of sole piece to sole piece, which is a special comfort for the use of such an insole. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the respective butt edges are offset from one another in relation to one another.

  • a composite of two layers insole is also in a particularly favorable way to enclose a sole support.
  • This is shown in FIG.
  • the two layers 19 and 20 with their sole pieces 21, 22, 23 and 24 summarize the sole support 25, of which the support plate 26 is drawn in section. This is supported with its ends 26 and 27 in a known manner in the direction of the shoe down and thus carries the upper layer 19.
  • the effect of the two individual Layers 19 and 20 with a sole support, namely the sole support 25 connect, creating an insole with special support function is created.
