Claims (7)

  1. Coupe-circuit de surtension, avec :
    au moins un bloc varistor (1) ;
    deux armatures d'extrémité (3), lesquelles sont disposées sur des côtés opposés du bloc varistor (1) ;
    au moins un élément de renforcement (9) qui maintient assemblés le bloc varistor (1) et les armatures d'extrémité (3) et qui traverse au moins une des armatures d'extrémité (3) par un premier trou de passage (11) ;
    un boîtier extérieur (5) en silicone, lequel est réalisé par coulée ou par moulage par injection autour du bloc varistor (1), l'élément de renforcement (9) et des parties des armatures d'extrémité (3) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    des deuxièmes trous de passage (15) sont ménagés dans au moins une armature d'extrémité (3), lesquels débouchent dans une rainure (17) sur le côté de l'armature d'extrémité (3) éloigné du bloc varistor (1), ladite rainure (17) s'étendant d'un deuxième trou de passage (15) vers un premier trou de passage (11), et le deuxième trou de passage (15), la rainure (17) et le premier trou de passage (11) étant obturés par du silicone sur le côté de l'armature d'extrémité (3) éloigné du bloc varistor (1).
  2. Coupe-circuit de surtension selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    le ou les blocs varistors (1) sont formés d'un oxyde métallique, de préférence le ZnO.
  3. Coupe-circuit de surtension selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
    les armatures d'extrémité (3) sont formées en métal, de préférence l'aluminium.
  4. Coupe-circuit de surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (5) du coupe-circuit de surtension est muni d'écrans (7).
  5. Coupe-circuit de surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de renforcement (9) est une tige en matière synthétique armée aux fibres de verre ou un câble, laquelle / lequel maintient assemblés l'armature d'extrémité (3) et le bloc varistor (1) par contrainte de traction.
  6. Coupe-circuit de surtension selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que
    un élément d'ancrage sous la forme d'un coin ou d'un manchon conique maintient la tige (9) en matière synthétique armée aux fibres de verre dans le trou de passage (11).
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un coupe-circuit de surtension selon la revendication 1, avec les étapes suivantes :
    fixation d'au moins un élément de renforcement (9) dans un premier trou de passage (11) d'une première armature d'extrémité (3),
    disposition d'une pile de blocs varistors (1) sur l'armature d'extrémité (3) et à côté de l'élément de renforcement (9) ;
    application d'une deuxième armature d'extrémité sur la pile de blocs varistors et les éléments de renforcement (9), de telle manière que les blocs varistors (1) soient compris entre les deux armatures d'extrémité (3) ;
    fixation de l'élément de renforcement (9) dans un premier trou de passage (11) de la deuxième armature d'extrémité (3) ;
    enrobage par coulée ou injection de parties des deux armatures d'extrémité (3), des blocs varistors (1) et de l'élément de renforcement (9) pour former un boîtier extérieur (5) en matière synthétique, ladite matière synthétique s'écoulant dans les armatures d'extrémité (3) par les deuxièmes trous de passage (15) et la rainure (17) et obturant les premiers trous de passage (11) sur le côté des armatures d'extrémité (3) éloigné du bloc varistor (1).
