Claims (8)
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction comprenant un tambour de mélangeur (5), un entraînement de mélangeur (1) destiné à entraîner le tambour du mélangeur (5) en rotation, étant entendu que le tambour mélangeur (5) est monté de façon rotative à une de ses extrémités frontales sur une partie de châssis du mélangeur (3, 4), en particulier une partie de châssis d'un mécanisme de roulement (4), par le biais de l'entraînement du mélangeur (1) et l'entraînement du mélangeur (1) comprend un moteur d'entraînement (6) et une transmission d'entraînement (7) reliée avec le tambour du mélangeur (5), étant entendu que l'entraînement du mélangeur (1) est monté de façon mobile sur la partie de châssis du mélangeur (3, 4) par le biais de moyens de roulement (20) mobiles permettant des mouvements de bascule et le tambour du mélangeur (5) est fixé sur le logement de transmission (11) de la transmission de l'entraînement (7), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de roulement (20) présentent une bague de roulement (22) dans laquelle se trouve une partie intérieure annulaire du roulement (23), étant entendu que la bague de roulement (22) entoure une partie de logement (17) contenant le moteur d'entraînement (6) de l'entraînement du mélangeur (1) sur laquelle la partie intérieure du roulement (23) est fixée ou réalisée, étant entendu que la bague de roulement (22) est fixée à demeure sur la partie de châssis du mélangeur (3, 4), étant entendu qu'il est prévu entre la bague de roulement (22) et la partie intérieure du roulement (23) plusieurs éléments de roulement élastiques annulaires (21) qui sont agencés les uns à l'intérieur des autres en direction radiale et séparés les uns des autres par des pièces intermédiaires et par le biais desquels la bague de roulement (22) et la partie intérieure du roulement (23) sont maintenues de façon mobile l'une par rapport à l'autre, étant entendu que les éléments de roulement élastiques (21) sont insérés entre la bague de roulement (22) et la partie intérieure du roulement (23) avec une précontrainte d'une intensité telle que la survenue de contraintes de traction des éléments de roulement (21) est empêchée, étant entendu qu'une butée (25) est prévue afin de limiter le basculement de l'entraînement du mélangeur par rapport à la partie de châssis du mélangeur (3, 4).
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le tambour du mélangeur (5) est fixé sur un point d'appui pour tambour (27) du logement de la transmission (11), lequel point est décalé vers l'arrière en direction du moteur d'entraînement (6) par rapport au côté frontal de la transmission de l'entraînement (7) opposé au moteur d'entraînement (6) de l'entraînement du mélangeur (1) de telle sorte que la transmission de l'entraînement (7) fait saillie depuis le point d'appui pour tambour (27) à l'intérieur du tambour du mélangeur (5) et/ou en direction du tambour du mélangeur (5).
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le logement de la transmission (11) présente une bride de fixation (13), de préférence formée d'une seule pièce, sur laquelle le tambour du mélangeur (5) est fixé.
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le logement de la transmission (11) présente une partie plate métallique (12) reliée avec le tambour du mélangeur (5) qui est montée de façon rotative sur une partie de prolongement du logement (17) qui prend appui sur la partie de châssis du mélangeur (3, 4) par le biais des moyens de roulement (20).
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la partie de prolongement (17) du logement de la transmission (11) contient le moteur d'entraînement (6) de l'entraînement du mélangeur (1) et forme une partie du logement de ce moteur d'entraînement (6).
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de prolongement (17) du logement de la transmission (11) forme une chambre de réception (18) dans laquelle le moteur d'entraînement (6) peut être inséré du côté frontal à la manière d'un module distinct.
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la butée (25) présente une partie de butée formée par la bague de roulement (22) ainsi qu'une pièce de butée formée par le logement de la transmission (11), en particulier par sa partie de prolongement (17), reliée avec le logement de la transmission (11), en particulier avec sa partie de prolongement (17).
- Mélangeur pour matériaux de construction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de roulement (20) possèdent une possibilité de basculement limitée avec un angle de basculement maximal à partir de la position neutre d'au moins 2° et au maximum 15°, de préférence de plus de 4° et de moins de 8°, en particulier d'environ 6°.
