Definitions

  • the invention relates to a building wall with an opening formed therein for a window or a door, with a layered wall structure of an outer wall shell, a spaced apart inner wall shell and arranged between the aforementioned wall shells, on the wall shells full-surface adjacent isolierplatte.
  • Building wall constructions of the aforementioned type are generally known. They can be found, for example, in timber frame construction or as precast concrete elements.
  • the connection of windows or doors in building walls presents a particular problem insofar as this creates thermal bridges.
  • the solution deals with this DE 40 40 943 A1 document describing a device for applying a heat-insulating insulating covering to a window or door reveal in a concrete wall, with a formwork that can be used to form a window or door opening in a wall formwork, in which a ready-to-install formwork frame is provided with a heat insulating insulating covering on its outer surface, which is detachable from the frame when the shuttering frame is removed from the window or door opening.
  • this device takes no account of the specific problems associated with multi-shell wall construction.
  • the frame itself is poured directly into the concrete and therefore represents a directly connected to this thermal bridge.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a building wall of the type mentioned above with at least one opening into which the frame of a window or door can be used in a simple manner, and even better avoided in the thermal bridges in the window or door opening are.
  • the present invention provides a building wall structure in which that portion of the frame for receiving a window or a door located in the area where the heat insulating plate is disposed in the wall is formed by a heat insulating bridge body after completion the building wall can be connected to the frame of a window or a door.
  • the frame thus does not interfere with the inner wall construction, as it still in the device according to the DE 40 40 943 A1 the case is.
  • the internal structure of the building wall can be completed independently of the window or door to be mounted in the wall opening. In doing so, it is possible to fully take into account the particularities which require a high-quality thermal insulation, without having to take account of the special window or door construction.
  • Essential elements of the construction according to the invention are an outer and an inner politicians, which are connected to the outer and inner wall shells over the entire surface, whereby air circulation between the wall shells and the insulating bodies are prevented and a mechanically secure connection of the frame is ensured on the wall structure.
  • an essential element of the invention is a bridge body comprising the outer and inner heat insulating bodies connects in that area with each other, in which between the two said wall shells, the heat insulating is arranged.
  • the outer and inner insulating body can be combined with the bridge body to form an integral unit, but can be used to a composite structure, the items are firmly connected together, if you for cost reasons, the outer and inner isolierMech from a less well heat-insulating and therefore cheaper Create material as the bridge body, where it depends on a particularly high quality insulation to further improve the thermal insulation is inserted between the front of the heat insulating and the bridge body a sealing foam tape or injected a PU foam, so that between the heat insulating and the bridge body no Air circulation can adjust.
  • the outer heat insulating body has a fold in which the bridge body is inserted and which extends in the direction of the heat insulating over the bridge body out and back against the inner surface of the outer wall shell.
  • the outer isolier emotions thereby engages over the bridge body to some extent, and it forms in the section which extends between the bridge body and the inner surface of the outer wall shell, another fold, in which a sealing foam tape is inserted, which at the fold bordering surfaces, including the heat insulating plate, elastically applied.
  • the inner lobbyisolier emotions, the bridge body and the sauvalierplatte, regardless of whether the inner townisolier emotions and the bridge body is assembled as a one-piece component or two separately manufactured components should preferably be connected to each other on the wall side by means of a Butyldichtungsbandes, at which the aforementioned Components facing away from the inner wall shell.
  • the inner politicians For mechanical protection of the outer politicianss this can be covered on its soffit surface with a fiber cement layer.
  • the inner politicians may be covered on its reveal surface of a plastic shell or a fiber cement layer.
  • the outer and inner heat insulating As a material for the outer and inner heat insulating a composite of several parts frame have proven to be advantageous, which is made of residual value of CO 2 - or pentane-driven, CFC-free rigid foams of the insulation industry. Materials of this kind are offered for example under the brand "Phonotherm" in the market.
  • a high heat insulating hard foam For the bridge body, a high heat insulating hard foam should be selected, which of course you can also use for the inner and outer isolier emotions if there are no price constraints against it.
  • the heat insulating plate is preferably a vacuum insulation board.
  • the drawing shows in cross section the soffit area of the opening in a building wall. It can be seen from the building wall an outer wall shell 1, which is cast in the present case of concrete, an inner wall shell 2, which is also cast from concrete, a heat insulating 3 which rests against the outer wall shell 1, and a concrete filling 4, the space between the heat insulating plate 3 and the inner wall shell 2 fills and in the finished state part of the inner wall shell 2 forms.
  • the manufacturing and processing methods will be discussed later.
  • the opening in the building wall is bounded by a frame Z, which consists of an outer insulating body 5, an inner insulating body 6 and a heat insulating bridge body 7 connecting this insulating body 5 and 6.
  • the outer insulating body 5 and the inner insulating body 6 are connected to the bridge body 7, which preferably consists of a high-insulating material heat, firmly connected, for example by gluing, which is symbolized by three horizontal lines.
  • the outer insulating body 5 is covered by a fiber cement pad 8, while the inner insulating body 5 is covered on its reveal side by a plastic shell 9, which is drawn around the edge on the inside of the wall to form a mechanical edge protection.
  • a fold 10 is formed on the outer insulating body 5, in which the bridge body 7 is inserted and is partially covered by the outer insulating body 5.
  • the outer insulating body 5 is on its side facing away from the soffit, i. in the direction of the heat insulating 3, extended beyond the bridge body 7 out and reset in this area by extending the base of the fold 10 with respect to the interface between the outer wall shell 1 and the heat insulating 3, so that between the bridge body 7, the outer insulator 5 and the outer wall shell 1 forms a fold 11 into which an elastic sealing foam strip 12 is inserted, which bears elastically against the surfaces surrounding it.
  • a sealing foam tape 13 is inserted, which fills an air gap, which is provided for reasons of safety against damage to the heat insulating 3 during assembly.
  • This foam strip 13 thus prevents air circulation, which could affect the thermal insulation.
  • the heat insulating plate 3, the bridge body 7 and the inner insulating body 6 are connected to each other on the concrete side by means of a Butylbandes 14, which constitutes a moisture seal.
  • the two heat insulating 5 and 6 with the wall shells 1 and 2, 4 shed firmly and positively.
  • a wall element of the type described here is produced in the following way:
  • the wall opening determining frame Z is arranged at a predetermined location.
  • the frame Z can be filled by a dummy body (dummy), not shown here; protects the spars of the frame against bending as a result of the pressure acting on them to be cast concrete.
  • the foam sealing tape 12 is preferably already attached to the frame or is subsequently attached. Then, the outer wall shell 1 by pouring concrete in the thus prepared Mold made. Preferably, the sealing foam tape 13 has already been attached to the bridge body 7, and the heat insulating plate 3 is then inserted into the fresh concrete or adhered to the inside of the wall shell 1 after curing of the concrete.
  • the heat insulating plate 3 is penetrated by spacers (not shown) which are fixed to the outer wall shell 1, for example, embedded in predetermined locations in it, and have a length which extends into the plane in which the free edge of the inner insulating body 6 covering plastic shell 9 is located.
  • spacers serve to support the outer wall shell 1 in the fallen state of the same.
  • They should preferably be made of a thermally insulating material, since they later form inevitable bridges between the outer and inner wall shells. In practice, this glass fiber rods have proven to be because they have a high compressive and flexural strength at a comparatively small thickness.
  • the arrangement thus prepared is overthrown and placed on a smooth base plate, which has a raised edge, which again determines the outline of the wall element to be produced.
  • the inner wall shell 2 is poured on this base plate to a height which is defined by the dividing line T shown in the drawing and sufficient to ensure a necessary for the transport strength of the inner wall shell 2.
  • the cavity of the wall element thus supplied is poured out after its installation at the predetermined place with concrete to form the concrete filling 4 between the inner wall shell 2 and the heat insulating 3, which thereby becomes part of the inner wall shell.
  • invention can also be used on wall elements that are not made of concrete, but for example, masonry or created in wood construction.
  • the frame of the window or door to be mounted in the wall opening may be attached to the bridge body after removal of the blind body, and care must be taken, especially when using screws, that they are sufficiently short to preclude their being able to penetrate the thermal insulation panel ,
