Description

Tasche für Stückgut
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tasche mit einem Aufnahmeraum für Stückgut gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Bekannte Taschen dieser Art weisen Stangen auf, die an ihrem oberen Ende an der Seitenwand oder der Deckenwand befestigt sind und deren Enden in ein Transportgestell eingehängt werden können. Desweiteren sind Taschen bekannt, die an ihren Seitenwänden im oberen Bereich Löcher aufweisen, durch die Haltestangen gesteckt werden, welche an einem Transportgestell befestigt werden. Beide Lösungen sind aufwendig zu fertigen und daher teuer.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Tasche der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzuentwickeln, dass sie einfachere und kostengünstigere Mittel zum Aufhängen in einem Transportgestell aufweist.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Tasche mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, dass das Befestigungselement direkt an der Deckenwand angebracht ist. Aufwendige Konstruktionen mit Befestigungsstangen sind daher nicht erforderlich. Das Befestigungselement ist zudem leicht austauschbar. Indem es sich zumindest über einen Teil der Schmalseite erstreckt, ist die Befestigung an den Schienen des Transportgestells ausreichend stabil, so dass auch schwerere Gegenstände in der Tasche aufgenommen werden können. Als Planenmaterial kommen sämtliche flexiblen Materialien in Betracht, insbesondere textile Stoffe und Kunststoffplanen. Die Bodenwand, die Deckenwand und die Seitenwände können miteinander verbundene, insbesondere miteinander vernähte, verklebte oder verschweißte Planen sein oder einstückig aus einer Plane bestehen.
Zweckmäßig weist die Hakenpartie in einer Blickrichtung entlang der jeweili- gen Schmalseite der Deckenwand eine L-Form oder eine U-Form auf. Dadurch kann die im Transportgestell eingehängte Tasche in Längsrichtung der Schienen leicht verschoben werden.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das Befestigungselement eine Platte auf, an deren einen Seite die Hakenpartie angebracht ist und die auf die Deckenwand aufgelegt ist. Das Befestigungselement kann somit flächig mit der Deckenwand verbunden werden. Zweckmäßig weist das Befestigungselement eine sich parallel zur Platte erstreckende Gegenplatte auf, wobei eine Partie der Deckenwand zwischen der Platte und der Gegenplatte aufgenommen ist. Hierzu sind die Platte und die Gegenplatte vorteilhaft gegen eine Rückstellkraft biegsam, und die Partie der Deckenwand ist zwischen ihnen eingeklemmt. Dies stellt eine besonders einfache und stabile Befestigungsmöglichkeit dar. Zum Einklemmen der Deckenwand zwischen der Platte und der Gegenplatte werden diese voneinander weggebogen, so dass die Deckenwand zwischen sie eingeführt werden kann. Eine weitere Sicherung gegen ein Herausrutschen der Deckenwand aus dem Spalt zwischen der Platte und der Gegenplatte ist vorteilhaft dann gegeben, wenn die Platte eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines auf der Deckenwand befestigten Versteifungselements aufweist. Ebenso kann auch die Gegenplatte eine solche Ausnehmung aufweisen. Die Deckenwand weist bevorzugt eine dop- pellagige Plane auf, wobei die Gegenplatte zwischen beide Lagen eingeschoben ist.
Gemäß einer alternativen Ausführungsform ist das Befestigungselement ein Drahtbügel, der zwei Schenkel und eine die Schenkel verbindende Verbindungspartie aufweist, wobei die Schenkel nahe der Verbindungspartie zur Bildung der Hakenpartie umgebogen sind. Die Verbindungspartie ist dabei bevorzugt aus Draht der gleichen Stärke gefertigt wie die Schenkel. Durch das vorzugsweise rechtwinklige Umbiegen der Schenkel verläuft die Verbindungspartie in einer anderen Ebene als die ihr abgewandten Enden der Schenkel, die freie Enden sein können oder miteinander verbunden sein können. Die Hakenpartie weist in diesem Fall die bereits erwähnte L-Form auf, wobei sich die Verbindungspartie parallel zur Schmalseite der Deckenwand erstreckt. Wiederum wird bevorzugt, dass die Deckenwand eine dop- pellagige Plane aufweist. Die Schenkel des Befestigungselements sind dabei zwischen beide Lagen eingeschoben.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist zwischen die beiden Lagen der Deckenwand eine Verstärkungsplatte eingeschoben. Desweiteren kann auch die Bodenwand eine doppellagige Plane aufweisen, wobei zwischen ihren beiden Lagen eine Bodenplatte zur Verstärkung eingeschoben ist. Beide Maßnahmen erhöhen die Stabilität der Tasche, so dass sie auch schwerere Gegenstände aufnehmen kann.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand des in der Zeichnung in schemati- scher Weise dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 eine Tasche zur Aufnahme von Stückgut in perspektivischer Ansicht;
Fig. 2 eine Detaildarstellung aus Fig. 1 mit geöffneter Frontwand und
Fig. 3 ein Befestigungselement.
Eine Tasche 10 zur Aufbewahrung und zum Transport von Stückgut, insbesondere von flachen Gegenständen wie beispielsweise Türverkleidungen für die Automobilindustrie, gemäß Fig. 1 weist eine Bodenwand 12 sowie eine Deckenwand 14 auf, die jeweils im Wesentlichen rechteckig sind und deren Längsseiten 16, 17 durch Seitenwände 18 miteinander verbunden sind. An der Rückseite weist die Tasche 10 eine Rückwand 20 auf und an ihrer Vorderseite eine Frontwand 22. Die Bodenwand 12, die Deckenwand 14, die Seitenwände 18, die Rückwand 20 und die Frontwand 22 umschließen einen Aufnahmeraum 23 für Stückgut, der bei Aufklappen der Frontwand 22 zum Einlegen und zur Entnahme des Stückguts zugänglich gemacht werden kann. Alle Wände 12, 14, 18, 20, 22 sind aus einem flexiblen Planenmaterial gefertigt.
An den zwischen den Längsseiten 17 der Deckenwand 14 verlaufenden Schmalseiten 24 ist, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, ein Befestigungselement 26 angebracht, welches in Fig. 3 detailliert dargestellt ist. Das Befestigungselement 26, das einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, weist eine Platte 28 auf, an deren über die Schmalseite 24 der Deckenwand 14 überstehender Seite eine Hakenpartie 30 angeformt ist. Die Hakenpartie 30 ist im Querschnitt U- förmig ausgeführt, so dass sie in eine Schiene an einem Transportgestell eingehängt werden kann, wobei die U-Form eine Rinne bildet, in der die Schiene aufgenommen ist. An einem der U-Schenkel ist eine parallel zur Platte 28 verlaufende Gegenplatte 32 angeformt, die zusammen mit der Platte 28 einen Spalt 34 bildet, in dem, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, eine Partie der De- ckenwand 14 aufgenommen ist. Beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Deckenwand 14 durch eine doppellagige Plane gebildet, wobei die Gegenplatte 32 zwischen den beiden Lagen angeordnet ist und die obere Lage 38 im Spalt 34 aufgenommen ist. An der der Hakenpartie 30 abgewandten Seite weist die Platte 28 eine Verdickung 36 auf, die mit ihrer unteren Seite an der oberen Lage 38 der Deckenwand 14 anliegt. Die Gegenplatte 32 liegt ebenfalls an der oberen Lage 38 an. Die Platte 28 und die Gegenplatte 32 sind gegen eine Rückstellkraft elastisch verformbar, so dass der Spalt 34 zum Aufschieben des Befestigungselements 26 auf die Deckenwand 14 aufgebogen werden kann und die Deckenwand 14 zwischen der Platte 28 und der Gegenplatte 32 eingeklemmt wird. Alternativ kann das Befestigungselement 26 starr sein, und die Deckenwand 14 wird in Längsrichtung der U-förmigen Rinne in den Spalt 34 eingeschoben. Zwischen der Hakenpartie 30 und der Verdickung 36 weist die Platte 28 eine Ausnehmung 40 auf, in deren Bereich der Spalt 34 breiter ist als im Bereich der Verdickung 36. In der Ausnehmung 30 ist ein auf der oberen Seite der oberen Lage 38 aufgeklebtes plattenförmiges Versteifungselement aus Kunststoff aufgenommen, das in den Abbildungen nicht sichtbar ist. Im Bereich der Verdickung 36 weist die Platte 28 zwei Löcher 42 auf, durch die Befestigungsmittel, wie beispielsweise Nieten, zur Befestigung des Befestigungselements 26 an der Deckenwand 14 durchgeführt werden können. Die Löcher 42 erstrecken sich ebenfalls durch die Gegenplatte 32.
Um der Tasche 10 eine bessere Stabilität zu verleihen, ist zwischen die beiden Lagen der Deckenwand 14 im Bereich zwischen den Gegenplatten 32 der beiden Befestigungselemente 26 eine Verstärkungsplatte aus Kunststoff eingeschoben. Genau so ist auch die Bodenwand 12 ausgeführt. Sie wird durch eine doppellagige Plane gebildet, zwischen deren beiden Lagen eine Bodenplatte eingeschoben ist, die in der Art der Verstärkungsplatte in der Deckenwand 14 ausgeführt ist. Zur einfacheren Handhabung weist die Tasche 10 an der Deckenwand 14 angebrachte Halteschlaufen 44 auf.
Zusammenfassend ist folgendes festzuhalten: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tasche 10 mit einem Aufnahmeraum 23 für Stückgut, der durch zwei Seitenwände 18, eine Bodenwand 12 und eine Deckenwand 14 aus flexiblem Planenmaterial begrenzt wird, wobei jede Seitenwand 18 eine Längsseite 16 der Bodenwand 12 mit einer Längsseite 17 der Deckenwand 14 verbindet. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass an der Deckenwand 14 an jeder ihrer zwischen den Längsseiten 17 verlaufenden Schmalseiten 24 ein sich zumindest ein Stück weit entlang der Schmalseite 24 erstreckendes Befestigungselement 26 mit einer über die Schmalseite 24 überstehenden Hakenpartie 30 zum Einhängen in eine Schiene in einem Transportgestell angebracht ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Tasche mit einem Aufnahmeraum (23) für Stückgut, der durch zwei Seitenwände (18), eine Bodenwand (12) und eine Deckenwand (14) aus flexiblem Planenmaterial begrenzt wird, wobei jede Seitenwand
(18) eine Längsseite (16) der Bodenwand (12) mit einer Längsseite (17) der Deckenwand (14) verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Deckenwand (14) an jeder ihrer zwischen den Längsseiten (17) verlaufenden Schmalseiten (24) ein sich zumindest ein Stück weit entlang der Schmalseite (24) erstreckendes Befestigungselement (26) mit einer über die Schmalseite (24) überstehenden Hakenpartie (30) zum Einhängen in eine Schiene an einem Transportgestell angebracht ist.
2. Tasche nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haken- partie (30) in einer Blickrichtung entlang der jeweiligen Schmalseite (24) der Deckenwand (14) eine L-Form oder eine U-Form aufweist.
3. Tasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (26) eine Platte (28) aufweist, an deren einer Sei- te die Hakenpartie (30) angebracht ist und die auf die Deckenwand (14) aufgelegt ist.
4. Tasche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (26) eine sich parallel zur Platte (28) erstreckende Ge- genplatte (32) aufweist und dass eine Partie der Deckenwand (14) zwischen der Platte (28) und der Gegenplatte (32) aufgenommen ist.
5. Tasche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (28) und die Gegenplatte (32) gegen eine Rückstellkraft biegsam sind und die Partie der Deckenwand (14) zwischen Ihnen eingeklemmt ist.
6. Tasche nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (28) eine Ausnehmung (40) zur Aufnahme eines auf der Deckenwand (14) befestigten Versteifungselements aufweist.
7. Tasche nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckenwand (14) eine doppellagige Plane aufweist und dass die Gegenplatte (32) zwischen beide Lagen eingeschoben ist.
8. Tasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement ein Drahtbügel ist, der zwei Schenkel und eine die Schenkel verbindende Verbindungspartie aufweist, wobei die Schenkel nahe der Verbindungspartie zur Bildung der Hakenpartie umgebogen sind.
9. Tasche nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckenwand (14) eine doppellagige Plane aufweist und dass die Schenkel des Befestigungselements zwischen beide Lagen eingeschoben sind.
10. Tasche nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Lagen eine Verstärkungsplatte angeordnet ist.
11. Tasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (12) eine doppellagige Plane aufweist und dass zwischen ihren beiden Lagen eine Bodenplatte zur Verstärkung angeordnet ist.
