Claims (12)
- Rollladenmontage in einer Gebäudeöffnung, wie einem Fenster oder einer Tür, in welcher ein Sturz (1) eingebaut ist, der eine zur Innenseite des Gebäudes offene Ausnehmung (2) aufweist, um von der Innenseite aus einen Rollladen (B) anzubringen, der auf einer Wickelwelle (3) montiert ist, welche nahe jedes Endes durch eine Wange (4, 4') gestützt ist, welche im oberen Bereich eines Querriegels (6) des Rahmens befestigt ist,- wobei die Ausnehmung (2) in dem Sturz auch nach unten offen ist,- wobei die den Rollladen stützenden Wangen (4, 4') mit dem Rahmen ein Fenster mit Teil-Aufsatzkasten bilden und die Rollladenaufnahme zur Innenseite des Gebäudes durch eine Blende (11) begrenzt ist, welche zur Abdeckung mit einer nach der Fertigstellung nicht demontierbaren Innenverkleidung (12) vorgesehen ist,- wobei eine demontierbare außenliegende Revisionsklappe (14) die Ausnehmung (2) nach unten schließt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- eine Befestigungseinrichtung (15) der außenliegenden Klappe zumindest höhenverstellbar mit dem unteren Bereich jeder Wange (4, 4') verbunden ist, wobei jedes Querende der außenliegenden Revisionsklappe mit der entsprechenden Befestigungseinrichtung (15) verbunden ist.
- Rollladenmontage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (2) in dem Sturz im Wesentlichen umgekehrt L-förmig ist.
- Rollladenmontage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (15) der außenliegenden Klappe auch in einer zur Wange (4, 4') orthogonalen Richtung verstellbar ist.
- Rollladenmontage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (15) durch einen Keil (16, 16') in Form eines Profils mit einem vertikalen Schenkel und einem horizontalen Schenkel gebildet ist, wobei die Klappe (14) an der Unterseite des horizontalen Schenkels befestigt ist.
- Rollladenmontage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil eine Wand (19, 19') aufweist, die sich vertikal unter dem horizontalen Schenkel des Profils erstreckt, wobei diese Wand (19, 19') an einer Laibung (T) der Öffnung angebracht wird, bevor ein Putz (20) aufgebracht wird, wobei die Wand (19, 19') eine Dicke (k) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Dicke des zum Bedecken der Laibung (T) vorgesehenen Putzes (20) ist.
- Rollladenmontage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wange (4) im unteren Bereich mindestens eine Öffnung (9) mit zueinander parallelen vertikalen Flächen aufweist, die mit vertikal beabstandeten Rasten (10) versehen sind, und der Keil (16) mindestens eine zu der Wange (4) orthogonale und mit zu denjenigen der Öffnung komplementären Rasten versehene Lasche (18) aufweist, wobei die Lasche (18) senkrecht zur zugeordneten Wange (4) gleitend verschiebbar in einer gewählten Höhe in die Öffnung (9) eingesetzt werden kann.
- Rollladenmontage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wange (4') im unteren Bereich mindestens eine Öffnung (24) mit einem horizontalen unteren Rand aufweist, und der Keil (16') auf seiner der Wange (4') zugewandten Seite eine Gruppe von Rippen (23) in Kammform aufweist, wobei der untere Rand der Öffnung (24) in einer für die Einstellung gewählten Höhe zwischen zwei Rippen (23) eingesetzt werden kann.
- Rollladenmontage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die außenliegende Revisionsklappe (14) einen vorderen Rand aufweist, der in eine Schiene (R) eingreift, welche unter dem vorderen Rand der Ausnehmung (2) befestigt ist.
- Fenster mit Teil-Aufsatzkasten für eine Rollladenmontage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Rollladen (B) der im oberen Bereich eines Querriegels (6) des Fensterrahmens (7) zwischen zwei Wangen (4) montiert ist, welche an dem Rahmen zum Stützen der Welle (3) des Rollladens befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollladenaufnahme zur Innenseite des Gebäudes durch eine an dem Querriegel befestigte Blende (11) begrenzt ist, welche zum Bedecken mit der Innenverkleidung (12) des Gebäudes vorgesehen ist, und jede Wange (4) im unteren Bereich eine zumindest höhenverstellbare Befestigungseinrichtung (15) zur Befestigung einer abnehmbaren außenliegenden Revisionsklappe (14) aufweist.
- Fenster mit Teil-Aufsatzkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wange (4) im unteren Bereich mindestens eine Öffnung (9) mit zueinander parallelen vertikalen Flächen aufweist, die mit vertikal beabstandeten Rasten (10) versehen sind, und die Befestigungseinrichtung (15) durch einen Keil (16) gebildet ist, der mindestens eine zu der Wange (4) orthogonale und mit zu denjenigen der Öffnung komplementären Rasten versehene Lasche (18) aufweist, wobei die Lasche (18) senkrecht zur zugeordneten Wange (4) gleitend verschiebbar in einer gewählten Höhe in die Öffnung (9) eingesetzt werden kann.
- Fenster mit Teil-Aufsatzkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wange (4') im unteren Bereich mindestens eine Öffnung (24) mit einem horizontalen unteren Rand aufweist, und der Keil (16') auf seiner der Wange (4') zugewandten Seite eine Gruppe von Rippen (23) in Kammform aufweist, wobei der untere Rand der Öffnung (24) in einer für die Einstellung gewählten Höhe zwischen zwei Rippen (23) eingesetzt werden kann.
- Verfahren zum Einbau eines Rollladens in eine Öffnung (A) eines Gebäudes, bei welchem in dem Sturz (1) eine zur Innenseite des Gebäudes offene Ausnehmung (2) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (2) auch nach unten offen ist; wobei in der Fabrik ein Fenster mit Teil-Aufsatzkasten hergestellt wird, das einen Rollladen (B) aufweist, welcher im oberen Bereich eines Querriegels (6) des Rahmens zwischen zwei Wangen (4, 4') montiert ist, die zum Stützen der Welle (3) des Rollladens nach vorn ragend an dem Rahmen befestigt sind, wobei die Aufnahme des Rollladens durch eine an dem Querriegel befestigte Blende (11) begrenzt ist, welche zum Bedecken mit der Innenverkleidung des Gebäudes vorgesehen ist, wobei jede Wange im unteren Bereich eine zumindest höhenverstellbare Befestigungseinrichtung (15) aufweist; wobei das Fenster mit Teil-Aufsatzkasten von der Innenseite des Gebäudes her eingesetzt wird; und wobei, nach dem Einstellen jeder Befestigungseinrichtung (15), eine abnehmbare außenliegende Revisionsklappe (14) angebracht wird.
