Claims (15)
- Procédé pour le traitement enzymatique de textile contenant de la cellulose au moyen d'une solution qui comprend au moins une sorte de cellulase, caractérisé en ce que, avant le traitement avec la solution contenant de la cellulase, on applique une substance alcaline, de préférence une solution alcaline, uniquement localement sur le textile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant le traitement avec la solution contenant de la cellulase, on applique la substance alcaline, de préférence la solution alcaline, sur la surface du textile de telle façon qu'elle demeure sensiblement à la surface du textile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le textile se présente à plat.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la substance alcaline est appliquée au moins localement seulement sur un côté du textile plan.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la substance alcaline est une solution aqueuse d'au moins un hydroxyde de métal, de préférence d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalino-terreux et/ou d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalin.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'hydroxyde de métal est choisi parmi le groupe NaOH, KOH, LiOH, ou des mélanges de ceux-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la substance alcaline est appliquée par pulvérisation et/ou par projection et/ou par raclage et/ou par impression sur le textile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la solution alcaline comprend un épaississant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la substance alcaline comprend un agent mouillant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'agent mouillant comporte de la glycérine.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, après application de la solution alcaline et avant traitement à la cellulase, on effectue une étape de séchage, de préférence en chauffant le textile.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le textile est au moins localement teinté, de préférence teinté à l'indigo.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le textile comprend des fibres textiles qui sont tissées en un tissu, de préférence un tissu denim.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la substance alcaline est appliquée sur des textiles confectionnés terminés avant un traitement de lavage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la substance alcaline est enlevée par lavage avant le traitement à la cellulase.
