Abstract

Die akustische Stabilität eines Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräts soll verbessert werden. Für diesen Zweck wird ein Tragehaken für das Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät bereitgestellt, der aus einer Metallhälfte und einer Kunststoffhälfte besteht. Insbesondere ist der Tragehaken im Wesentlichen quer zu einer Schallröhre (12), die entlang des Tragehakens in seinem Inneren verläuft, in einen ersten Abschnitt (10) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (11) zweigeteilt. Der erste Abschnitt (10), mit dem der Tragehaken an das Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät montierbar ist, besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Kunststoff. Der zweite Abschnitt (11) hingegen besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Metall. Die zusätzliche Masse des Metalls reduziert die Vibrationen an der Spitze des Tragehakens, so dass die akustische Stabilität verbessert ist.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Tragehaken für ein Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät mit einer Schallröhre, die entlang des Tragehakens in seinem Inneren verläuft.
  • Hörgeräte sind tragbare Hörvorrichtungen, die zur Versorgung von Schwerhörenden dienen. Um den zahlreichen individuellen Bedürfnissen entgegenzukommen, werden unterschiedliche Bauformen von Hörgeräten wie Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräte (HdO) und In-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräte (IdO), z.B. auch Concha-Hörgeräte oder Kanal-Hörgeräte (CIC), bereitgestellt. Die beispielhaft aufgeführten Hörgeräte werden am Außenohr oder im Gehörgang getragen. Darüber hinaus stehen auf dem Markt aber auch Knochenleitungshörhilfen, implantierbare oder vibrotaktile Hörhilfen zur Verfügung. Dabei erfolgt die Stimulation des geschädigten Gehörs entweder mechanisch oder elektrisch.
  • Hörgeräte besitzen prinzipiell als wesentliche Komponenten einen Eingangswandler, einen Verstärker und einen Ausgangswandler. Der Eingangswandler ist in der Regel ein Schallempfänger, z. B. ein Mikrofon, und/oder ein elektromagnetischer Empfänger, z. B. eine Induktionsspule. Der Ausgangswandler ist meist als elektroakustischer Wandler, z. B. Miniaturlautsprecher, oder als elektromechanischer Wandler, z. B. Knochenleitungshörer, realisiert. Der Verstärker ist üblicherweise in eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit integriert. Dieser prinzipielle Aufbau ist in FIG 1 am Beispiel eines Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgeräts dargestellt. In ein Hörgerätegehäuse 1 zum Tragen hinter dem Ohr sind ein oder mehrere Mikrofone 2 zur Aufnahme des Schalls aus der Umgebung eingebaut. Eine Signalverarbeitungseinheit 3, die ebenfalls in das Hörgerätegehäuse 1 integriert ist, verarbeitet die Mikrofonsignale und verstärkt sie. Das Ausgangssignal der Signalverarbeitungseinheit 3 wird an einen Lautsprecher bzw.
  • Hörer 4 übertragen, der ein akustisches Signal ausgibt. Der Schall wird gegebenenfalls über einen Schallschlauch, der mit einer Otoplastik im Gehörgang fixiert ist, zum Trommelfell des Geräteträgers übertragen. Die Stromversorgung des Hörgeräts und insbesondere die der Signalverarbeitungseinheit 3 erfolgt durch eine ebenfalls ins Hörgerätegehäuse 1 integrierte Batterie 5.
  • An das Gehäuse eines HdO-Hörgeräts wird zum Tragen des Hörgeräts üblicherweise ein Tragehaken angesteckt bzw. angeschraubt. Durch den Tragehaken hindurch verläuft entlang seiner geschwungenen Form eine Schallröhre. Auf die Spitze des Tragehakens wird ein Schallschlauch aufgesteckt, der den Ausgangsschall des Hörgeräts zum Gehörgang überträgt.
  • Der vom Hörer des HdO-Hörgeräts erzeugte Schall bzw. der Hörer selbst führen zu Schwingungen der Spitze des Tragehakens. Gegebenenfalls wird die Hakenspitze zu Resonanzschwingungen angeregt. Diese Schwingungen führen zu unerwünschten akustischen Instabilitäten. So entstehen Frequenzantworten mit störenden Spitzen und es kommt vielfach zu Rückkopplungen, die zu unangenehmem Pfeifen führen.
  • Aus der Druckschrift DE 298 19 415 U1 ist ein Tragehaken für HdO-Hörgeräte bekannt, der einfach in eine der Ohrform des Hörgeräteträgers individuell angepasste Form gebracht werden kann. Der gekrümmte, über das Ohr zu hängende Tragehaken besteht aus einem Kunststoff, in den eine Metallseele zur plastischen Verformbarkeit eingegossen ist. Durch die Metallseele ist der Tragehaken dauerhaft plastisch verformbar. Es können aber auch andere Metallkerne wie beispielsweise Metallrohre, Schwanenhälse und dergleichen in Kunststoff eingegossen werden.
  • Aus der Druckschrift DE 29 50 331 ist ein HdO-Hörgerät bekannt mit einem Gehäuse und einem von einem durchgehenden Kanal durchsetzten hakenförmigen Teil. Das hakenförmige Teil dient dazu, den Schall zu einem Ohranschlussteil überzuleiten. Zur Verbesserung des Frequenzgangs ist das hakenförmige Teil so konstruiert, dass der lichte Querschnitt in der vom Gehäuse wegführenden Richtung zunimmt.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, die akustischen Eigenschaften eines Tragehakens für ein Hörgerät zu verbessern.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch einen Tragehaken für ein Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät mit einer Schallröhre, die entlang des Tragehakens in seinem Inneren verläuft, wobei der Tragehaken im Wesentlichen quer zu der Schallröhre in einen ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten Abschnitt zweigeteilt ist, der erste Abschnitt, mit dem der Tragehaken an das Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät montierbar ist, im Wesentlichen aus einem Kunststoff besteht und der zweite Abschnitt im Wesentlichen aus einem Metall besteht.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise kann so die akustische Stabilität des gesamten Hörgeräts verbessert werden, da das Metall die Masse des Tragehakens erhöht, so dass dieser insbesondere an seiner Spitze weniger schwingt. Damit wird die Frequenzantwort des Hörgeräts weniger durch den Tragehaken beeinflusst und die Neigungen zu Rückkopplungen sind reduziert.
  • Vorzugsweise besitzt der zweite Abschnitt des Tragehakens einen Kunststoffüberzug. Damit ist er beständiger gegenüber Korrosion.
  • Der zweite Abschnitt kann an den ersten Abschnitt des Tragehakens angeschraubt sein. Damit lässt sich eine stabile Verbindung zwischen beiden Abschnitten herstellen. Der Kunststoffteil kann aber auch an den Metallteil angespritzt oder angesteckt sein.
  • Entsprechend einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform überschreitet die Länge des zweiten Abschnitts entlang der Schallröhre ein Drittel der Gesamtlänge der Schallröhre. In der Regel kann dadurch eine ausreichende akustische Stabilität erzielt werden. Grundsätzlich sollte jedoch die Masse und damit das Volumen bzw. die Länge des Metallabschnitts so gewählt werden, dass die gewünschten akustischen Eigenschaften hinsichtlich akustischer Stabilität eintreten.
  • Darüber hinaus kann es günstig sein, wenn in die Schallröhre des zweiten Abschnitts ein Dämpfergewebe verschiebbar eingebracht wird. Damit kann die akustische Übertragungsfunktion des Tragehakens ebenfalls hinsichtlich akustischer Stabilität positiv beeinflusst werden.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung ist anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in denen zeigen:

  • Die nachfolgend näher geschilderten Ausführungsbeispiele stellen bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung dar.
  • FIG 2 zeigt einen Tragehaken, mit einem Kunststoffabschnitt 10 (erster Abschnitt) und einem Metallabschnitt 11 (zweiter Abschnitt). Die beiden Abschnitte 10 und 11 sind so aneinander gefügt, dass durch sie durchgehend ein Schallkanal bzw. eine Schallröhre 12 verläuft. Sie verläuft entlang des Hakens in dessen Innerem, wie der Längsschnitt von FIG 2 zeigt. Die Schallröhre 12 verläuft also ebenso bogenförmig wie der Tragehaken selbst.
  • Insgesamt läuft der Tragehaken von seinem proximalen Ende 13, an dem er an das Hörgerät befestigt wird, bis zu seinem distalen Ende 14, an dem der Schall austritt, spitz zu. Dies bedeutet, dass der Kunststoffteil 10 quer zu der Schallröhre 12 im Durchschnitt einen größeren Umfang besitzt als der Metallabschnitt 11. Die Trennung zwischen dem Metallabschnitt 11 und dem Kunststoffabschnitt 10 verläuft in dem Beispiel von FIG 2 entlang einer Schnittebene 15, die senkrecht zu der Schallröhre 12 angeordnet ist.
  • Der Metallabschnitt 11 ist an seinem distalen Ende 14 mit einem umlaufenden Widerhaken 16 versehen. Dieser sorgt dafür, dass ein übergeschobener Kunststoffschlauch mechanisch fest und akustisch dicht an dem Tragehaken befestigt werden kann.
  • In FIG 3 ist der Tragehaken von FIG 2 dargestellt, wobei zusätzlich ein Dämpfer 17 am distalen Ende 14 in die Schallröhre 12 eingeschoben ist. Dieser Dämpfer (screen damper) dient als akustischer Widerstand. Er besteht aus einem Kunststoffgewebe mit bestimmter Maschendichte. Diese wird so gewählt, dass der gewünschte akustische Widerstand erzielt wird.
  • Da der Dämpfer 17 aus Kunststoff besteht, ist es schwierig, ihn in einem Kunststoffhaken zu befestigen, da dort in der Regel nicht ausreichend Reibung erzielt werden kann. Hier macht sich ein weiterer Vorteil des Metallabschnitts 11 bemerkbar, dass nämlich zwischen dem Kunststoffdämpfer 17 und der Metallinnenfläche des Metallabschnitts 11 ausreichend Reibung erzielt werden kann, um den Dämpfer beispielsweise in der in FIG 4 dargestellten Position dauerhaft zu halten. Dort ist der Dämpfer nämlich im Mittelbereich des Metallabschnitts 11 durch Reibung fixiert. Je nach gewünschter akustischer Übertragungsfunktion des Tragehakens kann der Dämpfer 17 auch an anderen Positionen der Schallröhre 12 positioniert werden. So wird er in dem Beispiel von FIG 5 an der Trennebene 15 zwischen dem Metallabschnitt 11 und dem Kunststoffabschnitt 10 positioniert.
  • In FIG 6 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Tragehakens dargestellt. Der Kunststoffabschnitt 20 besitzt im Wesentlichen die gleiche Bauform wie der Kunststoffabschnitt 10 des vorhergehenden Ausführungsbeispiels in den Figuren 2 bis 5. Allerdings ist der Metallabschnitt 21 hier an den Kunststoffabschnitt 20 geschraubt. Hierzu besitzt die Kunststoffhakenhälfte bzw. der Kunststoffabschnitt 20 an seinem bezüglich des Hörgeräts distalen Ende ein mit der Schallröhre 22 konzentrisches Außengewinde 23, wie dies in FIG 7 dargestellt ist. Der Metallabschnitt 21 besitzt ein entsprechendes Innengewinde 24. Die Schraubverbindung zwischen dem Metallabschnitt 21 und dem Kunststoffabschnitt 20 sorgt für festen und spielfreien Halt. Außerdem kann der Metallabschnitt 21 von dem Kunststoffabschnitt 20 mehrfach gelöst werden, ohne nennenswerten Verschleiß hervorzurufen.
  • Hauptzweck des Metallabschnitts 21 an dem Tragehaken ist die Erhöhung der Masse an der Spitze des Tragehakens, d.h. an seinem distalen Ende 14, 25. In FIG 8 ist der Metallabschnitt 11 von FIG 2 ohne den Kunststoffabschnitt 10 dargestellt. Er besitzt eine bestimmte Länge entlang der Schallröhre 12. Sie ist in Abhängigkeit von den anatomischen Gegebenheiten des Ohrs des Trägers und in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Masse für die Vibrationsdämpfung gewählt. Ist es im Hinblick auf die akustische Stabilität notwendig, die Masse des Metallabschnitts zu vergrößern, so kann ein entsprechend längerer Metallabschnitt 31 gewählt werden, wie in FIG 9 dargestellt ist. Zur Erhöhung der Masse kann aber auch die Wandstärke des Metallstücks 11 variiert werden. Darüber hinaus kann die Masse des Metallabschnitts 11, 21, 31 auch durch die Wahl des Metalls (Stahl, Aluminium, etc.) beeinflusst werden.
  • In FIG 9 ist darüber hinaus angedeutet, dass in die Schallröhre 32 des dortigen Metallabschnitts 31 ein zylinderförmiger Kunststoffgewebedämpfer 33 nicht von dem distalen Ende 34, sondern von dem gegenüberliegenden Ende 35, das dem nicht dargestellten Kunststoffabschnitt zugewandt ist, eingeschoben werden kann. Dieser Dämpfer kann ebenso in den Metallabschnitt 11 von FIG 8 eingeschoben werden.
  • Mit dem Metallabschnitt 11, 21, 31 ist es erfindungsgemäß möglich, die akustische Stabilität auch bei Hörgeräten mit sehr hoher Verstärkung zu gewährleisten. Bei Hörgeräten mit reinen Kunststofftragehaken besteht demgegenüber nur die Möglichkeit, die Verstärkung zu reduzieren oder Material auf den Tragehaken aufzutragen, bis seine Vibrationen auf ein tragbares Maß reduziert sind. Auch kann mit der Metallhakenhälfte darauf verzichtet werden, die akustische Übertragungsfunktion des Schallkanals so zu formen bzw. zu dämpfen, dass keine Vibrationen der Hakenspitze auftreten. Dies stellte nämlich eine aufwändige Prozedur dar, da eine geeignete Übertragungsfunktion für jede Länge eines Tragehakens separat gefunden werden musste.

Claims (8)

  1. Tragehaken für ein Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät mit
    - einer Schallröhre (12), die entlang des Tragehakens in seinem Inneren verläuft,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Tragehaken quer zu der Schallröhre (12) in einen ersten Abschnitt (10) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (11) zweigeteilt ist,
    - der erste Abschnitt (10), mit dem der Tragehaken an das Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät montierbar ist, aus einem Kunststoff besteht,
    - der zweite Abschnitt (11) aus einem Metall besteht,
    - die Schallröhre (12) durch die beiden Abschnitte (10, 11) hindurch verläuft,
    - der zweite Abschnitt (11) einen Kunststoffüberzug besitzt, und
    - die Länge des zweiten Abschnitts (11) entlang der Schallröhre (12) ein Drittel der Gesamtlänge der Schallröhre (12) überschreitet.
  2. Tragehaken nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (11) an den ersten Abschnitt (10) angeschraubt ist.
  3. Tragehaken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in die Schallröhre (12) des zweiten Abschnitts (11) ein Dämpfergewebe (17) verschiebbar eingebracht ist.
  4. Tragehaken für ein Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät mit
    - einer Schallröhre (12), die entlang des Tragehakens in seinem Inneren verläuft,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Tragehaken quer zu der Schallröhre (12) in einen ersten Abschnitt (10) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (11) zweigeteilt ist,
    - der erste Abschnitt (10), mit dem der Tragehaken an das Hinter-dem-Ohr-Hörgerät montierbar ist, aus einem Kunststoff besteht,
    - der zweite Abschnitt (11) aus einem Metall besteht und
    - die Schallröhre (12) durch die beiden Abschnitte (10, 11) hindurch verläuft.
  5. Tragehaken nach Anspruch 4, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (11) einen Kunststoffüberzug besitzt.
  6. Tragehaken nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (11) an den ersten Abschnitt (10) angeschraubt ist.
  7. Tragehaken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die Länge des zweiten Abschnitts (11) entlang der Schallröhre (12) ein Drittel der Gesamtlänge der Schallröhre (12) überschreitet.
  8. Tragehaken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei in die Schallröhre (12) des zweiten Abschnitts (11) ein Dämpfergewebe (17) verschiebbar eingebracht ist.
