Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Offenhalten von Türen, vor allem eines Fahrzeugs, wie zum Beispiel eines Kraftfahrzeugs, Anhängers oder Aufliegers, der Bauart, die einen zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der die Tür frei ist, und einer Haltestellung der Tür in ihrer geöffneten Stellung verschiebbaren Griff (10; 34) aufweist, wobei der Griff eine gegen eine Rückholfeder (18; 49) in einem mit dem Fahrzeug verbundenen Stützteil (8; 32) zwischen einer hinteren Ruhestellung des Griffs und einer vorderen Türhaltestellung des Griffs axial bewegbare Stange (9; 33) aufweist, wobei der Griff in einem vorbestimmten Winkel, wie zum Beispiel einem 90°-Winkel zwischen diesen Ruhe- und Türhaltestellungen, drehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (9; 33) und die Stütze (8; 32) Führungsmittel (19; 16) der Stange während der Bewegung der Stange (9; 33) zwischen diesen Ruhe- und Türhaltestellungen in Richtung der Ruhestellung aufweisen, wobei diese Mittel ausgebildet sind, um eine geführte axiale und Winkelbewegung der Stange in Richtung der Ruhestellung des Griffs zu gewährleisten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel (19; 16) ein Organ in Form eines mit der Stange verbundenen Nockens (19) aufweisen und einen in Richtung der Bewegung der Stange mit der Stütze verbundenen geneigten Abschnitt (16), wobei diese Mittel ausgebildet sind, um eine geführte axiale und Winkelbewegung des Nockens (19) an dem geneigten Abschnitt (16) entlang in Richtung der Ruhestellung des Griffs zu gewährleisten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (8) allgemein U-förmig ist, dessen Arme (12) die Gleitstützen der Stange (9) des Griffs (10) bilden und dessen Basis (13) in ihrem hinteren Abschnitt (15) im Verhältnis zum Haltelauf des Griffs konfiguriert ist, um den vorgenannten Nocken (19) in die winklige Ruhestellung des Griffs (10) zu zwingen, wogegen der vordere Abschnitt (14) das Drehen des Nockens erlaubt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Abschnitt (15) der Basis (13) des Stützteils (8) eine geringere Tiefe des U-Profils dieses Teils definiert und dass der Nocken eine längliche Platte ist, deren Ausrichtung durch die Innenseite (22) des Basisabschnitts (16) bestimmt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (13) des Stützteils (8) zwischen diesen Abschnitten unterschiedlicher Tiefen (15, 14) einen geneigten Übergangsabschnitt (16) aufweist, der einen Blockierausschnitt (26) der Platte (19) in ihrer winkligen Ruhestellung der Tür durch den Griff (10) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (32) einen Positionierungsfinger (30) aufweist, dass die Stange (33) des Griffs (34) rohrförmig ist und imstande, axial über den Positionierungsfinger (30) zu gleiten und dass die periphere Fläche des Fingers (30) und die inneren Fläche der rohrförmigen Stange (33) Kontrollelemente (40, 45) der Winkelstellung der rohrförmigen Stange bei ihrer axialen Verschiebung über die vorbestimmte Strecke aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Positionierungsfinger (30) oder die innere Fläche der rohrförmigen Stange mindestens eine längliche Rille (40) aufweist und die innere Fläche des rohrförmigen Elements oder die periphere Fläche des Positionierungsfingers (30) mindestens einen zur Rille komplementär geformten Sporn (45) aufweist, und dass der Sporn und die Rille über die vorbestimmte Strecke ineinander eingreifen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Endabschnitt (42) des Positionierungsfingers (30) rund ist, so dass er erlaubt, die rohrförmige Stange (33) zu drehen, wenn der Sporn (45) nicht mehr in seine Führungsrille (40) eingreift.
