Abstract
Die Aufgabe, eine Anordnung sowie ein Verfahren zur Erwärmung zumindest eines Betriebsmittels einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1) zu schaffen bzw. anzugeben, welche im Hinblick auf eine etwaige Anhebung des Motor-Temperaturniveaus weiter verbessert sind derart, dass ein deutlich schnelleres Erreichen der Motor-Betriebstemperatur gerade im Motor-Kaltstart gestattet ist, wodurch der Kraftstoffverbrauch, der CO2-Ausstoß und der Verschleiß verringerbar sowie der Fahrkomfort in Bezug auf die Fahrzeug-Heizung (5) verbesserbar sind, wird im Wesentlichen dadurch gelöst, dass zum einen ausgehend von einer Abgasanlage (2) heiße Verbrennungsgase (11) über zumindest eine Bypassleitung (10) durch einen im Ölsumpf (15) der Ölwanne (13) des Motorblocks (12) der Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1) angeordneten und das in der Ölwanne (13) befindliche Motorenöl (16) erwärmenden ersten Wärmetauscher (14) hindurchgeführt sind, und zum anderen in der Ölwanne (13) zumindest ein zweiter Wärmetauscher (20) angeordnet ist, der seinerseits in einen Kühlmittelkreislauf (3) der Verbrennungskraftmaschine (1) eingebunden ist.
