Abstract

Es handelt sich um Verfahren zur Herstellung von Transformatorkernen. Um Verfahren zu schaffen, bei denen Transformatorkerne direkt von der Herstellungsanlage für die einzelnen Bleche hergestellt werden, wobei die Effizienz der gesamten Anlage bzw. bei der Herstellung von Transformatorkernen wesentlich erhöht ist, werden bei einem Verfahren zunächst in mindestens zwei in Förderrichtung der Bleche hintereinander angeordneten Stapelstationen wechselweise jeweils wechselweise eine Mehrzahl von Blechen einer Schenkelseite des Transformatorkerns auf Stapeltischen und eine Mehrzahl von Blechen einer Jochseite auf Ablagetischen übereinander gestapelt. Nach dem seitlichen Verfahren der Stapeltische werden in den Stapelstationen wechselweise jeweils wechselweise eine Mehrzahl von Blechen der anderen Schenkelseite des Transformatorkerns auf den Stapeltischen und eine Mehrzahl von Blechen der anderen Jochseite in Aufnahmeeinrichtungen übereinander gestapelt. Nach dem weiteren seitlichen Verfahren der Stapeltische wird auf denselben wechselweise jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Blechen des Mittelschenkels des Transformatorkerns übereinander gestapelt, wobei gleichzeitig Handlingsysteme die Pakete aus Blechen der einen Jochseite in die rechtwinklige Stellung zur Förderrichtung drehen. Danach legen die Handlingsysteme die Pakete aus Blechen der einen Jochseite mit ihren Enden an den einen Enden der Pakete der Bleche der Schenkelseiten bzw. der Pakete der Bleche des Mittelschenkels auf den Stapeltischen ab. Die Verfahrensschritte wiederholen sich bis zum Erreichen der Gesamthöhe des jeweiligen Transformatorkerns.
