Claims (12)
- Machine pour laver et/ou sécher du linge, en particulier selon le principe de chargeur avant, comprenant un arbre de tambour (14) monté de façon rotative au moyen d'un agencement de palier (13) pour l'entraînement d'un tambour de linge (12) et un dispositif pour déterminer des grandeurs caractéristiques importantes au niveau de la charge ou un balourd du tambour à linge (12) ou de l'arbre de tambour (14) sur la base d'une charge de linge, le dispositif pour déterminer des grandeurs caractéristiques importantes au niveau de la charge ou un balourd comprenant au moins une unité de capteur de champ magnétique (22), avec laquelle le champ magnétique d'une zone (24) magnétisée et déplacée avec l'arbre de tambour (14) ou le tambour à linge (12) doit être détecté,
caractérisée en ce que

- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une valeur de paramètre dynamique, en particulier un couple de rotation et/ou un couple de torsion (MUG) et/ou couple de flexion (MUF) s'appliquant sur l'arbre de tambour (12) et/ou les forces de flexion dynamiques (FUF) et/ou la vitesse angulaire (w) de l'arbre de tambour (14) doit être déterminé au moyen de l'au moins une unité de capteur de champ magnétique (22).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une valeur de paramètre statique, en particulier une force de flexion (FT, FR, FW) et/ou un couple de flexion (MT, MR) statique, apparaissant sur l'arbre de tambour (14), doit être déterminé au moyen de l'au moins une unité de capteur de champ magnétique.
- Procédé pour déterminer et traiter des grandeurs caractéristiques importantes au niveau de la charge ou des paramètres de balourd d'un tambour à linge (12) ou d'un arbre de tambour (14) d'une machine pour laver et/ou sécher du linge sur la base d'une charge de linge, en particulier selon les revendications 1 à 9, comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) détermination des grandeurs caractéristiques importantes au niveau de la charge ou des paramètres de balourd au moyen d'au moins une unité de capteur de champ magnétique (22), avec laquelle le champ magnétique d'une zone (24) magnétisée, déplacée avec l'arbre de tambour (14) ou le tambour à linge (12), est détecté ;b) déduction de paramètres de commande importants au niveau de la charge et/ou de réglage de la machine en fonction des grandeurs caractéristiques ou des paramètres de balourd, déterminés par l'unité de capteur de champ magnétique (22),caractérisé en ce que
le champ magnétique est formé par un matériau ferromagnétique avec une constante de magnétostriction si élevée que des forces et couples, qui apparaissent dans et sur l'arbre de tambour (14) ou un composant relié à l'arbre de tambour (14), sont transformés par l'effet de la magnétostriction inverse en variations de grandeur correspondante, facilement détectables, du champ magnétique formé par le matériau. - Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, à l'étape a), un couple de rotation et/ou de torsion (MUG) et/ou un couple de flexion (MUF, MT, MR) et/ou au moins une force de flexion (FUF, FT, FR, FW) et/ou la vitesse angulaire (w) de l'arbre de tambour et/ou du tambour à linge (14) est déterminé au moyen de l'unité de capteur de champ magnétique (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la déduction des paramètres de commande et/ou de réglage est effectuée à l'étape b) par un dispositif de commande de la machine.
