Abstract

Ein Fachboden für ein Kältegerät weist einen Rahmen (2, 3, 4, 5) und eine in dem Rahmen (2, 3, 4, 5) eingefasste Trägerplatte (1) auf. Der Rahmen (2, 3, 4, 5) ist aus Extrusionsprofilstücken (4, 5) und Enden der Extrusionsprofilstücke (4, 5) verbindenden Profilteilen (2, 3) zusammengefügt.

Description

Fachboden für ein Kältegerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Fachboden für ein Kältegerät.
Herkömmlicherweise sind derartige Fachböden häufig in Form einer Trägerplatte reali- siert, an die ein umlaufender Rahmen angeformt ist, an welchem Konturen, Vorsprünge etc. gebildet sind, die für eine Aufhängung des Fachbodens im Innenraum des Kältegeräts benötigt werden.
Diese Technik ist aufwändig, da sie für jedes Modell von Fachboden ein eigenes Formwerkzeug für die Erzeugung des Rahmens erfordert.
Bekannt sind auch Fachböden, die als Trägerplatte eine Glasplatte haben, wobei auf vordere und hintere Kanten der Glasplatte ein Profilteil aufgesteckt ist, die Enden der Profilteile über die Seitenränder der Glasplatte hinaus verlängert sind und sich in Nuten der Seitenwände des Kältegerätes abstützen. Da bei diesem bekannten Fachboden die Trägerplatte nicht vollständig eingefasst ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass sie sich aus der Nut eines Profilteils löst und dann abstürzt. Außerdem führt diese Bauweise dazu, dass die aufgesteckten Profilteile auf kleinem Querschnitt ein hohes Gewicht tragen müssen, so dass die Belastbarkeit der Fachböden begrenzt ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, einen Fachboden für ein Kältegerät anzugeben, der belastbar und sicher ist, und der in einer Vielzahl von Varianten preiswert realisierbar ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Fachboden für ein Kältegerät mit einer in einem Rahmen eingefassten Trägerplatte, bei dem der Rahmen aus Extrusionsprofilstücken und Enden der Extrusionsprofilstücke verbindenden Profilteilen zusammengefügt ist. Der umlaufende Rahmen gibt dem Fachboden einen sicheren Zusammenhalt ohne Gefahr, dass Trägerplatte und Profilstücke sich voneinander lösen. Die Verwendung de Extrusionsprofilstücke erlaubt es, Fachbodenmodelle, die sich lediglich in einer Abmessung unterscheiden, preiswert zu realisieren, indem an diejenigen Kanten der Trägerplatte, deren Abmessungen von Modell zu Modell variabel sind, Extrusionsprofilstücke angefügt werden, die aus Strangmaterial je nach Bedarf mit unterschiedlichen Längen geschnitten werden können, und die Profilteile an die Kanten mit gleichbleibender Länge angefügt werden, so dass einheitliche Profilteile für alle Modelle verwendet werden können. Des weiteren schafft diese Bauweise die Möglichkeit, einheitliche Trägerplatten für Fachböden mit unterschiedlichem Erscheinungsbild zu verwenden, die ein für unterschiedliche Modellreihen oder Marken eines gleichen Herstellers spezifisches Gepräge durch Verwendung unterschiedlicher Typen von Profilteilen und Extrusionsprofilstücken erhalten.
Die Profilteile, die in einer geringeren Zahl von Varianten benötigt werden, können spritzgeformt sein.
Um den Zusammenhalt des Rahmens zu gewährleisten, tragen die Profilteile vorzugsweise Zapfen, die in Hohlräume der Extrusionsprofilstücke eingreifen.
Es können nur die Extrusionsprofilstücke oder nur die Profilteile oder auch beide eine Nut aufweisen, in die eine Wand der Trägerplatte eingreift.
Die Trägerplatte kann insbesondere eine Glasplatte sein, oder auch ein Gitter mit einem umlaufenden Rahmen und zwei sich gegenüber liegende Seiten des Rahmens verbindenden Streben. Bei einem solchen Gitter sind die Enden der Streben vorzugsweise frontal mit dem Rahmen verbunden.
Um Flaschen, insbesondere Weinflaschen, stabil auf einem solchen Gitterfachboden zu lagern, ist der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Streben wenigstens gleich dem halben Durchmesser einer Weinflasche und kleiner als der ganze Durchmesser einer Wein- flasche.
Des weiteren entspricht die Länge der Streben versuchsweise wenigstens der zweifachen Länge des Bauches einer Weinflasche, so dass diese in alternierender Orientierung, mit jeweils einem Flaschenhals zwischen zwei Bäuchen, dicht gepackt und dementsprechend mit guter Platzausnutzung auf dem Fachboden gelagert werden können.
Um den Fachboden bequem herausziehbar zu machen, ist er vorzugsweise von Teleskopauszügen getragen. Hierfür weisen die Extrusionsprofilstücke vorzugsweise im Querschnitt einen vertikalen und einen horizontalen Schenkel auf, und ein Teleskopauszug ist versteckt in einem von den beiden Schenkeln aufgespannten Winkel jedes Extru- sionsprofilstücks aufgenommen.
Zur Befestigung an dem Teleskopauszug weist vorzugsweise einer der Schenkel einen Hohlraum mit längsseitigen, dem Teleskopauszug zugewandten Öffnungen auf, in die Rastköpfe des Teleskopauszugs eingerastet sind.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

Wie in Fig. 1 und 2 zu erkennen, ist der erfindungsgemäße Fachboden im Wesentlichen aus fünf Teilen zusammengefügt, einer Trägerplatte 1 , vorderen und hinteren Profilteilen 2, 3 sowie seitlichen Extrusionsprofilstücken 4, 5. Die Trägerplatte 1 ist hier als ein Gitter mit einem aus einem kräftigen Stahldraht einstückig gebogenen Rahmen 6 und einer Mehrzahl von Längsstreben 7 gebildet, die sich zwischen vorderen und hinteren Querstreben 8 des Rahmens 6 erstrecken. Die Längsstreben 7 bestehen aus Draht vom gleichen Typ wie der Rahmen 6. Sie liegen mit dem Rahmen 6 auf gleicher Höhe, so dass sie jeweils mit ihren Stirnflächen an den Querstreben 8 verschweißt sind.
Der Rahmen 6 ist seitlich jeweils in Nuten 9 der Extrusionsprofilstücke 4 bzw. 5 gehalten. Die Extrusionsprofilstücke 4, 5 haben identische Querschnitte ähnlich dem Buchstaben r, mit einem vertikalen Schenkel 10, in dem die Nut 9 gebildet ist, und einem an das obere Ende des Schenkels 10 anschließenden horizontalen Schenkel 1 1. Ein von den beiden Schenkeln 10, 1 1 aufgespannter Winkel ist vorgesehen, um einen Teleskopauszug 12 aufzunehmen, der in Fig. 3 genauer gezeigt ist. Die Extrusionsprofilstücke 4, 5 weisen, wie insbesondere in Fig. 4 zu erkennen, jeweils drei Hohlräume auf, einen Hohlraum 13 im horizontalen Schenkel 1 1 und zwei 14, 15 in dem vertikalen Schenkel 10 oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der Nut 9. In die untere Wand des Hohlraums 13 sind wenigstens zwei Öffnungen 16 geschnitten, von denen eine in der Schnittdarstellung der Fig. 4 zu sehen ist. Die hintere der beiden Öffnungen ist jeweils zum rückwärtigen Ende des Extrusionsprofilstücks 4 bzw. 5 hin randoffen.
Die Öffnungen 16 dienen zur Verrastung des Extrusionsprofilstücke 4, 5 auf den Teleskopauszügen 12, von denen einer in Fig. 3 in perspektivischer Ansicht gezeigt ist. Der Auszug 12 umfasst zwei aus Stahlblech gebogene Schienen, eine äußere Schiene 18 von in etwa C-förmigem Querschnitt und eine in den Hohlraum der äußeren Schiene 18 eingreifende innere Schiene 19, die vorgesehen ist, um an der Seitenwand eines Kältegerätegehäuses befestigt zu werden. Einander gegenüber liegende horizontale Schenkel der Schienen 18, 19 begrenzen zwei zylindrische Kanäle 20, in denen, wie in Fig. 4 zu sehen, Kugeln 21 aufgenommen sind, die die Schienen 18, 19 spielarm und leicht gegeneinander beweglich führen. Ein Bolzen 22 steht vom vorderen Ende der äußeren Schiene 18 in den Zwischenraum zwischen den Schienen 18, 19 hinein ab. Sein Kontakt mit einem an der Innenschiene 19 befestigten, in Fig. 3 soeben noch erkennbaren Gummipuffer 23 definiert eine Grenze der Bewegungsfreiheit der Schienen 18, 19 gegeneinander.
Ein vorderer Adapter 24 und ein hinterer Adapter 25 aus Kunststoff sind an der äußeren Schiene 18 befestigt. Die Adapter 24, 25 haben hier jeweils einen in etwa prismenstumpfförmigen Grundkörper 26, an den an seiner Oberseite ein horizontaler, auf dem oberen Schenkel der Schiene 18 aufliegender Steg 27 angeformt ist. Von der Oberseite des Grundkörpers 26 steht jeweils ein Rastelement 28 bzw. 29 ab, das vorgesehen ist, um in die Öffnungen 16 des Extrusionsprofilstücks 4 einzugreifen.
Bei der Montage der Trägerplatte 1 auf den an Seitenwänden des Kältegeräts befestigten Teleskopauszügen 17 wird der hintere Rand der Trägerplatte 1 auf die Teleskopauszüge

Rastelemente 28 in die vorderen Öffnungen 16 der Extrusionsprofilstücke 4, 5 ein. Das vordere Rastelement 28 hat in etwa die Gestalt eines T, mit von den Enden des
Querbalkens des T heruntergezogenen, leicht nach außen vorgewölbten elastischen
Schenkeln 31 . Die Schenkel 31 werden beim Durchgang durch die vordere Öffnung 16 elastisch gegeneinander gedrückt, und die nach unten hin aufeinander zulaufenden unteren Enden der Schenkel 31 halten die Extrusionsprofilstücke 4, 5 in Tiefenrichtung spielfrei und drücken sie von oben gegen den Grundkörper 26.
Wie in den Fig. 2 und 5 zu erkennen, haben die vorderen und hinteren Profilteile 2, 3 jeweils die Gestalt eines langgestreckten Balkens, der an seinen Enden in zwei verbreiterte bzw. hochgezogene Kopfstücke 33 übergeht. Die Kopfstücke 33 tragen jeweils eine Mehrzahl von hohlen Zapfen 34, 35, 36, die vorgesehen sind, um form- und reibschlüssig in die Hohlräume 13, 14, 15 der Extrusionsprofilstücke 4, 5 von deren offenen Enden her einzugreifen. Zwischen den Zapfen 35, 36 liegt ein Ende einer sich über die gesamte Länge des Balkens 32 erstreckenden Nut, die Teil der bereits erwähnten, den Rahmen 6 einfassenden Nut 9 ist und daher in den Fig. 5 und 6 ebenfalls mit 9 bezeichnet ist.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Fachbodens aus Fig. 1 im mit liegenden Weinflaschen 37 beladenen Zustand. Die Bäuche 38 der Flaschen sind jeweils von zwei benachbarten Längsstreben 8 abgestützt. Der Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Längsstreben 8 ist deutlich kleiner als der Durchmesser der Flaschenbäuche 38 , aber größer als der Mittelwert der Durchmesser von Flaschenbauch 38 und -hals 39. So können die Flaschen 37 in alternierender Orientierung zwischen je zwei benachbarte Längsstreben 8 eingelegt werden, wobei jeweils der Hals 39 einer Flasche 37 zwischen den Bäuchen 38 zweier benachbarter Flaschen 37 Platz findet.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Fachboden für ein Kältegerät mit einer von einem Rahmen eingefassten Trägerplatte(i ) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (2,3 ,4, 5) aus Extrusionsprofilstücken (4, 5) und die Enden der Extrusionsprofilstücke (4, 5) verbindenden Profilteilen (2, 3) zusammengefügt ist.
2. Fachboden nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilteile (2, 3) spritzgeformt sind.
3. Fachboden nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilteile (2, 3) aus Kunststoff-Spritzguß gebildet sind.
4. Fachboden nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilteile (2, 3) Zapfen (34, 35, 36) tragen, die in Hohlräume 13, 14, 15) der
Extrusionsprofilstücke (4, 5) eingreifen.
5. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Extrusionsprofilstücke (4, 5) und/oder die Profilteile (2, 3) eine Nut (9) aufweisen, in die ein Rand der Trägerplatte (1 ) eingreift.
6. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte eine Glasplatte ist.
7. Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (1 ) ein Gitter mit einem umlaufenden Rahmen (6) und zwei gegenüberliegende Seiten des Rahmens (6) verbindenden Streben (7) ist.
8. Fachboden nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Streben (7) frontal mit dem Rahmen (6) verbunden sind.
9. Fachboden nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Streben (7) wenigstens gleich dem halben Durchmesser einer Weinflasche und kleiner als der ganze Durchmesser einer Weinflasche ist.
10. Fachboden nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Streben (7) wenigstens der zweifachen Länge des Bauches einer
Weinflasche entspricht.

Fachboden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Extrusionsprofilstücke (4, 5) im Querschnitt einen vertikalen und einen horizontalen Schenkel (10, 1 1 ) aufweisen, und dass in einem von den beiden Schenkeln (10, 1 1 ) aufgespannten Winkel ein Teleskopauszug (17) aufgenommen ist.
12. Fachboden nach Anspruch 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Schenkel (10, 1 1 ) einen Hohlraum (13) mit längsseitigen, dem Teleskopauszug (
17) zugewandten Öffnungen (16) aufweist und dass Rastköpfe (28, 29) der Teleskopauszüge (17) in die Öffnungen (16) eingerastet sind.
