Abstract
Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Aufheizen einer keramischen Glühkerze durch Anlegen einer veränderlichen elektrischen Spannung an die Glühkerze. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die elektrische Spannung ausgehend von einem Sockelwert im zeitlichen Mittel überproportional zur verstrichenen Aufheizzeit ansteigt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Glühkerzensteuergerät zur Durchführung eines solchen Verfahrens. Disclosed is a method of heating a ceramic glow plug by applying a variable voltage to the glow plug. According to the invention, it is provided that, starting from a base value, the electrical voltage increases disproportionately in relation to the elapsed heating time. The invention further relates to a glow plug control device for carrying out such a method.
