Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre un axe de rotation ou l'axe de rotation qui est défini par l'articulation à genouillère (53) de la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère, et un axe de rotation ou l'axe de rotation qui est défini par la liaison articulée (56) entre la première branche (54) de la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère et le boîtier ou une autre partie fixe de l'installation de fabrication et/ou d'emballage (10), est identique ou pratiquement identique à la distance entre cet axe de rotation d'articulation à genouillère de la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère et un axe de rotation ou l'axe de rotation qui est défini par la liaison articulée (57) entre la deuxième branche (55) de la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère et la deuxième partie de transmission (47) en forme de genouillère.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre un axe de rotation ou l'axe de rotation qui est défini par l'articulation à genouillère (48) de la deuxième partie de transmission (47) en forme de genouillère et un axe de rotation ou l'axe de rotation qui est défini par la liaison articulée (52) au niveau de la branche (50) associée à la partie de transport (28) de la deuxième partie de transmission (47) en forme de genouillère, est identique ou pratiquement identique à la distance entre un axe de rotation d'articulation à genouillère ou l'axe de rotation d'articulation à genouillère de la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère et un axe de rotation ou l'axe de rotation qui est défini par la liaison articulée (57) entre la deuxième branche (55) de la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère et la deuxième partie de transmission (47) en forme de genouillère.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (59) est un cylindre pneumatique ou hydraulique (60) avec un piston (61) pouvant être déplacé avec un mouvement alternatif dans un cylindre, le piston (61) étant raccordé à la première branche (54) de la première genouillère (46), pour réaliser le mouvement commandable de celle-ci entre la position de libération et la position de verrouillage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transmission (24), en particulier les deux parties de transmission (46, 47) en forme de genouillère et les liaisons articulées individuelles, est réalisé de telle sorte que sous l'effet d'une pression d'amplitude appropriée exercée sur la partie de transport (28), un fléchissement d'au moins la première partie de transmission (46) en forme de genouillère autour de son articulation à genouillère (53) puisse être effectué, ce fléchissement pouvant être détecté de manière directe ou indirecte avec un capteur (69), de préférence avec un capteur (69) associé au cylindre avec lequel une modification de position et/ou un mouvement du piston (61) à l'intérieur du cylindre (60), provoqués par le fléchissement, peuvent être détectés.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position spatiale de l'organe de transmission déplaçable (54) peut être ajustée dans la position de libération du dispositif de transmission (24), de préférence par réglage de la position de base du piston (61) introduit à l'intérieur du cylindre (60), depuis une première position dans une deuxième position, une modification de la position spatiale de l'organe de transmission déplaçable (54) dans la position de libération permettant d'ajuster différentes courses ou longueurs de course de la partie de transport (28), notamment du dispositif à haute levée (28).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transmission (24) entraîne au moins deux parties de transport (28), le dispositif de transmission (24) présentant au moins deux organes de transmission (54) qui peuvent être déplacés de manière commandée en avant et/ou en arrière indépendamment l'un de l'autre à chaque fois par un actionneur commandable (59) associé à la partie de transport respective (28), entre une première position dans laquelle le dispositif de transmission (24) supprime le mouvement de transport de la partie de transport (28) respective lorsque l'arbre d'entraînement (27) de l'unité d'entraînement tourne, notamment ne transmet aucun mouvement à la partie de transport - position de verrouillage - et une deuxième position, dans laquelle le dispositif de transmission (24) permet le mouvement de transport de la partie de transport (28) respective lorsque l'arbre d'entraînement tourne, en particulier transmet un mouvement à la partie de transport, -position de libération.
  8. Installation de fabrication et/ou d'emballage pour la fabrication et/ou l'emballage de cigarettes ou d'autres articles à fumer (10), comprenant un dispositif (19) pour le transport de produits, de préférence de paquets de cigarettes (11), selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
  9. Installation de fabrication et/ou d'emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les paquets de cigarettes (11) peuvent être acheminés de manière cadencée le long d'une bande transporteuse (16) notamment horizontale, à un dispositif à haute levée (28) du dispositif (19), les paquets de cigarettes (11) pouvant être acheminés au moyen du dispositif à haute levée (28) à chaque fois à au moins une cavité (20) d'une tourelle de transfert (19).
