Claims (5)
- Schussfadenzuführer für Textilmaschinen, mit einer fadenspeichernden Trommel (12), von der ein Faden (F) zum Speisen einer Textilmaschine abgewickelt wird, und einer Schussfadenbremseinrichtung (18), die an einem entlang einer Richtung parallel zur Achse der Trommel (12) beweglichen Schlitten (22) angebracht und ausgestattet ist mit:- einem hohlen Bremsbauteil (32) mit einem kreisförmigen Profil, das mit seiner Innenseite durch eine Aktuatoreinrichtung (20, 21) koaxial gegen den Abgaberand der Trommel (12) gedrängt wird, um den sich abwickelnden Faden abzubremsen,- einem Fadenspannungssensor (38), der ein gemessenes, die Spannung des von der Trommel abgegebenen Fadens angebendes Spannungssignal (Tm) erzeugt,- einer Steuerungseinheit (CU), die dazu programmiert ist, das gemessene Spannungssignal (Tm) mit einem Bezugsspannungssignal (Tr) zu vergleichen und die Aktuatoreinrichtung (20, 21) derart anzutreiben, dass der Unterschied zwischen der gemessenen Spannung und der Bezugsspannung minimiert wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit (CU) dazu programmiert ist, ein Signal (Sib, Sib') für schwache Bremsleistung zu erzeugen, wenn die Bezugsspannung (Tr) höher ist als die mit der Aktuatoreinrichtung in einer Hubendstellung erreichbare Maximalspannung, und ein Signal (Seb, Seb') für übermäßige Bremsleistung zu erzeugen, wenn die Bezugsspannung (Tr) geringer ist als die mit der Aktuatoreinrichtung in einer Hubendstellung erreichbare Minimalspannung, und dass sie Mittel zum Korrigieren der Stellung (VD, M) des Schlittens (22, 23) aufweist, die durch das Signal (Sib, Sib') für schwache Bremsleistung und das Signal (Seb, Seb'), für übermäßige Bremsleistung aktiviert werden.
- Schussfadenzuführer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Korrigieren der Stellung eine optische Einrichtung (VD) umfassen, die einen Benutzer darüber zu informieren vermag, dass der Schlitten (23, 23) bewegt werde sollte, um die Vorspannung zu ändern, mit der das Bremsbauteil (32) gegen die Trommel (12) gedrängt wird, wenn das Signal (Sib, Sib') für schwache Bremsleistung und das Signal (Seb, Seb') für übermäßige Bremsleistung vorhanden sind.
- Schussfadenzuführer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Korrigieren der Stellung einen Motor (M) umfassen, der betriebsfähig mit dem Schlitten (22) verbunden und von der Steuerungseinheit (CU) so gesteuert ist, dass die von dem Bremsbauteil (32) auf die Trommel (12) ausgeübte Vorspannung erhöht wird, wenn das Signal (Sib, Sib') für schwache Bremsleistung erzeugt wird, wohingegen die Vorspannung vermindert wird, wenn das Signal (Seb, Seb') für übermäßige Bremsleistung erzeugt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (22) durch einen mittels eines Knopfes (24) betreibbaren Schneckenmechanismus (23) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (22) durch einen mittels des Motors (M) betreibbaren Schneckenmechanismus (23) angetrieben ist.
