Claims (12)
- Machine d'emballage (1) pour emballer des produits dans un emballage en forme de cavité fabriqué à partir d'un film en matière plastique, avec un dispositif de scellage (5) avec un outil de scellage (84, 85), dans laquelle un dispositif de nettoyage (16) est prévu pour le dispositif de scellage (5) pour détacher des impuretés au moyen d'un fluide de nettoyage, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (16) comprend une ouverture d'admission d'agent de nettoyage (108) qui débouche à l'intérieur de l'outil de scellage (84, 85) ainsi qu'un bassin de récupération pour le fluide de nettoyage en communication avec une conduite d'évacuation (51) du fluide de nettoyage de l'outil de scellage (84, 85).
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (16) est conçu comme une unité autonome.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (16) est compris dans le dispositif de scellage (5).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (16) comprend une conduite d'amenée de fluide de nettoyage (23) à raccorder à l'outil de scellage (84, 85).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage comprend une ouverture d'évacuation d'agent de nettoyage qui sort de l'outil de scellage (84, 85) .
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une ouverture d'évacuation pour le fluide de nettoyage est formée dans une partie inférieure de l'outil de scellage (84, 85).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage comporte un raccordement à un conduit d'alimentation en fluide moteur et/ou un raccordement à un conduit d'évacuation de fluide moteur de l'outil de scellage.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage comprend un raccordement à un dispositif d'aspiration.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un chauffage pour l'outil de scellage.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un recouvrement pour le chauffage.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un joint d'étanchéité entre le recouvrement et une zone complémentaire, bordant le chauffage, d'une surface d'application pour le chauffage.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de nettoyage (16) pour la zone de la machine d'emballage (1) qui est formée au-dessous du plan de transport du film d'emballage (10) et entre les parois latérales de la machine d'emballage (1).
