Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wildlederbürste (1) mit einem Griff (2) und einem Bürstenkopf (3). Der Griff (2) und der Bürstenkopf (3) weisen einen Kern (4) aus einem harten Kunststoffmaterial auf. Des weiteren weisen der Griff (2) und der Bürstenkopf (3) zumindest über einen Teil ihrer Oberfläche einen Überzug (5) aus einem gummiartigen Material auf, welcher einteilig ausgeführt ist und sich sowohl über den Griff (2) als auch über den Bürstenkopf (3) erstreckt. Der Überzug (5) weist im Bereich des Bürstenkopfes (3) aus dem gummiartigen Material bestehende Noppen (6) auf.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wildlederbürste mit einem Griff und einem Bürstenkopf.
  • Eine derartige Wildlederbürste ist beispielsweise in der DE 93 05 163 U1 beschrieben.
  • Nachteilig bei diesen Bürsten ist der relativ hohe Aufwand, der insbesondere für die Anbringung des Gummikopfes erforderlich ist, der über den Grundkörper der Bürste geschoben wird.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Wildlederbürste mit einem Griff und einem Bürstenkopf zu schaffen, die mit geringerem Aufwand als bekannte Bürsten herstellbar ist und dem Benutzer einen hohen Komfort bietet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die in Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Dadurch, dass erfindungsgemäß sowohl der Griff als auch der Bürstenkopf mit dem Überzug aus dem gummiartigen Material überzogen ist, mit anderen Worten also das den Griff zumindest teilweise umgebende gummiartige Material auch Bestandteil der Oberfläche des Bürstenkopfes ist, ergibt sich sowohl für den Funktionsteil der erfindungsgemäßen Wildlederbürste, nämlich den Noppen des Bürstenkopfes, als auch für den Griff ein für die jeweilige Aufgabenstellung sehr gut geeignetes Material. Die Noppen des Bürstenkopfes bestehen auf diese Weise nämlich aus einem sehr elastischen Material, das sich optimal an die zu reinigende Fläche anpassen lässt und dadurch eine entsprechende Pflege des Produktes gewährleistet und die Erzeugung einer bestimmten Oberflächenwirkung des Produktes erlaubt. Für den Griff wiederum ergibt sich eine sehr hautsympathische und dennoch eine sichere Handhabung der Wildlederbürste gewährleistende Oberfläche.
  • Die Entfernung von gröberen Verschmutzungen mit der erfindungsgemäßen Wildlederbürste ist möglich, wenn in einer sehr vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung der Bürstenkopf auf der den Noppen gegenüberliegenden Seite Borsten aus einem härteren Material als dem gummiartigen Material des Überzugs aufweist.
  • Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich in diesem Zusammenhang herausgestellt, wenn die Borsten aus Messing und/oder Polyamid bestehen.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das gummiartige Material des Überzugs ein thermoplastischer Gummi ist. Ein derartiges Material gewährleistet die oben beschriebenen Merkmale des erfindungsgemäßen Überzugs.
  • Des weiteren kann eine solche Ausführungsform insbesondere bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung eingesetzt werden, bei welcher der Überzug mittels Aufspritzen bzw. Spritzgießen mit dem Kern verbunden ist. Eine derartige Verbindung des Überzugs mit dem Kern ermöglicht eine sehr schnelle und einfache Fertigung der Wildlederbürste ohne die Notwendigkeit einer Vielzahl aufwändiger Arbeitsschritte wie dies bei bekannten Bürsten der Fall ist.
  • Um schwer zugängliche Stellen des zu pflegenden Gegenstandes erreichen zu können, kann des weiteren vorgesehen sein, dass der Bürstenkopf an wenigstens einer seitlichen Fläche wenigstens einen Wulst aufweist, der durch den Überzug gebildet ist.
  • Nachfolgend sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung prinzipmäßig dargestellt.

  • Die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen eine Wildlederbürste 1, die zur Reinigung und Pflege eines nicht dargestellten Produktes bzw. Gegenstandes aus Wildleder dient. Bei dem zu reinigenden Gegenstand handelt es sich vorzugsweise um einen Schuh, die Wildlederbürste 1 kann jedoch auch für Kleidungsstücke und sonstige Gegenstände aus Wildleder verwendet werden. Je nach Art und Größe des zu reinigenden Gegenstandes kann die Wildlederbürste 1 ebenfalls in verschiedenen Größen und Formen ausgeführt sein.
  • Die Wildlederbürste 1 weist einen Griff 2 und einen Bürstenkopf 3 auf, welche einteilig miteinander ausgebildet sind. Sowohl der Griff 2 als auch der Bürstenkopf 3 sind aus einem Kern 4 und einem den Kern 4 an einem Großteil seiner Oberfläche umgebenden Überzug 5 gebildet. Hierbei besteht der Kern 4 aus einem harten Kunststoff, welcher geeignet ist, der Wildlederbürste 1 eine ausreichende Stabilität zu verleihen. Der Überzug 5 dagegen besteht aus einem gummiartigen Material, insbesondere einem thermoplastischen Gummi, welches mittels Aufspritzen bzw. Spritzgießen mit dem Kern 4 verbunden ist. Dadurch kann es möglich sein, die Wildlederbürste 1 in nur einer Maschine mit lediglich zwei wesentlichen Arbeitsgängen herzustellen. Diejenigen Bereiche des Griffes 2, an denen der Überzug 5 nicht vorgesehen und demnach der Kern 4 zu erkennen ist, sind der besseren Unterscheidbarkeit mittels gestrichelter Linien gekennzeichnet.
  • Wie aus Fig. 1, Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 erkennbar ist, umgibt der Überzug 5 den Griff 2 und den Bürstenkopf 3 nur über einen Teil ihrer jeweiligen Oberfläche, ist jedoch einteilig ausgeführt und erstreckt sich sowohl über den Griff 2 als auch über den Bürstenkopf 3. Im Bereich des Bürstenkopfes 3 weist der Überzug 5 eine Vielzahl von aus dem gummiartigen Material des Überzugs 5 bestehende Noppen 6 auf, die eine Pflege des zu reinigenden Gegenstandes ermöglichen.
  • Der Bürstenkopf 3 weist des weiteren an einer seitlichen Fläche desselben mehrere Wülste 7 auf, die ebenfalls durch den Überzug 5 gebildet sind. Mit Hilfe dieser Wülste 7 lassen sich auch schlecht zugängliche Bereiche des Gegenstands reinigen bzw. pflegen, wobei gegebenenfalls auch einer der Wülste 7 ausreichen könnte.
  • Die grobe Reinigung bzw. Vorreinigung des Gegenstandes erfolgt mittels in Fig. 3 erkennbarer, auf der den Noppen 6 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Bürstenkopfes 3 angeordneter Borsten 8, die aus einem härteren Material als dem gummiartigen Material des Überzugs 5 bestehen. Vorzugsweise bestehen die Borsten 8 aus Messing und/oder Polyamid, wobei als Polyamid insbesondere Nylon in Frage kommt. Es ist möglich, für sämtliche Borsten 8 lediglich Messing oder für sämtliche Borsten 8 lediglich Polyamid zu verwenden, eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Wildlederbürste 1 besteht jedoch darin, dass ein Teil der Borsten 8 aus Messing und der andere Teil der Borsten 8 aus Polyamid besteht. Dabei können beispielsweise die Borsten 8 in der Mitte des Bürstenkopfes 3 aus Messing und die äußeren Borsten 8 aus Polyamid bestehen. An der Stelle des Bürstenkopfes 3, an der sich die Borsten 8 befinden, ist der Überzug 5 nicht vorgesehen, d.h. an dieser Stelle ist der Kern 4 aus dem harten Kunststoffmaterial von außen zu erkennen.
  • Der Griff 2 weist an seiner dem Bürstenkopf 3 abgewandten Seite eine Bohrung 9 auf, an der er beispielsweise mittels einer nicht dargestellten Schnur oder ähnlichem aufgehängt werden kann.

Claims (6)

  1. Wildlederbürste mit einem Griff (2) und einem Bürstenkopf (3), wobei der Griff (2) und der Bürstenkopf (3) einen Kern (4) aus einem harten Kunststoffmaterial aufweisen, wobei der Griff (2) und der Bürstenkopf (3) zumindest über einen Teil ihrer Oberfläche einen Überzug (5) aus einem gummiartigen Material aufweisen, welcher einteilig ausgeführt ist und sich sowohl über den Griff (2) als auch über den Bürstenkopf (3) erstreckt, und wobei der Überzug (5) im Bereich des Bürstenkopfes (3) aus dem gummiartigen Material bestehende Noppen (6) aufweist.
  2. Wildlederbürste nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Bürstenkopf (3) auf der den Noppen (6) gegenüberliegenden Seite Borsten (8) aus einem härteren Material als dem gummiartigen Material des Überzugs (5) aufweist.
  3. Wildlederbürste nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Borsten (8) aus Messing und/oder Polyamid bestehen.
  4. Wildlederbürste nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das gummiartige Material des Überzugs (5) ein thermoplastischer Gummi ist.
  5. Wildlederbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    der Überzug (5) mittels Aufspritzen bzw. Spritzgießen mit dem Kern (4) verbunden ist.
  6. Wildlederbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    der Bürstenkopf (3) an wenigstens einer seitlichen Fläche wenigstens einen Wulst (7) aufweist, der durch den Überzug (5) gebildet ist.
