Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel zur Präsentation von Kühl- oder Gefrierware mit einer vertikalen Zugangsöffnung zum Warenraum, der in vertikal übereinander angeordnete Fächer unterteilt ist.
  • Warenpräsentationsmöbel dieser Art sind als Kühl- oder Gefrierregale bekannt. Es ist bekannt, diese mit Rollos für die Nachtzeit zu schließen, um Kälteverluste zu verhindern. Es ist ferner bekannt, diese als Gefrierschränke mit Glastüren zu versehen, die schwenkbar oder auch verschiebbar sind. Das Problem bei derartigen Präsentationsmöbeln ist die ausreichende und gute Beleuchtung, um die Waren dem Kunden anzubieten. In der Regel werden bei einem über die Fächerfront vorgezogenen Kopfteil horizontale Leuchtkörper angeordnet, die einen Lichtschein an der Frontseite des Warenraumes erzeugen. Durch die Zwischenböden und die auf diesen liegenden Waren wird der Lichteinfall in die einzelnen Fächer jedoch behindert, so dass besonders die unteren Fächer der Regale nicht ausreichend beleuchtet werden, vor allem, wenn die Fächer etwas tiefer sind. Ist der Warenraum mit Glasscheiben gegen Kälteverlust abgeschlossen, gibt es Verspiegelungen, die den Kunden bei der Betrachtung behindern.
  • Es sind ferner Warenpräsentationsmöbel bekannt, bei denen Beleuchtungskörper innerhalb des Warenraumes senkrecht angeordnet sind, so dass die übereinander angeordneten Fächer der Regale gleichmäßiger beleuchtet werden ( EP 0 732 888 B1 ; US 5.879.070 ). Die Leuchtkörper sind im Warenraum an den Seitenwänden und gegenüber den Unterteilungswänden des Kühlmöbels angeordnet. Damit in horizontaler Richtung die Waren im Kühlmöbel gleichmäßig beleuchtet werden, sind optische Elemente, Lichtleitbleche und dergleichen vorgesehen. Die Anordnung der Beleuchtung im Warenraum hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass die von den Leuchtkörpern ausgehende Wärme durch eine entsprechend höhere Kühlleistung kompensiert werden muss.
    Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, für Warenpräsentationsmöbel der eingangs genannten Art eine gute und spiegelfreie Beleuchtung zu schaffen, auch wenn diese zur Vermeidung von Kälteverlusten mit Türen versehen sind. Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Beleuchtungseinrichtung so anzuordnen, dass die Wärmeabgabe derselben die Temperatur im Warenraum nicht beeinflusst.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Durch die Anordnung einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung jeweils in einem vertikalen Randbereich der Türen werden alle Fächer des Warenraumes frei von Spiegelreflexen gut beleuchtet ohne den Betrachter zu blenden. Durch die Anordnung der Beleuchtungseinrichtung außerhalb des Warenraumes wird eine Wärmeabgabe in den Warenraum vermieden. Dennoch können die Türen geöffnet werden ohne Behinderung durch die Beleuchtungseinrichtung. Bei horizontal schwenkbaren Türen ist die Schwenkachse am Beginn des vertikalen Randbereiches angeordnet. Dadurch, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung sich über den gesamten Randbereich der Tür erstreckt, sind alle Regalfächer gleichmäßig ausgeleuchtet. Das Gehäuse, das zur Aufnahme der Beleuchtungseinrichtung dient, kann sich über zwei benachbarte Randbereiche der Türen erstrecken. Zur Verstärkung der Beleuchtung ist die dem Leuchtkörper zugewandte Seite des Gehäuses als Reflektor ausgebildet. Wird das Gehäuse unabhängig von der Tür stationär am Warenpräsentationsmöbel befestigt, so ist eine einfache und ungehinderte Zuleitung der elektrischen Energie möglich. Das Gehäuse kann aber auch im Randbereich der Tür an dieser befestigt werden und sich so mit der Tür bewegen. Dies ist insbesondere bei der Verwendung von Schiebetüren von Vorteil. Unterteilungen der Frontseite des Warenpräsentationsmöbels durch stationäre Halterungen für die Leuchtkörper werden vermieden. Durch die rahmenlose Ausbildung der Glastür werden unterschiedliche Erwärmungen zwischen Rahmen und Glas und damit die Bildung von Kondenswasser vermieden.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In Figur 1 ist das Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit Schwenktüren 1 und 2 ausgestattet, die den Warenraum gegen Kälteverlust verschließen. Der Warenraum ist durch Zwischenböden 81 in Fächer unterteilt. An der Oberseite ist der Warenraum durch das Kopfteil 8 abgeschlossen, während der Boden durch das Fußteil 9 gebildet wird. Es sind Schwenktüren vorgesehen, die um eine Schwenkachse 7 drehbar sind. Die Schwenkachse 7 befindet sich nicht am seitlichen Ende der Tür 1 bzw. 2, sondern ist nach innen eingerückt, so dass ein Randbereich 11 bzw. 22 zwischen der Schwenkachse 7 und der Außenkante der Tür 1 bzw. 2 entsteht. Wird die Tür geöffnet, so schwenkt sie um die Schwenkachse 7, wobei der Randbereich 11 bzw. 22 nach innen in den Warenraum schwenkt, während das Türblatt nach außen schwenkt. Die ausgeschwenkte Stellung ist in Figur 3 durch die gestrichelte Zeichnung der Tür 2' dargestellt mit dem Randbereich 22'.
  • Vor dem Randbereich 11 bzw. 22 ist ein Gehäuse 4 bzw. 4' stationär angeordnet. Das Gehäuse 4 überdeckt zwei Randbereiche 11 und 22, während das Gehäuse 4' nur einen Randbereich 11 der Tür 1 überdeckt. Wie aus den Figuren 2 bis 4 hervorgeht, ist dort, wo zwei benachbarte Randbereiche der Türen 1 und 2 zusammenstoßen, ein breites Gehäuse 4 vorgesehen, das beide Randbereiche 11 und 22 überdeckt. Im Gehäuse 4 sind Halter 41 vorgesehen für die Beleuchtungseinrichtung 5, die sowohl aus einer Leuchtröhre als auch aus LED-Leuchtkörpern bestehen kann. Um die Lichtwirkung zu verstärken, ist die Rückseite 42 des Gehäuses 4 als Reflektor ausgebildet. Die Lichtstrahlen gelangen durch den transparenten Randbereich in den Warenraum und beleuchten diesen. Durch die senkrechte Anordnung der Beleuchtungseinrichtung 5, die sich über den gesamten Randbereich 11; 22 erstreckt, werden alle durch die Regalböden 81 gebildeten Fächer gleich stark ausgeleuchtet, so dass kein Schattenwurf durch darüberliegende Fächer entsteht und der Kunde auch bei geöffneter oder geschlossener Tür die Ware ungehindert und blendfrei betrachten kann.
  • Um ein Anschlagen der Tür 1 bzw. 2 am Gehäuse 4 bzw. 4' zu vermeiden, sind an diesem Gehäuse 4; 4' Puffer 72 angeordnet, an denen sich die Tür im geöffneten Zustand abstützen kann. Beschädigungen der Tür bzw. auch des Gehäuses werden auf diese Weise verhindert.
  • Die Beleuchtung 5 ist unmittelbar vor dem Randbereich 11; 22 der Tür 1 bzw. 2 angeordnet, jedoch außerhalb des Warenraumes. Auf diese Weise kann die Beleuchtungseinrichtung keine Wärme in den Warenraum abgeben, andererseits fällt durch die unmittelbare Anordnung des Beleuchtungskörpers 5 vor dem Randbereich 11 bzw. 22 das Licht in voller Stärke in den Warenraum. Eine Verspiegelung auf der Glasscheibe 3' der Tür 1; 2 kann nicht erfolgen.
  • Die Tür 1; 2 besteht aus einer doppelt verglasten Isolierglasscheibe, wobei die Scheiben 3 und 3' durch Abstandshalter 31 und 32 in üblicher Weise zur Bildung eines Hohlraumes im Abstand gehalten werden und der Hohlraum durch diese Abstandshalter 31; 32 ringsum verschlossen wird. Am oberen und unteren Ende des Randbereiches 11 bzw. 22 ist eine Ausnehmung durch den Abstandshalter 31; 32 gebildet, in die jeweils ein Befestigungsteil 33 eingesetzt ist zur Befestigung des Achsbolzens 73. Das Befestigungsteil 33 ist mit den Glasscheiben 3 und 3' verschraubt. Die Tür 1 bzw. 2 als solches besteht also nur aus einer Isolierglasscheibe ohne Rahmen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass wegen unterschiedlicher Erwärmung/Kühlung kein Kondenswasser an der Scheibe oder auch des Rahmens entstehen kann. Zur Abdichtung des Spaltes zwischen den Randbereichen 11 und 22 der beiden Türen 1 und 2 sind Dichtungen 61 und 62 vorgesehen, die mit ihrem Fußteil zwischen die Glasscheiben 3 und 3' eingelassen sind. Der Achsbolzen 73 ist im Kopfteil 8 bzw. Fußteil 9 des Warenpräsentationsmöbels durch ein Lager 71 gehalten.
  • Selbstverständlich können statt der Schwenktüren 1; 2 auch Schiebetüren verwendet werden. In Figur 7 ist beispielsweise schematisch in der Draufsicht eine Ausführung mit Schiebetüren 10 und 20 gezeigt. Das Kühlmöbel ist durch die Seitenwände 82 und 83 angedeutet, zwischen denen sich die Regalfächer erstrecken. Auch die Schiebetür 10 hat einen Randbereich 11 und die Schiebetür 20 einen Randbereich 22. Während die Zwischenböden 81 sich zwischen den Seitenwänden 82 und 83 durchgehend erstrecken können, sind die Öffnungen für die Türen 10 und 20 modulartig unterteilt durch eine Halterstütze 84. Diese Halterstütze 84 dient als ortsfeste Halterung für die Beleuchtungseinrichtung. Gleichzeitig ist sie Stütze für das Kopfteil 8 des Warenpräsentationsmöbels. Im Randbereich 11 bzw. 22 ist jeweils ein Leuchtkörper 5 in einem Gehäuse 40 bzw. 40' angeordnet. In Figur 7 sind diese Gehäuse 40 und 40' mit dem Leuchtkörper 5 jeweils an der Seitenwand 82 bzw. 83 und an der Halterstütze 84 ortsfest angeordnet. Die rechte Tür 20 der linken Türöffnung in Figur 7 ist teilweise geöffnet. Die Tür 20 befindet sich in dieser geöffneten Stellung, während auf der rechten Seite die Türöffnung geschlossen ist, so dass auch der Randbereich 22 den Leuchtkörper 5 in dem Gehäuse 40' abdeckt, so dass von dieser Beleuchtungseinrichtung keine Wärme in den gekühlten Warenraum eintreten kann. In den Gehäusen 40 bzw. 40' kann in bekannter Weise ein Reflektor und auch eine Linse oder auch Lichtleitbleche angeordnet sein, um das von dem Leuchtkörper 5 ausgehende Licht möglichst gleichmäßig über die Breite des Warenraumes zu verteilen.
  • Während bei der Ausführung in Figur 7 die Gehäuse 40 und 40' für den Leuchtkörper 5 ortsfest angeordnet sind, sind bei der Ausführung in Figur 8 die Gehäuse 40 bzw. 40' für die Leuchtkörper 5 an den Schiebetüren 10 und 20 jeweils in den Randbereichen 11 und 22 befestigt, so dass diese mit den Schiebetüren 10; 20 bewegt werden. Für die Betätigung der Schiebetüren 10; 20 sind Griffe 13 vorgesehen. Die Schiebetüren 10 und 20 bestehen jeweils aus den Scheiben 30 und 30', die in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, so dass ein Luftraum entsteht, wie dies bei Isolierglasscheiben üblich ist. Wie bei den Schwenktüren 1 und 2 gemäß den Figuren 1 bis 6 sind auch die Schiebetüren 10 und 20 ohne Rahmen als selbsttragende Isolierglasscheibe ausgeführt, an welcher die für die Bewegung notwendigen Elemente, wie beispielsweise die Griffe 13 sowie Gleit- und Halteelemente, befestigt sind. Für die Schiebetüren 10 und 20 sind Gleitschienen im Kopfteil 8 sowie im Fußteil 9 vorgesehen, jedoch in den Figuren 7 und 8 nicht dargestellt.
  • Die stationäre Anordnung der Beleuchtungseinrichtung hat den Vorteil, dass die Stromversorgung äußerst einfach ist. Bei der Befestigung der Beleuchtungseinrichtung an den Türen 10; 20 in den Randbereichen 11 und 22 wird eine Wärmezufuhr in den Warenraum ausgehend von der Beleuchtungseinrichtung auch bei geöffneter Tür verhindert.

Claims (14)

  1. Warenpräsentationsmöbel zur Präsentation von Kühl- oder Gefrierware mit einer vertikalen Zugangsöffnung zum Warenraum, der in vertikal übereinander angeordnete Fächer unterteilt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Kunden zugängliche Frontseite des Warenraumes mit transparenten, horizontal beweglichen Türen (1;2;10;20) verschließbar ist, die jeweils einen vertikalen Randbereich (11;22) aufweisen, über welchen der Warenraum beleuchtet wird, wobei die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) außerhalb des Warenraumes vor diesem Randbereich (11;22) so angeordnet ist, dass das von ihr ausgehende Licht den Warenraum beleuchtet.
  2. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türen (1 ;2) horizontal um eine Achse (7) schwenkbar sind, die am Beginn des vertikalen Randbereiches (11;22) angeordnet ist.
  3. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem vertikalen Randbereich (11;22) ein Gehäuse (4;4') angeordnet ist zur Aufnahme einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5).
  4. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) sich über den gesamten Randbereich (11;22) der Tür (1 ;22) erstreckt.
  5. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Gehäuse (4;4') über zwei benachbarte Randbereiche (11;22) erstreckt.
  6. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (5) eine in dem Gehäuse (4;4') angeordnete Leuchtstoffröhre (5) als Leuchtkörper (5) aufweist.
  7. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Leuchtkörper (5) zugewandte Wand des Gehäuses (4;4') als Reflektor (42) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (4;4') unabhängig von der Tür (1 ;2) am Warenpräsentationsmöbel befestigt ist.
  9. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (40;40') im Randbereich (11;22) der Tür (10;20) an dieser befestigt ist.
  10. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür als Schiebetür (10;20) ausgebildet ist.
  11. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (1;2;10;20) rahmenlos ausgebildet ist.
  12. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter (31;32) der Isolierglasscheibe (3;3') in den Ecken des Randbereiches (11;22) eine Ausnehmung bildet zur Befestigung der Achsbolzen (73).
  13. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei Türöffnungen (10;11) eine Halterstütze (84) vorgesehen ist.
  14. Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Halterstütze (84) Beleuchtungseinrichtungen (40;40';5) befestigt sind.
