Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Faltschachtel aus Karton, Papier oder dergleichen, insbesondere zur Aufnahme und Anbieten von Esswaren, vorzugsweise Süßwaren, mit einem schalenartig ausgebildeten Schachtelunterteil (12) und einem darauf aufsetzbaren und einen oberen Randbereich des Schachtelunterteils (12) zumindest teilweise überdeckenden Stülpdeckel (14), wobei das Schachtelunterteil (12) ein mehreckig ausgebildetes Bodenelement (16) und mindestens zwei seitliche Bodenrandelemente (18, 20) sowie mindestens ein die seitlichen Bodenrandelemente (18, 20) verbindendes erstes Seitenelement (22) und der Stülpdeckel (14) mindestens zwei seitliche Deckelrandelemente (24) und mindestens ein die seitlichen Deckelrandelemente (24, 26) verbindendes erstes Seitenelement (28) sowie ein entsprechend mehreckig ausgebildetes Deckelelement (82) aufweist, wobei die Bodenrandelemente (18, 20) und das erste Seitenelement (22) über Biegelinien (30a, 30b, 30c) mit dem Bodenelement (16) und die Deckelrandelemente (24, 26) und das erste Seitenelement (28) über Biegelinien (32a, 32b, 32c) mit dem Deckelelement (82) verbunden sind. Die Bodenrandelemente und das erste Seitenelement sind über Biegelinien mit dem Bodenelement und die Deckelrandelemente und das entsprechende erste Seitenelement über Biegelinien mit dem Deckelelement verbunden. Insbesondere kommen die ersten Berührungspunkte bei einem auf das Schachtelunterteil aufgesetzten Stülpdeckel übereinander und beabstandet voneinander zu liegen. Auch die Biegekanten kommen gemäß einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel bei einem auf das Schachtelunterteil aufgesetzten Stülpdeckel übereinander und beabstandet voneinander zu liegen und verlaufen parallel zueinander. Insbesondere in den Fällen, in denen das Bodenelement des Schachtelunterteils und das Deckelelement des Stülpdeckels konvex ausgebildet sind ergibt sich zudem eine Art Hervorhebung der Faltschachtel und/oder der sich darin befindlichen Waren, insbesondere der sich darin befindlichen Esswaren. Verstärkt wird der letztgenannte Vorteil noch durch eine weitere Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtel, bei der das Deckelelement mindestens eine Sichtöffnung aufweist. Die Sichtöffnung ist dabei üblicherweise mittels einer transparenten Folie verschlossen, wobei die Folie ebenfalls eine Biegekante aufweist, welche eine Verlängerung oder ein Zwischenstück der Biegekante des Deckelelementes darstellt. Daher ergibt sich ein deutliches "Hervorstehen" derartiger Waren im Vergleich zu anderen, flach bzw. eben ausgebildeten Faltschachteln, die zum Beispiel auf gleicher Höhe in einem Regal eines Supermarktes stehen. Die auf dem Bodenelement und dem Deckelelement ausgebildeten Biegelinien können mittig angeordnet sein. Durch die Ausbildung und Lage der zweiten Berührungspunkte zwischen den jeweiligen Biegekanten und den entsprechenden Biegelinien der die Bodenrandelemente und die Deckelrandelemente jeweils verbindenden zweiten Seitenelemente ergibt sich wiederum vorteilhafterweise keine ebene Ausbildung des Schachtelunterteils oder des Stülpdeckels auch in einem dem ersten Seitenelement gegenüberliegenden Bereich der zweiten Seitenelemente. Dabei verlaufen auch die zweiten Seitenelemente nicht geradlinig, sondern weisen im Bereich der jeweiligen zweiten Berührungspunkte einen abknickenden Verlauf auf.
