Flacon à recharge comprenant une enveloppe , l ' enveloppe ayant un corps et un capot
La présente invention concerne un flacon à recharge, dans lequel une recharge contenant un produit fluide consommable peut être remplacée dans une enveloppe d' un flacon à recharge .
On utilise des flacons à recharge dans deux domaines principaux d'application : l'utilisation du fluide contenu dans le flacon nécessite un mécanisme onéreux, et l'enveloppe du flacon est elle-même onéreuse . On utilise donc une "recharge" pour permettre la réutilisation de la partie onéreuse, pour des raisons techniques et/ou esthétiques.
Pour que la recharge, sous forme d'un flacon, puisse être introduite dans l ' enveloppe et extraite de celle-ci , l'enveloppe doit pouvoir être ouverte d'une manière ou d'une autre .
On connaît ainsi des enveloppes de flacons à recharge qui comportent à l'extrémité opposée au goulot, un simple bouchon qui ferme l ' enveloppe .
Dans d'autres flacons à recharge, par exemple comme décrit dans le document US-4 370 989, la recharge est fixée à un capot, et un corps d'enveloppe est fixé sur le capot autour de la recharge . Cette séparation de l ' enveloppe en un corps et un capot pose un problème de coopération entre le corps et le capot, afin que cette coopération soit fiable, robuste, simple et peu coûteuse.
L ' invention concerne le problème de la coopération du corps et du capot de l ' enveloppe d' un tel flacon à recharge . Elle concerne plus précisément le mécanisme de commande du verrouillage et du déverrouillage de la coopération du corps et du capot, par mise en oeuvre d'une bague d' actionnement disposée autour du goulot du flacon.
L' invention permet la solution du problème précité par réalisation du capot en trois parties, un capot externe essentiellement esthétique, un capot interne portant l'essentiel du mécanisme, et une bague d' actionnement dont une partie d' actionnement est placée autour du goulot du flacon et la partie de manoeuvre est cachée par les capots interne et externe. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un flacon à recharge, comprenant un flacon de recharge et une enveloppe, 1 ' enveloppe comportant un corps et un capot coopérant par un dispositif d'accrochage ; selon l'invention, le capot comporte trois parties, un capot externe à jupe enveloppante, un capot interne muni d'un mécanisme de verrouillage, et une bague d'actionnement mobile autour du goulot du flacon, le dispositif d'accrochage comporte au moins un crochet fixe du corps et un crochet pivotant du capot interne , le crochet pivotant étant disposé sur un levier du premier type qui pivote autour d'une articulation formée sur le capot interne, et la bague d'actionnement agit par rotation sur l'extrémité du levier opposée au crochet. Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux, le capot interne au moins présente un ressaut dans un plan perpendiculaire à l ' axe du goulot, et la charnière intégrée de moulage est formée au ressaut afin qu'elle possède une dimension radiale supérieure à l'épaisseur du capot interne.
De préférence, la bague d'actionnement a une position de repos dans laquelle le dispositif d'accrochage est en prise, et une position d'actionnement dans laquelle les crochets du dispositif d'accrochage sont séparés.

La recharge 10 comprend essentiellement un corps cylindrique 12 de section sensiblement ovale, dont la partie supérieure a un prolongement de section analogue mais plus petite, les deux tronçons 12 et 14 étant raccordés par un ressaut 16. La partie supérieure de la recharge 10 a un goulot 18.
L'enveloppe comprend un corps 20 et un capot 28. Comme l'indique clairement la figure 3 sur laquelle le capot n'est pas représenté, le corps 20 de l'enveloppe a une joue 22 de prolongement destinée à coopérer avec une jupe du capot, et, de chaque côté, un crochet 24 d'un dispositif d'accrochage du capot sur le corps . Pour que la résistance mécanique du crochet 24 soit accrue, une joue 26 lui est associée et a une épaisseur plus faible que celle du crochet.
Le capot 28 comporte trois parties : un capot externe 30, un capot interne 33 et une bague d' actionnement 34.
Le capot externe 30 possède une jupe enveloppante 32 destinée à entourer la joue 22 du corps 20. Cette jupe 32 se raccorde par un ressaut 35 à une partie supérieure 36 qui délimite un trou circulaire pour le passage de la bague d' actionnement 34.
Le capot interne 33 et la bague d' actionnement 34 constituent l ' essentiel du mécanisme de verrouillage et déverrouillage du dispositif d'accrochage qui permet la coopération du capot et du corps d' enveloppe .
Le capot interne 33 a une jupe inférieure 38 et un tronçon supérieur 40 qui sont reliés par un ressaut 42 correspondant au ressaut 35 du capot externe et au ressaut 16 de la recharge 10. Des ouvertures délimitant des doigts élastiques 44 sont formées dans le tronçon supérieur 40 de manière que ces doigts élastiques 44 s'accrochent au bord supérieur du tronçon supérieur 14 de la recharge. Cette fixation du capot interne sur le flacon n'est qu'une possibilité et n'est pas indispensable au fonctionnement.
Le capot interne 33 comporte, de chaque côté, un levier 46 dont l'extrémité inférieure porte un crochet 48 destiné à coopérer avec le crochet 24 du corps d'enveloppe. Les deux crochets 24, 48 constituent le dispositif d'accrochage du capot sur le corps d' enveloppe .
Le levier 46 est du premier type, c'est-à-dire que le point d' application de la force d' actionnement se trouve à l'extrémité 50 du levier 46 qui est opposée à l'extrémité du crochet, l'articulation 52 étant placée entre les extrémités 48, 50. De façon avantageuse, cette articulation est une charnière intégrée obtenue par moulage .
Bien qu'il soit possible de réaliser un levier tel que 46 dans un capot interne ayant une jupe continue dans les deux tronçons 38 et 40, il est préférable que l'articulation 52 se trouve au niveau d'un ressaut 42, car elle peut être mince et large et peut donc guider de manière fiable le levier 46 dans son pivotement.
Comme l ' indique la figure 2 , la surface supérieure du capot interne 33 comporte un doigt élastique 54 et une butée 56 qui délimitent entre eux une cavité de retenue dont l'utilisation est décrite dans la suite. La bague d'actionnement 34 comporte, à sa périphérie inférieure, un doigt 58 d'actionnement du levier 46. Sur la figure 1 , ce doigt se trouve au-dessous de la surface supérieure du capot interne. La figure 2 indique que le doigt 58 agit sur l'extrémité 50 du levier, de sorte que le crochet 48 du levier peut se séparer du crochet 24 du corps et permettre l ' extraction du capot par rapport au corps . Ce doigt 58 constitue donc un dispositif de déverrouillage du dispositif d'accrochage 24, 48.
La figure 1 indique que la base de la bague d'actionnement 34 porte un autre doigt 60 qui, dans la position de repos de la bague d'actionnement représentée sur la figure 1, est adjacent à l'extrémité 50 du levier 46 et empêche ainsi le pivotement de ce levier. Le capot 28 et le corps 20 d'enveloppe peuvent ensuite être facilement écartés, et, grâce aux doigts élastiques 44, la recharge vide 10 est tenue par le capot. On a décrit un mode de réalisation préféré, ayant un certain nombre de perfectionnements. Cependant, tous ne sont pas aussi importants. Par exemple, comme déjà indiqué, le ressaut n'est qu'un perfectionnement éventuel puisqu'un levier 46 peut fonctionner avec une charnière intégrée disposée à un emplacement de la hauteur de la jupe sans ressaut.
De même, l'utilisation d'un second doigt de verrouillage n'est qu'éventuelle. En effet, la manoeuvre du levier 46 est normalement empêchée puisque celui-ci est entièrement enfermé entre le capot externe et la recharge .
De même, le blocage de la bague d' actionnement 34 dans sa position de repos peut être obtenu de toute autre manière, par exemple par un simple frottement de la bague par rapport au reste du capot, afin que la bague ne puisse être manoeuvrée que lorsque cela est nécessaire.
Comme le mécanisme est essentiellement formé par le capot interne 33 et la base de la bague d' actionnement 34, toutes sortes de résultats esthétiques peuvent être obtenus par réalisation simple du corps d'enveloppe 20 et du capot externe 32.

REVENDICATIONS
1. Flacon à recharge selon l ' une quelconque des revendications précédentes , caractérisé en ce que la bague d' actionnement (34) comporte, pour chaque levier (46), un doigt radial (58) dépassant: de sa base et destiné à déplacer l'extrémité (50) du levier (46) opposée à celle qui porte le crochet (48) en position de déverrouillage.

Flacon à recharge selon la revendication 6 , caractérisé en ce que la bague d'actionnement (34) comporte un second doigt radial (60) dépassant de sa base et destiné à maintenir l'extrémité du levier (46) opposée à celle qui porte le crochet (48) en position de verrouillage telle que les deux crochets (24, 48) ne peuvent pas se séparer.
8. Flacon à recharge selon l ' une quelconque des revendications précédentes , caractérisé en ce que la bague d'actionnement (34) comporte une saillie de blocage (62) destinée à se loger dans une cavité du capot interne (33) lorsque la bague d'actionnement (34) est en positionnement de repos .

Flacon à recharge selon la revendication 8 , caractérisé en ce que la cavité du capot interne (33) est délimitée par un organe élastique (56) pouvant fléchir pour laisser passer la saillie de blocage (62) lorsque celle-ci est soumise à une force de déplacement par rotation de la bague d'actionnement (34) .
10. Flacon à recharge selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les trois parties du capot sont maintenues en coopération afin que le capot interne (33) et le capot externe (30) ne puissent pas être séparés .
