Also, the data authoring server 20 collects TTI data such as traffic, region, travel and news information in real-time/nonreal-time and authors spatial location information corresponding to a specific scene and information for synchronizing TTI data, e.g., location information/TTI data service notification information, broadcasting timing information.
  • the location information/TTI data service notification information denotes an icon notifying start of location information/TTI data service and event information generated when the icon is controlled.
  • the broadcasting timing information denotes broadcasting timing information of a specific video scene related to the TTI data.
  • the spatial location information, the location information/TTI data service notification information, and the broadcasting timing information are called synchronized data, which are data for synchronizing the specific scene of the video with the TTI data.
  • the data authoring server 20 stores the TTI data and the synchronized data, transmits the TTI data to the TTI data encoder 213, and transmits the synchronized data such as the spatial location information to the synchronized data encoder 212.
  • the data authoring server 20 transmits the synchronized data and the TTI data to the TTI data encoder 213 and the synchronized data encoder 212 to be synchronized with the audio/ video to be broadcasted through the AV encoder 211.

To be specific, the broadcasting stream creating unit 22 applies procedures of multiplexing, channel encoding and modulating to each stream encoded and outputted in the encoding unit 21, creates a transmission stream, and transmits the transmission stream by the RF transmitting unit 23.
  • the broadcasting stream creating unit 22 transmits synchronized data through an individual data channel related to the audio/video channel for transmitting the audio/video, which is outputted in the AV encoder 211, or transmits the object of the audio/video outputted in the AV encoder 211 and the synchronized data through the identical channel.
  • Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing a reception device for receiving the TTI data service related to the video service in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention. That is, Fig. 3 shows a reception device for receiving the TTI data service among application services related to the AV service in the digital broadcasting.
  • a broadcasting stream receiving unit 31 receives a broadcasting stream from a broadcasting network, demodulated and de-multiplexed in a broadcasting stream receiving unit 31 and outputted as each stream, e.g., a video stream, a synchronized data stream, and a TTI data stream.
  • the AV stream for basic TV broadcasting is decoded by an AV decoder 321 and a synchronized data stream synchronized with audio/video is decoded in a synchronized data decoder 302.
  • the synchronized data decoder 322 When the synchronized data decoder 322 is an MPEG-4 BIFS decoder, the synchronized data decoder 322 extracts the scene description information and the synchronized data by decoding IOD, OD and BIFS transmitted through an MPEG-4 system mechanism.
  • the broadcasting timing information, the icon notifying start of an icon service, and event information of a specific video scene related to the TTI data among data extracted from the synchronized data decoder 322 are transmitted to a scene composition unit 33 and the spatial location information is transmitted to the control unit 35.
  • the video/audio, icons notifying start of service, and event information which are decoded and transmitted in the AV decoder 321 and the synchronized data decoder 322, are formed as a scene in the scene composition unit 33 and outputted on screen through a user interface 34 having a graphic process function.
  • the scene composition unit 33 performs composition and rendering functions.
  • the scene displayed on reception device screen through the user interface 34 is basically audio/video.
  • location information related to a specific scene is transmitted, it is notified to the user through output of graphic displaying means such as a specific icon. Accordingly, when the user selects an icon through a user input interface such as a key or a touch pad, a related event occurs.
  • the control unit 35 performs a listening process on the event and brings spatial location information on the event from the synchronized data decoder 322. Also, the control unit 35 requests map data or detection route information on the spatial location information brought from the synchronized data decoder to a navigation application program 36 and brings the map data or the detection route information on the spatial location information. Otherwise, the control unit 35 searches and brings TTI data including detailed destination information and news information related to location information.
  • the map data, the detection route information, or the TTI data brought from the navigation application program 36 or a TTI decoder 323 to the control unit 35 are transmitted to the scene composition unit 33.
  • the scene composition unit 33 composes the scene based on data transmitted from the navigation application program 36 or the TTI decoder 323 and the synchronized data such as broadcasting timing information transmitted from the synchronized data decoder 322, and outputs the scene on screen through the user interface 34.
  • the control unit 35 controls entire hardware or software of a reception device such as a middleware, searches, processes and exchanges data with the application program upon request of the user.
  • the user interface 34 overlaps and outputs map data related to a specific video scene, detection route information or TTI data including detailed destination information and news information with a video screen, or outputs the map data related to a specific video scene, the detection route information or the TTI data according to a screen dividing method.
  • the present invention provides the T ⁇ data service related to the video to the user and provides a new data service related to the video for providing a destination and the map information by combining with navigation.
