Claims (8)

  1. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung durch Messen von Zuführdaten der Nahrungsmittel zum Mund durch das Besteck bei der Mahlzeit, mittels eines Bestecks (1), das mit einem Stiel (10) und einem Nahrungsmittelaufnahmekopf (30) versehen ist, und durch pädagogische Wiedergabe dieser Daten beim Benutzer, um die Bewegungen und/oder die Kinetik seines Körpers bei der Mahlzeitaufnahme eine Biegung machen zu lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nahrungsmittelaufnahmekopf (30) leitend und in Berührung (11) mit einem Verarbeitungsschaltkreis der Daten (12) ist, der einen Sensorschaltkreis (21) der für den menschlichen Körper charakteristischen Spannung aufweist, wobei, da die Greiffläche des Stiels (10) von dem Nahrungsmittelaufnahmekopf (30) isoliert ist, der elektronische Datenverarbeitungsschaltkreis (12) jedes Mal, wenn der Benutzer das Besteck in den Mund steckt, von einer offenen zu einer geschlossenen Position übergeht.
  2. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Besteck (1) eine Gabel oder ein Löffel ist.
  3. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die isolierte Fläche des Stiels auch den Ansatz des Bestecks in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zinken der Gabel oder der Schale des Löffels aufweist.
  4. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektronische Datenverarbeitungsschaltkreis (12) einen Sensorschaltkreis aufweist, der einen kapazitiven Schaltkreis (21), einen Verarbeitungsschaltkreis (22) der erfassten Daten und einen Wiedergabeschaltkreis (23) der verarbeiteten Daten enthält.
  5. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kapazitive Schaltkreis (21) zum Messen der elektrischen Spannung die charakteristische Spannung des menschlichen Körpers mittels eines Schaltkreises filtert, der eine Kapazität (31) enthält und eingestellt ist, um nur das Unterspannungsetzen in einem Spannungsbereich, der für den menschlichen Körper charakteristisch ist, zu filtern, wobei der Verarbeitungsschaltkreis (22) einen Chip (32) aufweist, der mit einem Chronometer (33) gekoppelt ist, wobei der Verarbeitungsschaltkreis (22) die korrelierten Daten von Aktionen des in den Mund Steckens von Nahrungsmitteln und ihres Augenblicks während der Mahlzeit verarbeitet, um eine Reihe pädagogischer Wiedergabeindikatoren zu ergeben, die er dem Wiedergabeschaltkreis liefert, wobei der Wiedergabeschaltkreis (23) einen Alarm (35) aufweist, der dem Benutzer über die verarbeiteten Daten eine Nahrungsmittelaufnahmepädagogie wiedergibt.
  6. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wiedergabekreislauf (23) eine Sendevorrichtung (34) aufweist, deren Aufgabe darin besteht, die verarbeiteten Informationen zu einem anderen, dezentralen Terminal zu übertragen und mit ihm eine Schnittstelle zu bilden, wobei die Sendevorrichtung (34) entweder in einen USB-Stick integriert ist oder eine Technologie für den drahtlosen Dialog des Typs Funkwelle enthält, die gemäß einem Protokoll des Typs BLUETOOTH funktioniert oder nicht.
  7. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erfindung mit dem Besteckstiel (10) geliefert wird, der den elektronischen Schaltkreis enthält, und mit zwei Bestecken, nämlich eine Gabel (30a) und einen Löffel (30b), wobei die Länge der Gabel (30a) und des Löffels (30b) kleiner ist als die einer herkömmlichen Gabel oder eines herkömmlichen Löffels, insofern als sie entlang ihres Endes mit am Stiel (42) mit dem Schalter (11) im Inneren und in der Mitte des Stiels in Berührung kommen.
  8. Regelvorrichtung der Ernährung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestecke (30) im Inneren des Stiels mittels einer angelenkten Verbindung (42) gehalten sind, die es erlaubt, das Besteck von einer Mahlzeitposition zu einer Verstauposition zu schwenken, wobei die Besteckköpfe (30) daher derart abnehmbar sind, dass sie nach der Mahlzeit leicht gereinigt werden können.
