Claims (7)
- Anlage zur Übertragung der Bewegung eines Schlosskastens (des Mehrpunktübertragungstyps), speziell zu den oberen und unteren Riegeln(PH, PB), Schloss (S), insbesonders des Einlasstyps, die an dem gegenüberliegenden Abschnitt an den Türangeln einer Zwischenplatte befestigt ist, umrahmt von vertikalen Anschlägen (B) und vorgesehen, um die verschiedenen Längsplatten zu verriegeln, die sich unter sich übereinander durch horizontale Gelenke bewegen. Eine Tür (P1) deren Flügel in die Struktur einer gegliederten Garagentür eingebaut ist, und deren Platten eine Einheit darstellen und sich vertikal zusammenfügen, wenn die Tür geschlossen ist. Sie bilden einen veränderbaren Winkel unter sich wenn die Längsplatten des Flügels der gegliederten Tür und der kleinen eingefügten Tür (P1) von der vertikalen zur horizontalen Position übergehen, an die Decke der Garage gedrängt. Der obere Riegel (PH), der sich an der höchsten Platte befindet, und der untere Riegel(PB) an der unteren Platte sind an ihrer entsprechenden Platte durch eine kofferförmige Zwischenriegel-Halterung befestigt und durch ein elastisches Übertragungssystem der Bewegung (OE) mit dem Schloss (S) durch eine Verbindung angeschlossen, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) längsförmig, gleichmässig und völlig flexibel ist und dass mindestens ein Teil sich an jedem Teilstück der Tür verlängert und zwar bis zu den Blockierungspunkten, die die oberen und unteren Riegel enthalten. Die Verschiebungsbewegung des besagten elastischen Übertragungssystems (OE) wird durch Steuerungsmittel gelenkt, die sich über die gesamte Länge der flexiblen Übertragung erstrecken, so dass die Verformung durch Krümmung auf der Gesamtlänge aller Teile, die die Tür in der geschlossenen Position bildet, verhindert wird.
- Anlage gemäss des Patentanspruchs 1, in der das Schloss im gleichen Sinn bewegt wird wie die oberen und unteren Riegel(PH/PB). Das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) besteht aus zwei längsförmigen zusammenhängenden Teilen, von denen der eine sich ununterbrochen zwischen dem Schloss und dem oberen Riegel und der andere sich zwischen dem Schloss und dem unteren Riegel befinden. Dies zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Verbindungsmittel des besagten elastischen Übertragungssystems (OE) mit dem Teil des Schlosskastens (S), der die Bewegung an jeweils einen der oberen oder unteren Riegel (PH/PB) überträgt, aus einer längsförmigen Platte (PL) besteht, die sich unter der Verriegelungsseite (T) des Schlosskastens (S) befindet. Diese Platte (PL) besitzt einen Teil (PL1), der mit dem Teil des Schlosskastens (S) zusammenarbeitet, der die Bewegung an die unteren und oberen Riegel (PH/PB) überträgt, und andererseits an ihrem anderen Ende aus einem Teil (PL2)besteht, das man an das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) anschliessen kann, oder aber an einen für diesen Zweck vorgesehenen Teil, der selbst an das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) angebracht ist. Die besagte längsförmige Platte (PL) besteht in ihrem mittleren Teil aus einer Zahnstange (C1), die parallel zu der Bewegung, die an die oberen und unteren Riegel (PH/PB) übertragen wird, ausgerichtet wird. Die Zahnstange (C1), die mit einem festen Ritzel (PG) zusammenarbeitet, dreht sich in einer Achse senkrecht zur Ebene der Verriegelungsseite (T) und hängt von dieser ab. Der besagte Ritzel (PG) arbeitet gleichzeitig mit einem Vorgelege (R) zusammen, das ebenfalls aus einer Zahnstange (C2) besteht, die parallel und gegenüber der Zahnstange (C1) angeordnet ist, um eine Gegenbewegung an den anderen der beiden besagten Riegel (PH/PB) mit Hilfe des elastischen Übertragungssystems (OE) zu übermitteln, um die Schliessung jedes dieser Riegel (PH/PB) sicherzustellen und zwar in einer zu diesem Zweck vorgesehenen Schliessklappe, die sich in der oberen und unteren Türleiste des besagten Türrahmens befindet.
- Anlage gemäss des Patentanspruchs 1, in dem das Schloss (S) im gleichen Sinn bewegt wird wie die unteren und oberen Riegel (PH/PB) und dass das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) aus einem einzigen, längsförmigen, ununterbrochenen Teil besteht, das sich vom oberen bis zum unteren Riegel erstreckt, und sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass das Schloss (S) eine längsförmige Verriegelungsseite (T) besitzt, die links oder rechts ihres Zentrums, das ihre Basis darstellt, längsförmige, eckige, nach der Schlagleiste hin orientierte Flächen besitzt, um auf diese Weise einen Steckplatz zu bilden, der durch die Kante der Schlagleise geschlossen wird, auf der die besagte Verriegelungsseite angebracht ist. Das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) durchquert diesen Steckplatz, eingeführt an der linken oder rechten Seite in die Verriegelungsseite (T), abhängig von der Öffnungsrichtung der Tür, um so der Ebene, die die horizontale Rotationsachse der Platte enthält, so nahe wie möglich zu sein. Die Verriegelungsseite (T) besitzt eine Kappe mit der gleichen Form wie ein Teilabschnitt, und zwar leicht grösser oder kleiner als der Abschnitt der Verriegelungsseite (T), um einen vollkommenen Schutz des elastischen Übertragungssystems (OE) in den Teilen der Schlagleiste zu bieten, die nicht von der Verriegelungsseite bedeckt sind, und ebenso für die Schlagleisten, die keine Leiste haben.
- Anlage gemäss des Patentanspruchs 3, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die winkelförmigen, länglichen Flächen der Verriegelungsseite beiderseits der Basis durch eine erste schiefe Fläche (SO/SO1) geformt werden, und einen Winkel zwischen 45 und 90° bilden - am besten 60° - und nach der Aussenseite der Schlagleiste orientiert, gefolgt von einer Fläche, die sich parallel der Basis der Verriegelungsseite befindet; diese selbst begrenzt durch eine senkrechte Fläche an der Basis und in Richtung Schlagleiste orientiert. Die Höhe der Verriegelungsseite ist vorteilhaft zwischen 5 und 6 mm inbegriffen und zwar so, dass die schiefe Fläche, die einen Winkel von 60° bildet, beiderseits der Basis unterbrochen wird, auf der Höhe des Schlosskastens (S) und der Zwischenriegelkästen. Deren Aussenseite ersetzt die langen, winkelförmigen Flächen, um einen ununterbrochenen Schutz des elastischen Übertragungssystems (OE) zu gewährleisten.
- Anlage gemäss der Patentansprüche 3 und 4,die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) nur eine Dicke von 2 bis 4 mm hat, wie ein Metallkabel - in der Lage, eine gute Längsübertragung zu bieten, sowie eine Verriegelungsseite mit sehr geringen Ausmassen zu ermöglichen, die es gestattet, eine bestmögliche Anbringung zu erhalten, indem man den Spielraum zwischen den Schlagleisten auf ein Mindestmass reduziert. Dies erleichtert die Anpassung des Klemmschutzes (Antiquetschung) der Tür.
- Anlage gemäss einer der Patentansprüche 3 bis 5, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) gegenüber des Schlosskastens und der Zwischenkästen ein Fabrikstück (PU) mit einer Eingangsbohrung durchquert, in dem das elastische Übertragungssystem (OE) durch eine Druckschraube (DP) blockiert wird, und dass das besagte Fabrikstück auf einer länglichen Platte e (PLO) angebracht ist, die mit jedem der Kästen zusammenarbeitet, um die Bewegung den Riegeln zu übertragen.
- Anlage gemäss des Patentanspruchs 1,die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass das Steuerungsmittel sich über die Gesamtlänge des elastischen Übertragungssystems erstreckt, um so seine Verformung durch Knickung auf der gesamten Länge jedes Teilabschnittes, der die Tür bildet, zu verhindern. Es handelt sich um eine Lagerung in Form einer länglichen Hohlkehle, die man durch Pressung auf die Kante der vertikalen Schlagleiste(B) an der Schlosseite erhält, die jede der Platten begrenzt, die die Tür (P1) bilden und zwar so nahe wie möglich an der Vertikalebene, die die horizontale Rotationsachse besagter Platten enthält.
