Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de manipulation (10) pour la manipulation de porte-pièces et pour l'utilisation dans des bains de nettoyage, avec un porte-pièce, sur une unité formant cadre (11) du dispositif de manipulation étant disposés au moins deux rails de réception (12, 13) mutuellement opposés pour le maintien en position du porte-pièce, de telle sorte que des arêtes de raccordement extérieures du porte-pièce puissent être réceptionnées chacune entre des branches (24, 25, 26) d'un rail de réception respectif, les rails de réception étant inclinés en fonction d'un plan de support formé par le porte-pièce dans un angle de α par rapport à un plan horizontal de l'unité formant cadre, les branches (24, 26) comportant des éléments d'appui (41, 42) servant à minimiser une surface d'appui pouvant être créée entre les branches (24, 26) et le porte-pièces, caractérisé en ce qu'à la parallèle d'une première branche (24) d'un rail de réception (12, 13) est disposée chaque fois une deuxième branche (25) de ce même rail de réception, la première branche (24) présentant des premiers évidements (34) formant des premières parties de branche (36) et la deuxième branche (25) présentant des deuxièmes évidements (35) formant des deuxièmes parties de branche (37), à une première partie de branche (36) étant chaque fois associé à l'opposée un deuxième évidement (35) et à une deuxième partie de branche (37) étant chaque fois associé à l'opposée un premier évidement (34).
  2. Dispositif de manipulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (41, 42) est conçu de telle sorte qu'une surface d'appui ponctuelle puisse être formée entre l'élément d'appui et le porte-pièce.
  3. Dispositif de manipulation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (41, 42) est conçu sous la forme d'un gaufrage (39, 40) dans la branche (24, 26).
  4. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la branche (24, 26) comporte des orifices de passage (38).
  5. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches (24, 26) du rail de réception (12, 13) sont disposées à la parallèle l'une de l'autre, pour la réception intercalée des arêtes de raccordement du porte-pièce.
  6. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des arêtes (27 ; 28) formées par des branches (23, 24, 25, 26) du rail de réception (12, 13) comportent des trous traversants (29 ; 30).
  7. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail de réception (12, 13) est formé de deux éléments de branche (18, 19, 20).
  8. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rail de réception est conçu en monobloc.
  9. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur une extrémité (21) du rail de réception (12, 13) est conçue une butée (22).
  10. Dispositif de manipulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité formant cadre (11) comporte des éléments de manipulation (14) pour le positionnement de l'unité formant cadre.
