Claims (6)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression de feuilles, la machine d'impression de feuilles présentant un margeur, un bras, plusieurs unités d'impression positionnées entre le margeur et le bras et au moins un dispositif de transformation en ligne également positionné entre le margeur et le bras, la machine d'impression de feuilles présentant en outre au moins une commande principale et plusieurs commandes complémentaires affectées aux unités d'impression, chaque unité d'impression présentant un cylindre porte-cliché, un cylindre de transfert roulant sur le cylindre porte-cliché, un cylindre de contre-pression roulant sur le cylindre de transfert, une unité d'encrage et de préférence une unité de mouillage et au moins le cylindre de contre-pression des unités d'impression étant, pour l'impression, entraîné en automotorisation par la ou chaque commande principale et les autres cylindres ou rouleaux des unités d'impression respectivement par une commande complémentaire affectée au cylindre respectif ou au rouleau,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour effectuer des opérations d'adaptation sur des sous-ensembles à adapter aux unités d'impression, les sous-ensembles de celles-ci à adapter sont entraînés autant que possible par les commandes complémentaires des unités d'impression respectives et que, pour effectuer des opérations d'adaptation sur le margeur et/ou le bras et/ou sur le dispositif de transformation en ligne, les sous-ensembles à adapter de ceux-ci sont entraînés par la commande principale ou au moins une des commandes principales, de sorte que les opérations d'adaptation sur les unités d'impression et les opérations d'adaptation sur le margeur et/ou le bras et/ou sur le ou chaque dispositif de transformation en ligne sont effectuées autant que possible en parallèle ou simultanément.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour effectuer l'opération d'adaptation lavage d'unité d'encrage et/ou exécution de l'opération d'adaptation arrivée d'encre et/ou pour effectuer l'opération d'adaptation changement de plaque d'impression, les sous-ensembles respectifs des unités d'impression sont entraînés par les commandes complémentaires des unités d'impression respectives.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour effectuer l'opération d'adaptation lavage de cliché de transfert, les sous-ensembles respectifs des unités d'impression sont entraînés par la commande principale ou au moins une des commandes principales.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour effectuer des opérations d'adaptation dans un dispositif de transformation en ligne réalisé sous forme d'une unité de vernissage et/ou d'un dispositif de coupe et/ou d'un dispositif de perforation, les sous-ensembles respectifs du dispositif de transformation en ligne sont entraînés par la ou chaque commande principale.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que
    ces opérations d'adaptation sont effectuées d'abord en utilisant la ou chaque commande principale sur les unités d'impression pour lesquelles les sous-ensembles impliqués des unités d'impression doivent être entraînés par la ou chaque commande principale, que, dans la foulée, la ou chaque commande principale est débloquée et utilisée pour effectuer des opérations d'adaptation sur le margeur et/ou le bras et/ou sur le ou chaque dispositif de transformation en ligne, des opérations d'adaptation étant effectuées parallèlement ou simultanément sur les unités d'impression en utilisant les commandes complémentaires des unités d'impression respectives.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour l'impression, au moins les cylindres de contre-pression et les cylindres de transfert sont entraînés en automotorisation par la ou chaque commande principale et les cylindres porte-cliché par respectivement par une commande complémentaire réalisée sous forme de commande directe et affectée respectivement à un des cylindres porte-cliché respectifs.
