Claims (12)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) für ein Nahrungsmittelprodukt (4), wie zum Beispiel ein einzelnes Käsestück, umfassend zwei Behälter (2 und 3), welche aufeinander über zwei jeweilige Umfangsränder (2a und 3a) verschlossen sind, welche auf gemeinsam eingrenzende Weise eine Wand eines das Produkt aufnehmenden geschlossenen Hohlraums (6) aufweisen, wobei die Ränder sich jeweils in Richtung der Außenseite der Behälter über zwei gegenüberliegende Öffnungslaschen (2b und 3b) verlängern, welche dazu ausgestaltet sind, voneinander durch Zug gelöst zu werden, um die Vorrichtung durch Trennen der Ränder zu öffnen, wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem ein Haltemittel (5) für das Produkt umfasst, welches fest an dem Letzteren in dem Inneren des Hohlraums angebracht ist, wobei das Haltemittel durch die Wand des Hohlraums verläuft, wobei es sich über die Laschen hinaus erstreckt, welche auf dem Haltemittel verschlossen sind, wobei das Haltemittel eine starre Struktur aufweist, welche an dem Produkt anhaftet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel eine im Wesentlichen ebene Geometrie aufweist, wobei die Laschen auf zwei entsprechenden Flächen des Haltemittels verschlossen sind.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (5) einen äußeren Bereich (5b) aufweist, welcher sich über die Laschen (2b und 3b) hinaus über eine Länge von größer oder gleich 5 mm erstreckt, sodass der äußere Bereich gegriffen werden kann.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (5) einen an dem Produkt (4) befestigten inneren Bereich (5a) aufweist, welcher wenigstens eine durchgehende Öffnung (5c, 5d, 5e) aufweist, sodass die Anhaftung des Produkts an den zwei Flächen des Haltemittels maximiert wird.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Bereich (5a) eine Vielzahl von durchgehenden Öffnungen (5c, 5d, 5e) vom länglichen Typ aufweist, welche sich gleichzeitig in der Richtung der Breite und der Länge des Haltemittels (5) erstrecken.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2 und 3) eine flexible Struktur, welche dazu ausgestaltet ist, das Abtrennen der Ränder (2a und 3a) zu ermöglichen, und eine gleiche Geometrie aufweisen, welche im Wesentlichen in Form eines Schälchens ist.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2 und 3) dazu ausgestaltet sind, aneinander in einem Bereich (7) der Ränder (2a und 3a), welcher gegenüberliegend zu demjenigen ist, der den Laschen (2b und 3b) entspricht, nach Öffnung der Vorrichtung durch Trennen der Ränder gelenkig miteinander verbunden zu bleiben.
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2 und 3) durch Blasen von zwei Folien (8a und 8b) aus Kunststoffmaterial ausgebildet sind.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folien (8a und 8b) jeweils eine mittlere Stärke aufweisen, welche zwischen 40 µm und 400 µm enthalten ist.
  9. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (5) eine Stärke aufweist, welche zwischen 1 mm und 2,5 mm enthalten ist.
  10. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (5) auf Basis von Polypropylen ist, und dass die Behälter (2 und 3) gebildet sind aus einer Folie mit mehreren Schichten, welche wenigstens drei Schichten auf Basis von orientiertem Polyethylenterephthalat, Polystyrol bzw. Polypropylen umfassen.
  11. Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2 und 3) außerdem eine Barrierenschicht umfassen, zum Beispiel mit Sauerstoff auf Basis eines Copolymers von Ethylen und Vinylalkohol.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Formen durch Blasen von zwei Folien (8a und 8b) aus Kunststoffmaterial, welche komplementäre Vertiefungen (9) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Behälter (2 und 3) auszubilden,
    b) Verschließen der zwei so ausgebildeten komplementären Folien, zwischen welchen für jedes Paar von einander zugewandten Paar von Behältern (2 und 3) ein Schlitz ausgebildet ist, um das Einsetzen des Haltemittels (5) und eines Füllhalses (10) zu ermöglichen, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, das Füllen des Hohlraums zu ermöglichen,
    c) thermisches Verschließen der Laschen (2b und 3b) in Kontakt mit dem in den Hohlraum eingesetzten Haltemittel (5),
    d) Füllen, über den Hals, von jeder so erhaltenen Verpackungsvorrichtungen mit dem Produkt (4), wie zum Beispiel einem Käse,
    e) Verschweißen der Ränder des Halses (10) für jede Vorrichtung, und
    f) Schneiden der so erhaltenen Folie zum Erhalten von einzelnen Vorrichtungen.
