Claims (7)
- Echangeur de chaleur, comprenant une enveloppe séparée (2) et un corps de base (1), dans lequel sont formés un canal d'écoulement donneur de chaleur (4) pour un fluide donneur de chaleur et un premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5) pour un premier fluide récepteur de chaleur, dans lequel il se produit un transfert de chaleur du fluide donneur de chaleur au fluide récepteur de chaleur au moyen d'une paroi de transfert de chaleur (3) formée sur le corps de base (1), dans lequel le premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5) est mené en forme d'hélice le long de la paroi de transfert de chaleur (3) et est limité latéralement par une nervure périphérique en forme d'hélice (6), et dans lequel un deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur séparé (7) pour un deuxième fluide récepteur de chaleur est disposé dans le premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5), lequel suit essentiellement le tracé hélicoïdal du premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5) et est balayé au moins en partie par le premier fluide récepteur de chaleur, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) présente le long de son extension longitudinale des sections transversales d'écoulement localement différentes, de telle manière que la vitesse d'écoulement du deuxième fluide récepteur de chaleur circulant à l'intérieur du deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) puisse être adaptée à la charge thermique de la zone correspondante du premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5) et/ou de la paroi de transfert de chaleur (3).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) est assemblé en conduction thermique à la base du premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (1) se compose d'un matériau coulé et le deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) se compose d'un tube métallique, dans lequel le deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) est brasé ou soudé sur la base du premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale du deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) est ronde ou elliptique.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'aire libre de la section transversale du deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) est de deux fois moins grande à deux fois plus grande que l'aire libre de la section transversale du premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (7) débouche dans le premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5) sensiblement verticalement à une face frontale (8) du corps de base et sort du premier canal d'écoulement récepteur de chaleur (5) sensiblement verticalement à la face frontale opposée (9).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le premier fluide récepteur de chaleur est de l'eau de chauffage et le deuxième fluide récepteur de chaleur est de l'eau de boisson.
